This place has changed their menu side orders drastically. Gone are the potato salad, coleslaw and yummy baked beans. So if you are vegetarian and/or don't want chicken you get just 3 choices for sides: fries, veggie sticks (celery and carrots) and a fried corn cob side (5 tiny pieces for $2.89, not worth it). I think they changed their blue cheese dip sauce. It doesn't taste anything remotely like blue cheese, very very bland. My grocery store bottle of Litehouse blue cheese was wayyy better tasting. I give this place 1 star, not because of their food but because of the service I always receive when I go there. I came in yesterday (Halloween) and ordered a ton of wings. We order wing stop every year for Halloween for my entire family, and every time I come here to this location there is a problem. The staff is always rude, and not helpful at all. Yesterday I received service from a man who was dressed up as Eddie from Stranger Things (I didn't catch his name). He spoke to me and my boyfriend like we were absolute idiots, and was not helpful, did not explain things well and did not answer our questions. When we asked for clarification, he gave us attitude. We were ordering 30 wings and needed to make sure our order was correct. Because of him, I will not be coming back to this location and would not recommend anyone to come here. where do I start.? I been coming to this particular Wingstop, since I move to Corona 6 yrs ago ! I Have always order the same family pack. A meal over $45 and always order well done crispy wings. I always call in my order, yes I know they get busy and it is hard to hear when I'm ordering. So today calling in my order the way I've been doing it for the last six years I get home and it's all boneless wings. I called in to advise them they got my order. I kept getting excuses after excuses. My boyfriend and I went in today to pick up an online order. We walked in and the person at the cash register had his eyes glued on the TV monitor. He gave a half-hearted greeting, never taking his eyes off the screen. We approached the register and noticed that he was surfing the channels with the remote in hand. Another person was handing a lady her order. My boyfriend said we were here to pick up an online order. TV guy didn't even blink and said the other person will handle it. The other person was nice and got us our order quickly. We left and after a while I noticed the bag was soaked through and oil was dripping all over my thighs. A warning would have been nice, but since it wasn't on my clothes, it's not a big deal. Overall, one star for the person who took our order and four more for the food. I love the lemon pepper wings. The two stars is for the service. Ordered through DoorDash cause MNF was on and I had few people over. Order was cancelled stating that it was busier than usual. You can look up the online menu for prices. It's a hit and miss when it comes to good chicken. Sometimes the chicken will taste amazing, fresh and meaty. Wings were undercooked, fries were hard and over cooked, the sauce didn't have much flavor at all, and they refused to give me a ranch with my wings, then proceeded to tell me it was because I didn't order a meal!! I love wingstop. I recently moved to corona and have gone to this location 3 separate times. Every time the wings were severely under seasoned and under sauced. Every time my father who is African American goes into your institution, he is carded. There have been numerous times when he has gone in and noticed that he is the only person carded--among those times there has been people (non-black) who have not been carded, they simply swipe there credit/debit cards without asking them for their ID. Because this has happened so much my father as well as my family are under the impression that this Wingstop location is prejudice. Wingstop in CORONA, CA is horrendous. I came in with the receipt from 2/2 they messed up my entire order and the last time they messed up I called to ask them to fix it they fought me and they didn't fix it. So this time I went in person and they would NOT do anything to help me once again. They will not refund me or make me another order for free since it was not edible and the food was wasted and now I am not compensated. The horrible this was, I went in and the sweet lady - not the manager - understood my frustrations and she said okay, we will redo your order. Give us 16-20 mins and come back. So I waited outside in my car which was visible, I went in to find out that the manager put a stop to my order and they would not redo or give me anything.
