Wingstop is our absolute favorite wing place. After driving all night, we were so glad to see they didn't close until 11pm. I went with my husband about 10:35pm on 10/19/19, we inquired about the poster with the special outside. The cashier, girl with dark hair and glasses acted like we were bothering her. She kept rushing us to make a decision and tried to explain the special using their Wingstop jargon. Does she think we work there? How are we supposed to know what she's talking about? She could have made things easy by simply explaining they were regular chicken wings from a whole chicken, not the small wings. The guy mopping the floor explained it to us in 20 seconds?? After several minutes of back and forth, and her trying to make my husband sound like an idiot, we just left. She has no business working in customer service. Ordered for dine-in and employees cannot give me any idea or even an approximate timeframe when my meal will be ready. They have seating in the back but we cannot sit there and hear if our order is ready so I am waiting in the front area with no idea of how long that will be. I have been given the wrong order 2 times now as well. I love the wings here but it seems that everyone behind the counter is confused and there is a significant lack of leadership present. Went into this Wingstop for the first time today, and it will be my last. My complaint is with management or should I say lack of management. I recently purchased a SaveAround app. This particular Wingstop was highly pushed with advertisement on the app. So I went inside and showed them the coupon before I ordered, and no one including management acted like they never saw or knew about it. I placed an order and I picked it up without checking it. I got home and it was the wrong order. I went back to the store and they would not give me my correct order. The rude ass man behind the counter told me he gave me fries and he would not replace them. He did not give me fries with the incorrect order. This store has no customer service. In retrospect he should have apologized and given me more fries for having to come back. They customer service is TRASH. First of all I've worked at a different wingstop location so I know how it is. I called in my order and all because I already know. Asked for well done, he said 15-20 minutes. I show up at the time I was told and it wasn't ready which was expected so I had to wait. The dude at the register dealt with everyone else, even got they food out to people who ordered after me. SO, being me, I say something and he basically excused my ass. He get back to me after 5 minutes and say it's taking a little longer because it's well done. I know the game y'all used my wings for someone else and had to do mine over lol. I've been to this location 2 times in the last 2 months. Both times the order was made correctly and ready within 5 min of arriving @ scheduled time. Made an order for tonight, and realized a new rule for ordering online is that if my order exceeds $25, I had to pay online. Same for phone orders, I'm told. They said folks have been placing big orders & not coming for them. When I walk in (at the time Wingstop told me to) the counter guy couldn't find my order. Came back me a few minutes later w/ the order ticket to sign, said "its in progress". After 10 min waiting, I asked if my order had even been started, was told yes, it would be out soon. 5 minutes later, I was told one of my items had been messed up, they were re-doing it and giving me an extra order of something for free. My order was finally handed off to me 20 min after the scheduled pickup time. The manager Faraz was very apologetic, said they were really backed up on orders, & answered some questions for me. When I got home, the item they had to redo had been doubled, both batches were cold (corn pieces). I was also given a double order of fries (only paid for 1), but the veggie sticks I paid for were missing. Perhaps the only way to enjoy this location is to dine in, because phone & online orders are still pretty inconsistent and very late. read more

I ordered food online and already paid for it and they wouldn't give it to a my family member who went to pick it up because they didn't have my ID. My card even though they had the receipt so they had to also pay for it. We had to pay for the meal twice in order to get it...how backwards is that. Wings here are famous but I can got to plenty of places for a variety of wings. I choose to come here after a long time of no longer being a customer. When I decide to get some for the family at home the sauces are no longer available without added charges? How are you going to expect me to spend $30 for your wings and not offer dipping sauces. Picked up a to-go order for dinner last night. We ordered 50 wings (mix of original hot, Hawaiian, lemon pepper, and garlic parmesan) and two sides of well-done fries. The order was ready on time and it was easy getting in and out w/ the food. Some of the drumsticks we got were huge, like these chickens were injected with growth hormones huge. The wings were well-cooked; perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The original hot wings weren't very hot at all. A bit of a letdown because I like me some spice. The lemon pepper wings were pretty good, but there was a pool of oil sitting at the bottom of the container, so half the wings were just soaked. The garlic parmesan were my favorite of the bunch and, in my opinion, are better than Buffalo Wild Wings' parmesan garlic counterpart. I didn't try the Hawaiian wings. The well-done fries weren't well-done. I've had their fries cooked standard in the past, and there didn't seem to be any difference. They were still good, but order accuracy is a big thing for me. Also, my girlfriend has a dairy allergy so we called beforehand to see what she could have. She ordered wings that should have been safe for her, but she broke out into hives in the middle of the night and had trouble sleeping. Could've just been a cross contamination issue, but no way to be sure. Fortunately, her dairy allergy isn't life threatening, but if you or anybody you know is allergic to dairy, proceed with caution. read more

I ordered online to pick-up a few hours later. When I entered the restaurant, the employees were not friendly and did not make me feel welcome. I paid for my order and they did not have it ready at the time they said that it would be. I was supposed to pick-up at 5:30PM, but didn't end up leaving until 5:50PM and watched several others receive their order before me. What's the point of ordering online if the food isn't ready for pick-up when it says it will be!? My order was accurate, but it was packed incorrectly so all of the sauce spilled out of the container and through the bag, making for a very messy meal. Alright... this is the second time in 2 days that I've had an issue with wingstop. TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS... The first girl I approached was so sweet, and I was hoping that this would have been a better experience than the one I had yesterday in riverside. Wrong. I called ahead and placed an order. I walked in at 935 and paid for my meal, got my drink and sat down and waited for my food to come out. It came out within seconds of me sitting down so I asked one of the girls what time they closed and she said "10.. or 11 I'm not sure" you dont know when you close?? Pkay, so because I work in the food industry I know how it can be frustrating when people come in within minutes of closing but I figured she said 11.. so I asked her if it was okay if i sat and ate my meal there. She said yes, that it wasn't a problem at all, and to take my time. I still wasn't sure if they closed at 1p or 11 at this point so I sat down and tried to eat as fast as I could. I was sitting by the register so I was just looking around while I ate my meal. I noticed the manager or shift lead, whoever was there tonight was on her phone behind the counter. And one of her employees asked a question while at reg and she turned, phone in hand in front of a customer and gave him a short answer and went back on her phone. And then at 955 she looked at me, looked at the clock above the register, locked the front door and turned of the open sign. I was not the only customer in the place. About 3 more people were in the lobby. Super passive aggressive. Now I feel like I cant walk out of the front door, so I opted for the side door which was still open, i felt very pushed out of that restaurant. The food was not good at all either. The chicken tasted funny, and I did not eat it really at all.. I was going to ask for a refund but I noticed she had already closed out her drawers by 10pm. I ended up leaving because I did not feel welcome. Also looking at all reviews from both this location and the one I went to in riverside, you give the same response, just tweaked a little to everyone. Be genuine. If you actually "sincerely apologize if we fell short of outstanding service" dont use the same template for every review. I will be contacting corporate about both my meals.. Its sad because I used to prefer wingstop over their competitors.. I dont know anymore. I have attached the ladies that were working tonight. One manager one team member.
