I sat and ate my food in this location so I had some time to observe the ins and outs of people. There was not ONE person who came in or left that was not greeted by a cheerful employee. I came for the first time today. The lady who took our order was obviously new, because she didn't know what we were talking about at all and had to look up at the menu constantly, and took 10 minutes to process our order. We then watched as 5 people came in, ordered, and left with their food while we waited for ours. It took a full 30 minutes to get our orders. While we waited, we saw the "supervisor" handle the phone, not replace her gloves, then handle food again in the same 2 minutes. She then came over to us, apologized about the wait, and didn't know why we were so angry. We then asked for the manager, and she didn't know who we were talking about. She then realized that she was the manager and that she was still sorry and that there was nothing she could do for us. Never ever coming back. UPDATE: They ended up giving us a full refund, because they knew that they had messed up. Thank you Wing Stop. Let me preface this review by saying that I have ordered from this Wingstop around ten times in the past few years and have had pretty decent experiences. Today's order was nothing close to the service and quality I have come to know. I ordered my food online at 5:39 PM, paid for it at 5:59 PM, and received my order at 6:30 PM, a full 51 minutes after the original order. By the time I asked about my order it had been sitting on the back counter ready to go for at least twenty minutes along with another person's order. Not a single employee thought to check if the recipients of those bags were present to pick up their food. When I received my order the fries were soggy and limp and the wings were room temperature with an unpleasant moist, gooey texture. The majority of this order went straight from the restaurant to the trash with no enjoyment in between. No inedible food is worth an hour's wait. I want my time and money back. read more

I was promptly contacted by a manager in order to rectify the situation which I thought initially was excellent customer service.. I was given a refund that I was able to pick up in store and told to see the on site manager to obtain the refund at the front counter. My boyfriend went to Wingstop to pick up what was offered and was told by the front desk manager that the next order was on them due to their mistakes and to keep the receipt. We decided to order wings that following Tuesday in hopes we can return to our weekly ritual without incident. We placed an order online and when we arrived to the restaurant we were told we could only order what was on the receipt from our previous visit. Now let me get this straight..we have to place to SAME order that we were displeased with? Why? We changed our mind and ordered bone in after the previous boneless wings we ordered were SATURATED with oil..the manager got on the phone supposedly with another manager and explained she will not be giving us the food we ordered but make the exact order from which the negative review came from. If you are trying to rectify a situation with a customer why on earth would you approach this situation in this way? You are going to waste an order of perfectly good food because it does not EXACTLY match an order you destroyed a week earlier? after promising to make this situation right we wait for an additional 30 minutes for food we do not want while what we ordered sits there untouched after being embarrassed by the manager during the busy dinner time rush. After all was said and done the order we did receive that the the manager decided we would like to have for dinner was as expected..gross, rushed and wasted over an hour of our time that we will never see again. My mind is blown as to the actions taken by the manager when in reality this was to retain our business which is literally weekly and revs up for football season when we even order catering. I've been coming to this Wingstop for years now and the past two times I've come the service was terrible, and the food hasn't been seasoned properly. Last night was it for me, I ordered 2 combos thru the online app, I got the 10 piece combo with Louisiana rub and mango habanero with potato salad,my gf got 8 piece lemon pepper with coleslaw. Both orders were for well done wings and they come with 2 drinks. The order only took 20 minutes to prepare so when we got there to pick it up we only had to wait an extra five minutes as it was finishing up. The girl behind the counter seemed to be out of it or probably just high. She read the order of what I was paying for and messed that up forgetting my Louisiana rub wings I ordered. Then she forgot that both combos come with drinks so she had to ask me if I ordered one or two drinks. You should know with combo meals drinks are included. I pay for the meal and head home. When I opened up my box not only did I find I was missing wings but it wasn't seasoned right and the meat was pretty dry. My gf said hers was just way to salty. The two sides that it came with was fine even though you really can't mess up scooping coleslaw and potato salad out of a container. If I do give this place a second chance before I leave with my food I will just have to open it up at the counter and count to make sure all my wings are there since the staff has trouble doing that. read more

In 5-10 minutes all 3 of our orders were up. The mild was perfect for me, very flavorful and it still had some heat as opposed to some places version of mild that has no heat whatsoever. The BBQ anywhere is a classic choice, and here was no exception. The sauce was tasty and I dipped my mild wings in the leftover sauce from my BBQ side and it was a great flavor combination. My brother got a combo which comes with fries and a drink. The fries here have a weird flavoring some sugar in it. The fries were kind of gross and didn't taste very fresh, call me a fry snob but that's what I thought of these. The drink machine is CUTTING EDGE machine of the future I have only ever seen at one other place before. IT IS AMAZING! they have all different soda choices and then 5-6 different flavor combinations you can add to that soda. He got Cherry Coke, which the way this machine mixes in the soda, it tastes fresh off the press with perfect amount of carbonation. Definitely get a soda here, you will love this machine! I have been to this location plenty of times and there is always this enthusiastic dude behind the counter who always greets you upon entry and when he serves you your food. So customer service is great and I enjoy coming here. Now my only complaint so far is that there is no trash can to throw away anything you may need to throw away. Like bruh, for real, sometimes I like to throw away stuff while I'm eating to make space on the table.
