He always remembers our names, greets us with a big smile, and goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Kingston has everything down -- he's friendly, professional, and always on point. He reminds us of the specials, checks in regularly to see if we need beverages or anything else, and provides outstanding service every time. He recently told us about the new Honey Garlic sauce -- and wow, it was amazing! Thanks to him, we never miss out on what's new or delicious. 7.15.24: Definitely meant to post this sooner. I live almost an hour away and don't get into town but usually once a month. In July, I was craving wings so we stopped for lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings. It wasn't busy at all and we were greeted and seated promptly. Overall the ambience was pretty quiet. As an appetizer, we ordered the Everything Pretzel Knots and it came with cheese and honey mustard dipping sauces. The knots were seasoned well and had a good cook. The mustard was good but the cheese sauce to me, was a bit salty. I ordered 15 bone-in mixed wings and drumsticks. The 3 flavors I choose were: mango habanero, Asian Zing, and Caribbean Jerk. The chicken arrived hot and cooked well. This trip, the flavor I enjoyed most was the mango habanero. The sauce wasn't too thick nor watery thin and had a nice kick to it. Both the Asian Zing and Caribbean Jerk, were too thick for me almost paste like. Sometimes it's just a hit or miss. Our server did appear to be the only one on the floor when we were there, but then again it wasn't busy at all--less than 5 tables. Next time, I'll be trying 3 different flavors and hope I like em better than this last trip. read more

My husband & I typically prefer going to the Spokane valley location. We were closer to here, so we figured why not. Well we were quickly reminded why we avoid this location. My husband wanted a beer and listed off pretty typical beers for a place to have (coors light, Miller light & Kokanee) then went for a few others, to no avail. At this point I feel like it would've been more efficient for the server to tell us what they did have rather than going back & forth from the bar. But hey, to each their own. He got his flat beer - our kids got their drinks, I had to request a water. At this point I'm really curious for why we were still there but I was hungry and stuck it out. Got our fried pickles (yay). They were good, skimpy portion but whatever. Kids got their food ( one ordered chicken tenders, one ordered traditionally wings ). Then our order came out. We are typically boneless sorta people, however, our server talked us into doing the BOGO traditional wings. So we went along with it. covid killed this place. great food and service prior to covid just plain horrible since. so imagine my surprise when I saw the former Texas Roadhouse GM walking towards me and my son. But instead of a Texas sized smile I got a Buffalo scowl. He walked up and barked "pick up?!" I said no. Luckily a very nice hostess walked up and took over. We were sat at a booth. Our server was saying goodbye to an 8 top she had just cashed out. We sat without being greeted for almost 15 minutes. Now I had a craving for some cheese curds and I'm nearly always in the mood for wings. I don't go here often, and when I do I remember why not. It's not horrible, but for me my buck needs to stretch, and when I do splurge, I'd like it to feel worth it. First off, I apparently arrived at rush hour as there was a 20 min wait. I sat at the first available bar seat when it opened up. During my stay I also noted how often new arrivals had to wait for the host to return from the back to be greeted. It took a while for the bartender to acknowledge my arrival and order my 1st beer. They have a decent enough selection but more towards the pale and IPAs like most places. I'm happy if I can get a Mack & Jack amber. Do note in the pix, for the price hike, it's hardly worth getting the tall (I poured the pint in the tall glass for comparison out of curiosity). The food quality and taste lives up to expectations although fanning it out single layer on a cookie sheet cools it rather quickly and you end up with more than rubbery curds and cold chicken. If you are not sure on your sauce selection, ask for a sample so you aren't dissappointed or overly brave in your heat level choice. Note that it IS a sports bar so it's loud and a large monitor is at every turn. There are obviously regulars that frequent and the service definitely caters to those first. Oddly enough I feel compelled to mention the restroom. I LOVE how tightly spaced the door is and how low the purse hook is mounted. Gave me a sense of security and privacy as well as adequate space to maneuver even though the door swings inward. The odd thing was the contoured mat around the toilet. My only thought was how gross and when/how do they clean them. I LOVE their food when I crave salty/greasy but for the overall experience, it just isn't worth the price on a regular basis. read more

And then proceeded to give my kid a dirty look not once, not twice but three times that I saw. She was very upset about it and was almost in tears and complaining that everyone there hated her (her first time at this location). Server did okay, food was sub-par at best. Really? Then server took our orders for food and we waited over 1/2 hour before going to the manager again. He got a cook to come and serve our food. This location is a littler larger than other locations I've been to. We waited to be seated for about 10 minutes. No one was in a real hurry, no one approached us, so we ended up seating ourselves. Initially, we sat at the bar area. The area round the bar floors were very dirty. We changed our seating to the table areas. Same. Our server Cooper was friendly, and attentive. He always came to make sure our glasses were filled, removed items off the table in a timely manner. Our food wasn't served piping hot, the wings were room temperature, so were the tots.
