This is a horrible Wingstop! The service is never consistent. My last experience was horrible and I wasted a little over $13 on wings that were not crispy at all even though I specified I wanted them to be well done/extra crispy. I called the corporate office the same day and completed a review on the Wingstop app. I was never contacted by the district manager or franchise owner so I called back a week or two later and was promised that someone would contact me within a couple of days...of course that never happened so I called back again and was told that this location said they replaced my food that's why I have not been contacted! I can't believe that had the nerve to lie! I never contacted this location directly after the incident because I was tired of the inconsistency and felt upper management needed to be aware. I know this place has alot of great reviews but honestly these were the worst wings and fries ive ever had.The wings tasted like frozen reheated wings drowned in syrup.The fries tasted entirely of dirty potato skins that were overcokked.The steak fries with the skins on arent my favorite to start with but I couldnt tatse potatos just the overpowering skins.I have made my own fries and understand what fresh fries are.The fries here taste of burned dirty skins not potato properly cooked.Honestly Jewell has much better wings. read more

I love wingstop but the Elgin location just can't seem to follow directions and cook my food well done. (I would rather not eat undercooked wings) The manager Eric is rude, doesn't listen and clearly doesn't have any customer service skills or how to solve customers complaints in a professional manner. Went in before hitting up the movies. Wanted to get wings and figured , hey lets try this place out. She was in the mood for some boneless so we got a ten piece. Not sure how all the other sauces were but the mild sucked. I was thinking if you buy the wings, the ranch is included.. nope thats extra...wtf?? do you gotta pay extra for the ketchup too?? I get it, without the sauce, the boneless are basically chicken tenders, but where the hell did the sauce go. Im used to getting the sauce all over my hands and doing those finger licking gestures.. lets just say, if the fate of this place was dependent on those wings me and my wife had...never mind thats harsh... For a place that specializes in wings, I think they need to work on it or change the name. I will definitely not "STOP" by here again for wings, ill tell you that. I noticed the cashiers shirt was wrinkled, I didn't think much of it, but as I kept looking, it was dirty with stains. it was nasty. after we ordered were went to get our drinks, the drink area was filthy like it hadn't been cleaned on days. the health department needs to take a look at this place. yuck.... read more

If I could give this store no stars that would be exactly what I would do. I called ahead when Wing Stop opens, and placed an order for Super Bowl Sunday. My pick up time was for 5:15pm. I got there at 5pm, and had to wait in line until 5:17pm. I did expect that to happen. You would think that my wings would be ready when I got there. The exact opposite. The people working were so unorganized. Some did not know whether they should take an order, or to help prepare an order. Then there was a girl working, and I am not sure what her role was, but she was not wearing the traditional "Wing Stop" shirt, she was in a tank top, and looked like she was going to work out. I had to ask on several occasions what was going on with my order. I really got annoyed when it was 5:45, and I still did not get my order. There were several people coming back into Wing Stop because their order was incorrect. Another couple who came close to 20 minutes after me received their order before me. I could clearly see on their ticket that their pick up time was for 5:30. When I said something about that, some disrespectful fry cook in the back came up front, and started yelling at me. Saying if I do not like it I can get my money back and leave. I ended up walking out with my order close to 5:55pm. I might as well had the rest of my family come meet me at Wing Stop to watch the Super Bowl the rate that they were going. Then to add insult to injury, the fries were not completely fried, and were soggy. Our garlic parmesan wings did not have any taste to them, nor was there any seasoning on them. They were basically fried with oil drenched on them. This Wing Stop acted in poor taste, and the food was horrible. Do not waste your time going here at all! read more

bad on the delivery when taking out food. simply put cant get the order CORRECT. seems that even if you go there and order face to face they can not get the item correctly in the bag. and after driving back in the snow storm new years eve they made me wait even after I had called ahead. and they still got it wrong. read more
