One day while decompressing from one of my super stressful workdays; I happened upon a very strange and unusual occurrence here at Wingstop. I had auto-piloted my way to the register and ordered my food. Disappointed that I was limited in my choice of flavors, I relented to... whatever two I said; sat down and waited. Then a moment of clarity hit. I didn't want lemon-pepper and buffalo!!! No, wait. I completely forgot my love for Garlic-Parmesan. Expecting to be accosted for my indecisiveness... I was instead greeted with a smile (yes, folks! A freaking SMILE); and told. "Of course I can do that for you. No problem." He says... Okay, there is so much more to the story, like taking ownership, offering unexpected customer service, etc. My point is that if you need to believe in good customer service, come to THIS Wingstop. Eddie has amazing mannerisms he will blow your mind. Eddie, excellence in customer service is rare these days. Anytime I can acknowledge I saw a unicorn, I will. You are a rare creature. On August 27, 2025, I placed a pickup order for 20 wings at around 7:30 PM. When I arrived home (20 minutes away), I discovered that my order only contained 15 wings instead of 20. I immediately called to notify the restaurant, but I was told the only way to receive a refund was to drive back that evening. At that time, it was already 8 PM, my kids were very hungry after a long day of school and practice, and it was not feasible for me to return. I politely explained this and requested a refund for the missing items, but the staff refused. They also declined to provide their names or connect me with the manager, which felt very unprofessional. My family and I are frequent Wingstop customers--my husband and son especially enjoy it--but this experience was extremely disappointing. The workers don't do their jobs well, they always close early when the website says they close at midnight, they never answer the phones, they always shut down the online ordering and they make everything really inconvenient every single time I go to this location, but it's the only location in the area so I constantly have to roll the dice and most likely get disappointed read more

Every time I drive past this location I am haunted by my horrible dining experience here. As many other reviews have mentioned, timing is an issue and there's long wait times for food despite not being crowded. The flavors are lacking/off. Waited a full hour for our food and asked for a refund. Was told they were too busy to process our refund at the moment and would process it later. Guess that refund will come whenever our food does! At the 40 minute mark my partner went up to the counter to check on the food and the worker snapped at him. When we went to ask for a refund an older woman and a nurse were also trying to politely ask for refund/eta on food since they had also been waiting 40+ minutes for their food and they got the same disinterested response. This place sucked. To begin, it took 25 minutes to get six "Garlic Parmesan" wings and fries. When I got my order, the wings were flavorless and fried with powdered Parmesan cheese dumped on them. They didn't even toss them, and I don't think there was any garlic on the order. I could only eat 1/3 of the order of wings. I paid for ranch dressing for the fries and while the dressing was white and looked like ranch, it had a bazaar taste that could not be identified. I paid for a bottle of water, but couldn't have one because they were all frozen. I gotta say that I run a Tour company and so we are reviewed a lot. I get five star reviews because I give great service. I live in Auburn, and every single time that I have ever gone to this Wingstop, they are unprofessional, they take a long time, they don't look at you when they talk to you, they don't let you know that add-ons are extra until after they have taped up your bag. There seems to never be a manager on duty because everybody looks like a high school kid or a junior college kid. I constantly see other people frustrated about the amount of time that they have to wait. I just saw a woman open up her stuff to make sure that everything was there incorrect. Often times it's not. The fact of the matter is that I am out, they don't really care and it's frustrating. I would love to see or speak to a manager that works there. Professionalism doesn't exist. The tables are always dirty and full of drink marks. They aren't friendly. If this were a skateboarding shop, I could totally except. 6 o'clock in the evening, we're all busy we all wanna get home to our loved ones. The last thing we wanna be told is that an extra ranch after waiting 20 minutes is extra with a stupid looking smile on her face. Had an extremely disappointing order pickup from this location. Drove 20 min out there picked up the food and drove home. When I looked at the order, the wings hardly had any sauce on them, with large chunks of each drumstick (yes they didn't even give me any wings, only drumsticks which I did not request) being devoid of any sauce, completely bare. More importantly though, the fries were not cooked all the way through. I drove all the way back out there. They gave me a new order of fries and didn't even offer to replace the wings, just gave me a side of sauce to put on them. I get home and start my oven to reheat the now cold wings and I notice the new fries are not even completely cooked through!!! Unbelievable that they did it a second time. Good is only ok at best. I have never been here when the wait is less than 20 min for to-go and the price is way to high for what you get. It was $40 for 30 wings and a large fry. The food is always amazing and the people that work here truly know how to interact with people. The manager asked how many people were at the party (since the original order was large). I met the customer outside his home and never saw the inside. I asked him how I could know, he went off, calling me names and threatening me with the police. No gratitude at all for correcting his mistake. I am not obligated to correct his mistakes. Being a wing lover im quite grateful for this wing stop being here, due to the fact that i love their wing flavors. Cajun and mango habanero are the best. BUT the kids who work there have no customer service skills whatsoever. They dont greet customers, they stand around bulls**ting and not taking orders. And one small order takes them like 25minutes. Picked up food here last night with a to go order and was incredibly impressed by the customer service. The two employees Edward and Teresa (don't know if that is proper spelling) were super polite. They were engaging, answered my questions, were very polite, and got my order out to me about as quick as any place could. I will definitely be coming back to this location. I have been to other Wingstop locations in other local towns and found the employees all but ignored me.
