I have to say I just had the most saltiest lemon pepper wings I've ever had in my life. The salt was packed on or something. I had to wipe off/scrape the seasoning off with a napkin on all of my wings. Luckily, I only did a 6 wings combo or I would've been more amped up. But she couldn't give us any answer about how she liked it or other customers would like it. Her responses felt evasive and disinterested. Like we were bothering her simply by asking her opinion. Eaten here many times and have been a fan since they opened as I do love me some wings. We ordered out tonight for some Monday night football. The Peking and Saigon was the first time I've tried it, they are both too sweet for my taste. The wings overall were cooked well, the garlic noodles were okay. I ordered regular fries and seasoned but got both seasoned. Can't say about service nor dine in since we got the food to go, but we have eaten here more times and service and ambience resembles much of a sports bar. To me, better than Buffalo Wild Wings. My husband and I have ordered from here quite a few times on DoorDash and I've never really thought that much, but tonight I got five different flavors. I've never ordered so many flavors that are just rubs, I usually get maybe a maximum of three flavors and at least one or two are sauces. Tonight, I got garlic Parmesan, Louisiana rub, California rub, teriyaki, and lemon pepper. The teriyaki flavor was the only one that was an actual sauce so it had a decent amount of flavor. The wings were cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of crispiness and seasoning. This time, I ordered a 6-piece combo and an 8-piece combo, totaling $33.25. For my combos, I chose garlic noodles, seasoned fries, and a drink. Everything was fresh and satisfying. I did dine-in and surprisingly, the restaurant wasn't too busy for a Friday night, which was a nice bonus. The space was clean and well-maintained, making the dining experience even better. You can see this for the more popular flavors such as lemon pepper etc. People will wait longer for food done right... it's why you order and pick it up and plan before hand. Why you decide to make it like no one notices in an area that has so much competition for food and especially wings is restaurant suicide. The food is so bad they don't even properly hydrate their veggies they come with the wings. How do you mess this up? It's water and veggies. Water and veggies! The last straw was when they literally had no sauce for a Korean kick, to the point where it was not red but brown with a drizzle of sauce like it was brushed on. The food came out like they had a competition of one good cook and one extremely bad one. Or they just outright ignored their teacher and are remaking things the way they want to do it. I've had fire wings in Orange County and liked them there so I wanted to try this location. The wings were mushy and small. I got both dry rub and sauced wings and neither wing type had good texture.
