Everytime I place an order at this location they tell me a time , end up showing up to pick up my food 5 mins before and end up being there for another hour. While I waited there for an hour many customers coming back because orders were wrong. They need to get it together. read more

Called and placed an order 1 hour ahead and they still weren't ready when we got there.. had to wait in store another 30 minutes. when we finally got the food. Very friendly guy couldn't get his name brought my food to my table which I'm sitting in the patio & NOT once has a worker at wingstop did such a kind gesture. Out of all the wingstops located around my area this is definitely my favorite. For some reason the wings always come out juicy, tender, and pretty much perfect whenever I come to order here. The french fries are always on point and contain the perfect amount of seasoning. I've never had to complain to any manager because if I order on the phone or in-store my food is always ready at the promised time. Do I even need to mention that all the drinks are actually stocked and working on the soda machine. I have not been able to find strawberry cream soda anywhere but this location. The employees are extremely friendly and never rush when people order. They definitely have enough customer service experience to keep up with the multiple orders they take in on the daily. If you're looking for a wingstop that isn't going to let you down this is the place to go. My experience here was amazing. Staff is very friendly I asked for all flats well done and that's exactly what I got and it was still hot and fresh when I got done. Fries were fried just enough. I love my wings so this place is definitely the best . Yesenia helped a lot with placing my order because I had no clue what I wanted at first but then she started to tell me more and more about the different flavors and even letting me try some flavors as well! Customer service is terrible. I called in an order and gave them an hour to complete the order. Upon arrival they had not even started it. We had to wait an additional 30 min for our food. What was the point of a call ahead order if this is the urgency they give it? Then when asking if we could split the payment the cashier ran my card then asked "what was I asking her?". I repeated myself and she said you should have told me before I ran the card, laughed and told my friend that it was his lucky day. No appologie or concern for her error. I am a regular customer that has frequented this store since it first opened. Tonight I entered the store thinking I would enjoy my usual fare. The store hours posted on the entry door claims they are open until 10:00. I entered at 9:15. It takes 14 minutes for the order to be prepared, leaving me 30 minutes to easily finish off my order. I recited my flavors and sides to the cashier, who responded with my total and added, "This is to go." I was surprised and asked, "Does it have to be?" She said, the dining room closes at 9:30, which was when my order would be ready. There were still customers at the nearby tables. Ridiculous policy. I canceled the order and checked the website of the Buffalo Wild Wings a few miles away and discovered that they are open until 1:00 am. It was win-win. For me I was able to order wings and eat them at my leisure. For Wingstop their staff was able to spend time without me in the way, cleaning up the dining room to prepare for tomorrow's possible future customers. Wingstop franchises cost $1 million (see wingstop.com). I find the marketing policy of turning away in-store business during open hours intriguing. However, I do not think that those investors interested in profits will be following their example of turning away dollars already within their walls. read more

I've had a bad experience pretty much at Wing Stop I've gone to. I found a coupon for free fries so I decided to go in and order and see how it was. Ordered over the phone and I was told to have the coupon printed (at the end when I told them I couldn't they said just come in; they still honored it). They guy working was in training but hey we're all new at one point in time so I never mind dealing with newbies. Had to pay for ranch $0.75 when I ordered the wing only combo and the wings are like small little nuggets! I remember when they were bigger. You pay a lot per wing and they still give you the smallest pieces they can cut the wings into. Cajun wings are pretty good and this experience has been the best one I've had at a Wing Stop so far. read more

We came in with the intention of using my birthday free fries on my birthday, and we were given a very hard time. We were told we need to print it out, which it does not state anywhere on the email or on the coupon. There was a woman who seemed to be the supervisor or owner, came over and continued to tell us no and was very rude and condescending. We were spending about $50 in food, we don't own a printer. I offered to email her the coupon so she could print it out since she said that she will get in trouble for not having the coupon. She denied having us email it to her, so apparently she chose to lie to us as well. It was a very bad experience on my birthday. My chicken was NOT even crispy at all as ordered, and the fries felt normal as well comparing to the well done I actually ordered. Due to this subpar food, and horrible management. Wow. I never thought I would like this type of joint but man have I eaten my words. The wings here are phenomenal...get the garlic parmesan! Also, make sure to get bone-in wings, the boneless ones get a little too crunchy and rock-like. Wingstop has to have the best ranch dressing I have ever tasted. It takes a while, so calling in your order ahead of time is wise. But hey, fresh food is worth the wait! I was super excited to try this place because I LOVE all things chicken and love fresh fries. This was the first time we've been there and its all because we've heard NOTHING but great things about Wingstop so I went in and ordered the chicken strips and got sides of garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper and hawaiian dips and all three were EXTREMELY disgusting when we got home to taste everything (we live about 2 minutes from this location) and the fries were oily, tasteless, salty and soggy! The chicken strips were REALLY salty as well and so our whole dinner was ruined since everything was disgusting! We will NEVER go there again! First and last time! read more

Will never order from here again!! Our son ordered the buffalo wings on 01-11-19 and within 1hour he began to have stomach cramps and then in 3-4 hours was vomiting uncontrollably. Ordered ahead of time with a pick up time of 6p. It is almost 6:30p and still have not received my order. If they are falling behind they need to change their pick up times to accommodate that instead of having angrily waiting customers crowding in the small space they have by the register to wait. Be considerate of others peoples time and accurately give out wait times. If I would have knowing they were going to take this long I would have checked in, picked up the other food that is now getting cold in the car, and come back when it was actually ready! read more
