I'm leaving a review because when I went to my maps on my phone and searched for the Wingstop I saw 2.0 ratings and was shocked. I have always gone to this location and always enjoyed it. So I decided to ignore the ratings and go try it for myself. I ordered over the phone, wings, fries, & Cajun Corn. The girl on the phone was nice, I walked in and everyone inside was nice. Dine in is closed because of covid, my food was ready in less than 10 min! I went home and devoured my food it was absolutely delicious and I will definitely continue ordering from the spot until proven wrong! People only leave reviews when things go bad but not when things go right. read more

What a disappointing experience! The girl at the register, taking our order, looked and acted miserable. She made no eye contact, mumbled, and almost barked at the guys in the kitchen when they asked one question. When my order was ready, one of the guys in the kitchen was the one who told me it was ready, I didn't even get a "thank you", "good night", nothing from that girl. Once home, ready to eat, either they gave us the wrong wings or, the Hawaiian that I ordered, which is are supposed to be sweet, were dropped in salt. Again, very disappointing. I ordered $73 of food on Uber Eats and scheduled a delivery. When my order arrived, it was missing everything with exception of one order of fries. Those fries were cold, soggy and inedible. I immediately tried calling the restaurant and no answer. I called the driver back and he stated that was all he was given. Fast forward to 10+ more phone calls and still no answer. My mistake. I should have looked at the Yelp rating instead of going directly through Google to the Uber Eats app. I used to love Wingstop in Tampa when we lived there. This place is a disaster! Only one employee in the establishment had a face mask on the others didn't and they were in the food prep area! They even had customers waiting inside without masks on even though they have a sign on the door requiring you to wear a mask before entry. I ordered form wingstop the other day and everything was thrown around, the sauce and grease wasn't even on the chicken it was on the bag. The chicken was half way cooked and dry and they forgot our fries and drinks. When i opened the chicken, i seen a dead roach and i almost threw up. While there was a little mix up with my order that took a few extra minutes, I didn't mind because Morris was a wonderful employee. He had a super positive mindset and went above and beyond to help. While the employees certainly weren't bad, Morris stood out because of his work ethic and attitude. I'll suggest this location just due to his behavior as an employee. I hope he has an opportunity to rise in the company, or at the very least something monetary to reflect his superb work. While I can't speak for an employee of the month, I can 100% certain say that he was employee of the day. read more

Of the 30 wings delivered, 10 that were plain were edible. The other 20 were too spicy. We didn't receive side we paid for. When I got a hold of the restaurant the next day, the manager told me to bring in the incorrect order and he would remake the 20 wings we didn't eat. Then was scolded by an employee when i told her how long we had been waiting.
