OK, I accept that but the owner just so happened to be there and he didn't even know what type of oil they used! Ridiculous... Every table at a wing restaurant should have napkins! The only place to get napkins was at the front off a napkin roll. Plus, does this place have trash cans because I couldn't find one? The fries were soggy, I was disappointed because other yelpers stated the fries were awesome. I thought they were terrible. Do not go to this place! I went here yesterday for a to go father's day. My wife ordered online and when we went to pick it up at the time it said it would be ready we had to wait an additional 45 minutes on top of the 30 minutes we already waited. Now I know that is not a reason to give 1 star but if waiting was the only thing I would not be writing this review. They under cooked my chicken to the point where I have a mild case of food poisoning and can not keep even water down. STAY AWAY unless you want to wait forever and still get under cooked chicken. Ordered some take-out from here last week for the first time. Ordered a combination of boneless and regular wings. Flavors we got were: Mango Habanero, Cajun, and Hickory Smoked BBQ. The Mango Habanero was way too hot, and I can usually tolerate hot okay. Flavor was good, but with so much heat, it was hard to enjoy it after a while. The BBQ was really just BBQ sauce. Nothing special. The Cajun was absolutely the best, so I would highly recommend that flavor. Good taste with just the right amount of heat. In terms of boneless vs regular, let me first say that I hate bones. So I thought the boneless would be the best for me. Turns out I like the regular more, as it was more crispy on the outside. There's definitely more meat on the boneless, but the texture was more on the soggy side. Pleasantly surprised by this place, so I will definitely be back. read more

If I could give this location no stars I would. The customer service was HORRIBLE. I placed a phone order and I had a coupon. When I got to the location I showed the cashier my coupon. Anthony (the cashier) asked his co-worker (who refused to tell me his name) to assist him with putting the coupon in. "Mr. Refuse his name" tells me I have to place the order online to use the code. Most food places put the code in at checkout or he could have just charged me for one combo since the coupon I had was a purchase anything and receive a free 6 piece combo. I stood there and wasted 10 minutes placing a online order to use this code. I pay for my food and he gives me the food that I placed an order for over the phone. The food was ordered at 8:44pm. I got there about 9pm and had to stand there for 10 minutes to place the order online. The food was COLD!!! So I asked if he can make me a fresh order since I had to place the order online and he refused to do so. I asked him for the corporate number and for the managers name and he refused. He proceeds to tell me he's the manager. So I just asked for a refund because I couldn't believe the incompetence and lack of customer service. I will find out who the real manager is if this location and call corporate to report this. We placed an online order and went to pick it up a lady asked for the bane on the order and went to the back to whisper to one of the men in the back and came back asked my boyfriend for his card and ID we had nothing to hide but it was a weird process with no explanation. Customer service here is poor. Person answering the phone was super rude. I ordered a 40 wing meal with well done wings and everything went downhill from there. First the wings were NOT well done. The skin was rubbery. And the even bigger issue? They shorted us 6 wings. And to put salt in the wound... I called and they argued with me that the cook didn't short us. Then all of a sudden they "magically" couldn't hear me and hung up. I call back and asked for a partial refund. I feel a $6 refund is totally fair. But nope. I can just come back and pick up my wings. I live 20 minutes away so that isn't an option. So they say I can have 6 free wings another day. Guess what WingStop??? They aren't free!!! 3/21/19 - Decided to try the Corona Wingstop on Ontario Avenue because Door Dash is offering free delivery. The order was very late, but that was not a huge issue. The wings were overly drenched in sauce, not good. Even worse, the french fries were a oily, underdone mess. Very disappointed. Will not order again. read more

My family and I are avid wing eaters, and frequent Wingstop regularly. What a terrible joke of a business this Corona location is though. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. We tried calling an order in on Saturday and was left on hold for over 10 minutes and then hung up on. When we called back we were told "Wingstop can you hold?" and placed immediately back on hold. We decided to try our luck again today. We should have learned..... We were left on hold for about 6 minutes (not a huge deal), we place the order and the whole time the gentleman is ignoring what we are saying/not listening. Reads back the order, which is wrong so we correct it. He says ok. Doesn't quote a time or anything. Hangs up. Knowing that our trusty Norco location takes no longer than 14 minutes we figure, let's give them 30 minutes before we even leave our house. We get to the restaurant exactly 45 minutes after placing our order. While paying for the order we ask the young lady to please split the bill between 2 credit cards. She says "ok..... ::swipes one card:::: wait what did you want me to do?" She then turns to me and says "well I just saved you money. You're welcome." She then tells us they will start our order. START OUR ORDER THAT WAS CALLED IN 45 MINUTES PRIOR! (Meanwhile there are other disgruntled people sitting around waiting). We end up waiting 12 more minutes before the food is ready. No apologies. No kindness. Nothing. Just rudeness. This isn't the first time this has happened at this locations. It's happened, not even exaggerating, at least 4 other occasions. We had taken a break from using this location for that exact reason, but after tonight it all came screaming back as a sobering reminder why we avoid this location.
