We just dined in at this location and we were very disappointed with the cleanliness inside. We walked in and the restaurant was warm, muggy and smelled like trash. I wanted to leave at that point but my husband talked me into staying. Both of the bathrooms were closed, how un hygienic is that to have a restaurant that people eat at that you aren't able to wash your hands before your meal?! Unacceptable. The floors were disgustingly sticky, my shoes were stuck every step I took throughout the whole place. If I could give 0 stars I would ! Worst customer service spent 15 min calling no answer so I figured they were busy. Get to the restaurant Itd empty, didn't even greet me and when I tried to place order they were out of traditional wings. All while the phone kept ringing and I told them you don't answer the phone I tried calling would've saved me a trip if you guys actually answer and communicate that to customers!!! I never give a review but felt compelled because of my anger, placed an order and arrived at the store about 30 minutes after, 5 minutes after I was told it would be ready, waited 10 minutes for the guy in the store to take a phone order, another patron comes in and as soon as he gets off the phone he ignores I've been standing in front of him and helps her, 2 strikes! Couple of problems here. First off... one of the workers taking orders did have a mask, but it was below his top lip. Thankfully, a female worker got on the next register to take my order. I politely mentioned that the worker next to her has his mask halfway off and she did nothing. Ewww. I got my order in 15 minutes as promised. When I arrived home I found that my $16 wings were boneless when I asked for bone in. I know a lot of people like boneless, but I'm not one of them. They have messed up our order a few times now. The main issue with this Wing Stop is the GM Hershey Grewal. I submitted a claim for an issue with our chargers and he reached out on the matter. Got off work yesterday (12-5-14) and decided to stop at this location (never been to this one before) thought I'd try it out. The inside is so huge so that's a plus ... A lot of young teens work there . Young lady took my order , she was a bit snappy and rude but that was okay because she said my order would be out in 9 minutes and it was !!! Fastest service I've had at any wingstop :)! The bad : while ordering I had asked if I could have a little extra seasoning on my Cajun fries and she said yes , when I got ready to eat , I opened my box to find all of my food OVERSEASONED :/ . It was horrible , I ate one and instantly choked ! I could not even eat my meal but O was already home... Called the manager this morning, she didn't seem too concerned , I had to practically BEG FOR A REPLACEMENT MEAL. Oh and to add to the bad food experience, she even told me I could only come in on a certain day before 5pm only. I work til 6 ... Ugh This place is a no go for me. I love WINGSTOP though. read more

Me and my wife called this wing stop around 8:30 pm to make sure they have Halal wings and how late they are taking orders. We were told that we can place an order before 9 pm. My wife called at 8:50 pm to place an order and then she was put on hold for 8 minutes and then got disconnected. Upon calling more than 10 times someone picked up and mentioned they are slammed and not taking order for Halal wings anymore. We drove all the way from Menifee for good 40 minutes to get that and very conveniently the employee said No. They always charge extra for halal wings by putting blue cheese or something on the receipt which they don't provide. This is the closet Wingstop to me and I've had one issue that led me to contact their customer service line after 9pm to file a complaint because they forgot half of my order and didn't want to make fresh wings since the other half that made it in the bag (6 wings) had gotten cold. Joshua, the supervisor, learned that day that I wasn't the one. It's wings, fries and veggies folks. It shouldn't be that difficult. One thing I noticed on my last visit was that they do not wear gloves when handling the veggies. I'm not feelin that AT ALL. Other than that, the wings are always hot, the veggies are always crisp and fresh (minus the prep line touching them bare handed) and the fries are hit and miss on crispness. Horrible service from the young man with the blonde-ish hair and the nose piercing. When i walked in he looked at me like an inconvenience, no hello or a welcome, he just stared at me until i had said i was there to pick up my order, then after waiting an extra 15-20 minutes when it should have been ready they had completely messed up my order! Half the wings i got weren't the right sauce but then he said they could remake it but it would take another 30-40 minutes. Excellent and friendly service, everything in the order was included and accurate. The food was enjoyed by everyone, and we had no problems with our order. The different wing flavors are very good and had a lot of variety to choose from. The restaurant was also clean and service was fast. The actual wings were cooked overdone and a little hard which made it more difficult for some to eat. If they could get the oil temperature and timing of cooking down, that would make it better and worth the price. Also, they need to keep in mind that meat keeps cooking after you take it out of the oil or oven and they need to adjust for that. I myself don't mind the texture and chew to my wings (even if some are almost like jerky), and for fast food wings, I would rather have it over done than undercooked so I had no problems with them. Other than that, veggies are always crisp, cold, and cleanly cut. Fries are awesome big steakhouse style fries (so ask for extra well done if you need yours crunchy), but still full of flavor and good seasoning. Other people commenting on too much seasoning on their fries? Dust them off no problem -geez people. I've seen pictures of inconsistent food on here, but never personally had a problem with this location. They are very fast, friendly, and efficient imo. Other dine-in restaurants do cook their wings better, but overall I enjoy all the bold and bright flavors at this and the Norco location and Wingstop continues to be my favorite go-to place for wings. Nothing beats homemade wings for the price and control of your own food, but hey I don't expect much from fast food. Wingstop is way better than any other wing place where you struggle getting servers to your table, too loud, noisy, and messy, but this place does a great job overall and I'm glad they have stuck around. If I could give this place no stars, I would. So my friend and I ordered through DoorDash two orders of wing combos with extra ranch and two soft drinks. Unfortunately the driver almost got hit by a car on the way to our house (thank goodness she's okay) and swerved and spilled our drinks inside her car. Came to the house and told us what happened. We even helped her clean her car by bringing her paper towels and rags. After she left, we checked our bag and also noticed that we didn't get our extra ranch. So my friend had called WS and got the manager and told him the situation, said we have the order on her phone for proof, and asked if we can drive back and pick up our drinks and ranch. He said he would accommodate the DRINKS, but not the RANCH (this is important to the story). And said the reason because the packer of the orders put it in our bag, so he said he had to believe the packer and not us. Finally after going back and forth on the phone, he said he would accommodate both items. So we drove ALL THE WAY back to the location to retrieve our items. When we got there, we told the cashier that we had called and spoke to someone and as soon as we told him that, he started smirking and chuckling. So the cashier was actually the "manager" who was some young kid with short dark hair (guessing from the way he was acting towards my friend) and tells us that he would accommodate our RANCH, but not our DRINKS. So not only did he LIE about giving us both items on the phone, but flipped flopped the items from the phone call. He said he never said any of that over the phone (as he was smirking and chuckling) and was lying straight to her face...... literally over ranch and drinks that we PAYED for. And I kid you not, told us that WE were lying in front of customers. And said that we should've brought the broken cups (never told us that) and also said we were lying because "the cups don't break" Then the real manager came up confused because she was witnessing what was going on, she was being more apologetic and understood why we were really upset, which we appreciate her attitude. But unfortunately he would not give us our stuff and left with nothing after all of that. So to end it: we got lied to over the phone Employee was faking to be a manager and fighting with us after confronting him Drove to the place after he specifically said YES to both items and getting taken care of Only for him to refuse our paid items and pretty much laughed in our faces and called us liars. Decided we were in the mood for wings. Never tried this place before and won't be back. We got a mix of Hawaiian, Louisiana Rub, and Hickory Smoked BBQ. The Hawaiian tasted like bad Chinese food and it was slimy. Louisiana Rub had no real flavor besides being super salty and burned your lips a little for the heat. Hickory Smoked BBQ not sure where they get the BBQ flavor because BBQ it was not and no hickory flavor at all. The chefs need to go back to the flavor board and get it right.
