Our program has scheduled a fundraiser before with this location and it's been fine. This time we scheduled a fundraiser for 1/21 and when we called the next day to confirm the funds we had raised they said not a single supporter mentioned our fundraiser to the cashier. Which we find hard to believe for two reasons. 1. We have had a fundraiser here before and know how it works. 2. There is no way that out of the all extra customers they got that day, not a single person said they were there for the fundraiser. Especially since I was there myself and specifically said fundraiser. When my partner brought this up to management, Jorge Uribe was very rude and uncooperative. He was unwilling to help find a resolution and insisted that it was our faults. I've attached his and his team's emails confirming our fundraiser and him mixing up the days. This isn't one of those "let's speak to the manager moments" because it's very clearly that management is unwilling to speak at all or own up to their mistake. Especially when he got us confused with a different club and didn't read the dates, signatures or email threads clearly indicating who we represented. Stopped to pick my son up dinner. The girl that took our order had zero expression, rude and didn't seem to care about her job. Probably shouldn't be a cashier. For an 8pc combo it took about 20min and we were the only people there. Son said the food was good and fresh but he rarely complains lol. I just wanna start by saying how poor of an establishment this Wingstop is. I go in and I place an order I get home. They forget my wings. They say they know they forgot my wings but then tell me that if they give me a claim number they're just gonna replace the wings and not the whole entire meal so you put fries in my bag with my husband's food but only give me fries and you won't replace my meal when I come back. This is ultimately ridiculous and poor customer service! I ate at this location about a year ago and became extremely sick the next day...fever, chills, vomiting, weakness, and looking very pale. The symptoms lasted for several days. At the time, I assumed I had caught the flu and didn't connect it to the food. Yesterday, I ate at this same Wingstop location again, and today I woke up feeling almost identical symptoms: nausea, weakness, paleness, and overall feeling very sick. Experiencing the same reaction twice after eating from this location is very concerning. I strongly believe management should thoroughly review the food handling and safety practices here. Wingstop has been my guilty obsession recently and this location is very reliable of the Wingstops I've been to. I have learned to always order ahead on the app, because ordering in-store will usually be around a 20 minute wait. Ordering ahead gives me enough time to drive over, pick it up, and head out! They give you a time frame for pick up which is helpful. My favorite flavors are original hot, garlic parm, and lemon pepper. The boneless wings do get pretty greasy when ordering dry seasoned ones. The bone-in wings are best for these flavors. The ranch is also an integral part of the Wingstop experience. It's so flavorful and compliments the wings really well. This location is located in a busy shopping center, but lots of parking is available at all times. The location is usually clean and with open seats available. Daughter is a teacher in Elk Grove. A lot of times on Wednesday, will pick something up and bring to her school and we eat in the car. There are about ten maybe places I might pick food up including this Wingstop. Everything always good. And staff is just wonderful. This pack stated that it was enough to feed 6-9 people and that estimate was accurate for us as well. We had 5 people and had a ton of food left over. I visited last night with my two kids and ordered the 15-piece classic combo with sodas, totaling $35.87. We waited nearly 30 minutes before our food was ready. I politely asked for a cup for water and was told they didn't have any. I then asked if I could have an extra soda cup to use for water, and both the manager, Letty, and an employee named Cielo, firmly told me "no" and said I would have to pay for it. The thigh bites are basically boneless wings, but made with the dark meat instead of the white meat. They seemed to be much crispier than their boneless wings and they were surprisingly moist! This is the closest WingStop to my house so we always come here. We always order the same flavor wings which are mild and mango habanero, we do get both bone in and boneless just depends what we're feeling that day! Just recently we tried the burgers and I can say I really do enjoy the original hot flavor! It has pickles on it and it gives it the perfect touch. I have yet to try all the others which also sound really good. Today I got the burger meal which included a regular size fry, ranch dip and a 20oz drink. I finished all my food... quick!
