This place has gone severely downhill. Been going here for years and was always willing to deal with decent, at best, customer service but when my wings started to be over cooked and almost inedible I obviously was annoyed. By the third time I decided to call. Zero help, rude and blatant lying just to get out of giving me anything to compensate the bullshit I had dealt with the last few times I ordered. They offered to replace a sauce if I drove all the way (30 mins) back and nothing else. Wouldn't even give me an extra free one with my next order. I will never go back to this wing stop. read more

Horrible wings and delivery experience. I speant over $50 on wings and when they arrived they were completely soggy, cold and had almost no flavoring on it. When I called to complain I was told that "that's how their seasoning is and if I wanted more I should have asked for extra seasoning" Wasn't aware you needed to specify the need for seasoning on all the wings not just some... I normally wouldn't complain about something like this but I'm a single mother and this was definitely a splurge and when I asked if I could just return the wings and get a refund or new wings because they were disgusting I was told that since they didn't make a mistake on receipt they wouldn't refund my money or provide new wings. Dissatisfied customers at MOST restaurants are refunded or given new food when told the food they received was inedible. I guess they dont care about satisfying their customer.... read more

They have gotten slightly better. Slightly less forgetful; they're trying. Maybe just start by getting more motivated employees?

I'm basing this review on the new ownership and management. I've been a customer since the place opened and have had a couple times they forgot sauce or something. However the new ownership is a disaster. Twice I've had a minimum of 10 wings not make it in the bag. They've forgotten my fries and sauce well that's 50/50 chance you're getting it. I've ordered wings here at least 200 times but I have had problems almost everytime with the new ownership/ management. I'm going to send feedback to corporate on this as well. I love wingstop but this is an inexcusable consistency of problems I have occurred lately. Get it together or this place will start losing its loyal customers I can guarantee that. read more

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. The phone call started it all....I called an hour before closing to try to place an order for pickup. The first word I heard when someone answered the phone was "Sh*t" followed with "well f*ck" as two of the employees laughed into the phone. When they finally asked how they could help me and I told them I wanted to place an order to go. I got zero response and then another guy came on the phone and started laughing again. I got irritated and hung up and asked my husband to call back. He did and was told that their printer was not working so they could not take phone orders but could take orders in person. This didn't make a lot of sense to me seeing as how, the same pen and paper would be required whether it was over the phone or in person. But the employee insisted this is what needed to be done to get some food. So my husband drove across town to place the order and was greeted by a locked door and employees (see attached photo) running to the back of the restaurant like 5 year olds playing hide and seek. Waste of time for sure which could have easily been avoided by slightly brighter crayons working as employees. read more

Wow, ordered 2 separate orders 15 minutes apart. First order was 45 minutes, took an hour, no biggie. Second order (I was told) would be even 15 minutes longer (I'm patient so no biggie). When I went back to retrieve it a little prick from the kitchen said "it will be done when it's done man". Everyone in the lobby was disgusted, manager didn't do shit and I got my money back. Wings are just good not great or anything special. The fries are pretty good though. They need some more unique suaces and flavors of wings and just overall better flavors. BUT the service was fantastic and that's always worth a lot! read more

Rude customer service from the moment my daughter and I walked in. The worker greeted us by saying how bad his day was going. There was only one person in the restaurant and he asked for a refund because it took so long. My wings were dried out , like they were under a warmer all night. My family and I have eaten at this location often. We called in an order for almost 60.00 dollars and wanted to pick it up or have it delivered the guy who answered was very rude and hung up on us twice, so my son called and asked to speak to a manager and the guy said no! They tell you 16 minutes for your order to be ready... at 30 minutes you ask where your dinner is... they say oh well we gave your order to another Tammie with her order!! Really?!?!?! I'm sorry I wanted give this the standard Chain Restaurant putdown. But, this Wingstop has been very good to us even on delivery. (Our fries are still hot!) They HAD the world's best Teriyaki sauce. Why would you stop that Wingstop? Read their name, I guess. duh? Anyway, a little too much Black Pepper on some of their sauces (and, I love Black Pepper). And Fries take it right up to the edge with sugar or something?? Love wings and have wanted to try Wing Stop for a while, I was driving by and hungry so I stopped. I wasn't impressed with the service, not horrible just nothing to brag about. The price, a little on the high side but not bad. The food, edible but I wouldn't go back. I did take it to go so maybe if you eat there it would make a difference (more fresh). The fries were not good, they are fresh cut but not cooked well, undercooked in the middle and overcooked on the outside and no seasoning. The wings were crisp and good size pieces. The sauce kind of meh. I got the mild sauce and was extremely unimpressed. For the price and quality I'd rather go to my usual wing place down the street. read more

Good wings. Good variety of flavors. Staff very helpful on guiding you through the process of ordering. Get the combo with fries and a drink. Good fries and good seasoning. For a chain this is pretty darn good food. Better than a lot of sports bars. Still not better than Uberbrew in Billings Montana that smokes their wings but still good wings. I would rate this cheap for wings as a sports bar would charge you the same price for order of wings without fries and a drink. read more

Good competition to buffalo wild wings that I can't stand.

Let me tell you.....I was so excited to run across a Wingstop in Coeur D Alene, ID. If you like wings then this is your place. Every time I ate wings in this area I always complained that it wasn't Wingstop....now when I lived in Dallas, TX it was an every Wednesday event with me and my friends. They have a wide variety of wings, including boneless and they have great deals through out the week. On this trip my girlfriend, my son and myself ordered 35 wings, 20 Cajun, 10 Lemon-pepper, and 5 boneless BBQ (for my son). I recommend ordering the wings well done so they come out crispy and delicious. I have not had a bad experience at any Wingstop and this one follows that pattern. All the flavors of wings are excellent, but my 2 favorite are Cajun and Lemon-pepper. We also ordered fries (well done), which are hand cut and awesome. Carrots and celery, and also coleslaw (my son loves their coleslaw), and a large drink.....I think with tip it was a little over $30. A must stop the next time you want wings. read more
