Order 30 wings. Called and told them the chicken was very plan and had no major taste. I was told to come back the traffic alone on Broad street make you not want to come back. I asked to speak to a manager was told they would be in later. Then was told they would reach out to the manager and haven't heard back. This isn't the first time their chicken wasn't seasoned. They were on time with my order that's why I gave one star. But, they decided I needed feathers on every piece of chicken they sent to me along with every piece being a drum! Ugh. I spent 30 minutes trying to place an order on the phone. Since I wanted my wings extra wet neither the app or online ordering would let me make that request. So I called what I thought to be the store. They are unable to make that request as well. I am as transferred to the store 3 times and hung up on each time. We had told the phone person what time we would be there to pick it up. But he just laughed when he conveniently forgot to schedule it. Amy said the store phone never rings. She says no one can get ahold of the store in case of emergency. We will definitely be back when we are in the area! We had carry out from Wingstop and it was enjoyable. We placed our order by phone and it was ready to go when we stopped in to pick it up. Everything was in the bag - which is good b/c we didn't check while there haha - and was still warm by the time we got home. They have a solid menu of different options but we went with the traditional wings in buffalo sauce. You know, the standard that you cannot go wrong with. The wings are not "huge" but they are also not the smallest I've ever had. They have a decent amount of meat on them and overall they taste great. I will caution that the carry out container had a small lake of grease at the bottom but if you, when you get home, lift them out and dab them on a paper towel they'll be good to go. We actually put ours into our friend's air fryer for 15 mins because we all like them dry/crispy - if you have one I suggest trying it! Wingstop was our choice because it is our friend's current Top Spot for wings in her area. She just loves them. This Wingstop has gotten my order right every time. They're open late so if you want a late night snack, it's always an option. The food is extremely high quality, and again, it's some of the best wings I've ever had. I previously posted saying I thought it was a bit pricey, but have found their combo meals to be a very, very good value and all their sides are equally as good as the wings. It's 8:01 pm as I right this review. I placed my order online at 6:38 pm and was told it would be ready at 6:53 pm. Everyone waiting has been here for an hour or more while the people actually getting their orders are realizing they're wrong or cold. As a result, customers are angry and workers are stressed. If it gets this busy, management should slow things down by closing off ordering systems or setting real expectations for the amount of time it takes. That would literally make everyone happier because they'd have more time to get orders right the first try, overall quality of those orders would be better, and people would wait less. Sure, if you do this you won't make as much money now, but you'll make more money in the long run. This is one of my favorite places to get wings. We have been a regular for about a year and a half. Yes sometimes they are behind on orders due to weekend rush or sports events. But understand they may have 10+ orders come over the computer at one time. We like their garlic parm wings. If you don't mind sugar on your fries then get them. The normal fry seasoning does have sugar. We have only had a problem a few times when they were training new people but other than that they have been nothing but fantastic. This wingstop consistently has problems with the timeliness of order preparation and ultimately accuracy of orders. Ultimately, I went in 9/1/17 at around 5:45pm after I made an online order. I had a bit of a wait but I can understand that on a Friday night I had a family order of 30 wings. The order was correct except for the plain 12 bone in wings (12 seasoned boneless instead) I ordered for my kids. So, I got home and noticed it was wrong I called and they asked me to return the wings. I returned them 3 hours later they took the wings and gave me new wings which in the car I noticed was wrong again because I ordered all drums but whatever at this point.
