Came here and got an order of 30 wings. There was no one in there besides a couple who had just finished getting their to go order. It appears that all of the staff there are really young. You could hear the girls working screaming while in the kitchen area. They also had loud ghetto music playing in the kitchen that was playing over the buildings music. It took over 25 minutes to get the wings with no one else being there.. you could tell they were all playing around in the kitchen including who appeared to be the manager on site. We also heard them very loudly say that we were looking at them through the glass after the girls screamed & they were all just standing there. I am not a big fan of wing stop to begin with but we needed wings for tomorrow's super bowl. We will definitely not be going back to this location. read more

Auburn got a Wingstop! Honestly I'm really glad we have another option that isn't a burger place. I've eaten at Wingstop two times in the past two weeks so this should be a well rounded review. First time was actually not great, or even good for that matter. First off the counter girl had no idea what she was doing. For example when I asked if they carried bottled root beer (as many of their franchises do) her answer was "oh wow I'm not sure".....I waited for more....it never came. Well my dear 'I'm not sure' if I should hop over the counter and peek around myself to answer my question, but thanks no thanks. Wth? Moving on to my next mind blowing question, "are there other options besides French fries?" She turns, looks at the menu for a long few seconds, "um no thats it!" Sooooo, all alone in my decision, I order a basic hot wings and fries with a drink combo. Wings were a tad greasy but the flavor was good, wings cooked nicely, fries were a little cold but still decent. Second time I was there, what a pleasant surprise. Great helpful staff, yes they DO offer other side choices like the potato salad I got that was really good as franchises go. I got boneless wings this time and they were deeelish. The place was cleaner too, just a bonus. So between the two visits I'll give a three stars. All in all I am recommending the place. Good wings HORRIBLE customer service. We wanted three orders all flats and each order was a different flavor. The young man who answered and took our order started cussing at us and gave the phone to someone else because our order was "too hard" super unprofessional. I will say I have eaten at quite a few Wingstop locations and this one by far has had the best food and customer service! They close at 10pm but are more than willing to let you enjoy your food even if you come in close to closing. We decided to give Wingstop in Auburn a couple more tries after getting there only to discover they were closed early three times. I'm. Never. Going. Back. The food is ok, although tonight the wings were way overcooked and the fries, though overdone, were somehow mushy. And for gawd's sake, get rid of that awful soft drink machine that doesn't actually dispense different sodas, only different colors of the same, flat mess. What got me tonight was the fact that upon ordering from a pleasant female cashier, a guy comes out from the kitchen to see what we've ordered, looks at me and says "ma'am, just so you know, we close right at 10:00pm," and it was 9:10pm! It made me feel awful. We had just paid and I just wanted my money back at that point, but hunger dictated that we stay, even though I just wanted the floor to swallow me up at that point. How is it ok to treat customers that way? We inhaled our food in record time so we could just go. We were out of there by 9:45pm, as we were leaving a couple was walking in, we got into our car to see them exit the restaurant. They were turned away 15 minutes before the restaurant was supposed to close. Who ever owns this place has got to seriously consider hiring some competent damn staff. I'm not oblivious to how restaurants work, I've worked in the restaurant business for a VERY long time and even when I was young and ignorant I NEVER would've told a customer that we would be closing in nearly an hour. I can only speak to the Buffalo style chicken wings. Actually they call them Classic Hot. They are tied for the best I've ever eaten. Other comments here complain about the wait but that's the disadvantage of cooked to order but that's really nothing to complain about, it means fresh. I've never had these wings before but based on positive comments I decided to try them. WHERE'S EDDIE THE MANAGER WHEN YOU NEED HIM!!? READ ON................................................................... I arrived at 6:15 on a Friday evening. Two girls and what I later learned was 'one' of the managers were arguing over problems they were having with one of the cash registers. I wasn't greeted with a smile and there were three different customers sitting at tables with drinks only. Finally at 6:35 my order was taken. Had I been told they were having issues with their fyers and that it would take a really long time I would have thanked them and left. The two girls left leaving the manager and another young kid to take all orders, answer the ringing phone, and deal with whatever catastrophe was going on in the kitchen. I could tell the two young guys running the place were getting very stressed and rather than 'coming clean' to all the people backed up waiting they just kept on taking orders. Finally, I overheard 'the manager' tell an impatient customer something about their oil delivery and not being able to use their fyers and also that they were extremely backed up. The customer was upset and asked 'the manager' the name of the top person in charge. He also told 'the manger' that the fryer baskets shouldn't be on the floor as it was a health issue. Also the back door was wide open. At that point I noticed how dirty everything was including the monitor screens on the registers were thick with a layer of dust and fingerprints to the point you could barely see what was on the screen. At 7:15 I asked for my money back as did others standing around but 'the manager' was trying to calm a disgruntled customer on the phone and the other employee couldn't open the cash register without 'the manager's' security thumbprint. It actually became comical and I felt bad for the two employees as they were completely agitated and totally stressed. What a total nightmare!! Being an older person, I wanted to give both young guys a hug and tell them things would get better and to hang in there but it was so chaotic that I just thanked them and left. I looked forward to trying their wings but left almost an hour later empty handed. I will go back someday but I will call ahead to order. read more

I come to this location often. I love the taste of the wings the freshness and the service I get. I've been coming to this location since November of 2018 and are yet to be disappointed.
