Have almost 10 people cooking and can't give people their food and when they say a time don't believe it it will take way longer

Wingstop is my go to option for wings these days. For sure there are better, tastier options, but I enjoyed the consistent quality and service I get from this place on every visit. I've always ordered through the app so every visit has been pretty quick. Unlike some other locations, I haven't had any issues here but it seems to be the least busy Wingstop Ive seen. Regarding variety, they have a decent selection of wings and occasionally have some seasonal offerings. Nothing really huge but like I said, I enjoy this place for consistency and quality. Wings are above average. Definitely not the best, but you won't be disappointed and it's better than a lot other fast food options out there. I'm not a huge fan of the sides, so I generally just opt for the wings. Boneless and bone-in it's always been great. I haven't had any issues with services. Like I said, I order exclusively for pick-up, so interactions have been minimal but I consider that a good thing. Means no issues with staff or my orders. When it comes down to it, when you are looking for the no-frills options, it's hard to beat this place! read more

I placed an order online (Order number 8543461416) and paid with my credit card. My son went to the store location (8447 Elk Grove Florin RD STE 50, Elk Grove CA 95624) to pick up the order like he's done on several occasions, but today the rep at the counter said they wouldn't release the order without the last four digits of the card used to place the order. My son proceeds to provide that information and he's then told the need to see a picture of the card used. Excuse me!! I've never had to show a picture of my card when placing an online order. I simply provide my name and sometimes I'm asked to show my ID and my order is released. But this is unacceptable. Clearly the email reflects that the order was placed with a credit card and also reflects the las four digits of the card used but yet the person in store wouldn't release my food because they wanted a picture. I see that James LaBree is the district manager of this location but what do you know there's no phone number listed for him at the store. Also, if a photo of a form of payment is needed to pick up your online order that information needs to be outlined on the website. WHAT THE HELL?? My nephew came to this wingstop and ordered 10 wings to find them the size of something you order off a kids menu , it is literally 5 times smaller than the hand ! I called in and placed an order on Tuesday at 6pm. I ordered an all in combo which comes with 16 boneless wings and six tenders. They repeated my order back to me and it was correct.. I got home from picking up my order at 6:35 to discover my order was incorrect. I was given six boneless wings instead of six tenders that should've came with. I called to let them know that my order was wrong expecting them to offer a partial refund for the price difference between the tenders and the boneless wings, or offer some sort of credit for next time. However, they told me the only option was to drive back to have them remake my food. That is not good customer service in my opinion. it is 7 PM and my family is still waiting for dinner and I have been inconvenienced for an hour. If I made an error, I would make sure to not inconvenience the customer any further. Baffled at the lack of service this establishment offers. When I got there to have them remake my order, I asked if there was any type of discount or coupon I could be offered since I have wasted an hour of my night going back-and-forth to fix their error. And the manager just told me no, there's nothing they can do. My family and I have Wingstop we go to this location . But after this interaction, we will not be doing business with this establishment anymore. What happened to customer service ? Update: I just got home with my replacement order and it's STILL wrong. It was a a crazy busy Saturday night tonight. Lots of people coming in and out. The staff was amazing. They were all so genuinely nice and professional. Great crew. I appreciated the great service as it made the wait more bearable. They were also on top of that soda machine that was going flat and running out of syrup. The staff and managers at this place discriminates against the disabled and young. I am hurt, but happy I had this experience so that I can stop giving my money to them. They've really lost a regular customer. Photo to show I literally place online orders weekly using the same card that belongs to me!! I'm disabled and have mobility challenges. The restaurant doesn't offer curbside so I placed my order online which I always do and listed 11 yo son as the person picking up. He went in, gave him name, and showed his school ID. The staff member and manager proceeded to request he provide further information and show my debit card. This took an additional 20 minutes and 4 trips back and forth from the car to the restaurant I had to call the location to speak with a manager in order for them to finally give him the food. They lied and said it was some new policy to request all this additional information. I'm saddened because we dine here weekly following the same procedure except my husband picks up the food. They however decided to discriminate against my child because he is young. I can not believe my child was treated this way. Our food was cold when we got it home because of the staff and managers behavior. Although my wife and I live closer to the Wingstop on Laguna Blvd., we choose to come to this Wingstop due to the quality in food preparation. This Wingstop does a great job of making sure that the fries are crispy, but not burnt. In addition, the inside and outside of our chicken wings are usually well cooked (unfortunately we have been the victims of undercooked wings from other locations). During our recent visit, we were ecstatic to see that this location has added the loaded fries to their menu! Currently the two options available are the "Voodoo" and "Buffalo Ranch fries." Without hesitation, my wife and I both ordered the Buffalo Ranch fries. I was a bit disappointed to see that the buffalo sauce to fry ratio was off. However, the little buffalo sauce that was included was delicious when dipped in the included ranch sauce. My wife's issue with the fries, was that they had lost their crispiness while being enclosed in the Styrofoam "to-go" packaging. The loaded fries are a new addition, so we expect that it may take a while for the cooks to get them just right. In addition, I can imagine that they would have been better had we dined-in. Apparently either this location or all Wing Stops, no longer provide a 5% discount to military and or veterans anymore. I them today for my son's 5th birthday. Ordered 75 boneless wings which was a little under $60. I went to pick up the wings, and at the register I noticed their sign that said "I.D. must match the name on the debit or credit card used." I thought was great for security purposes, so I showed my I.D. as usual, which ended up being my VA I.D. And wasn't told about the discount like usual. So I asked if they still have the discount for military and veterans still, and I was told they no longer do that. I asked how long that's been because I was there about a month ago, and it was still in effect. And I was told it was recent. I don't know if it was because she was new, but if so she should ask instead of assuming, and giving the wrong information. Maybe I'll check another location or take my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service. My son ordered the food from home while I was on my way home from work. When I got there Jazmin asked for the card I used to order the food. I explained the situation and she would not give me the food. I had my son send me a picture of the card and she still would not give me the food. Now since my son and I have the same name you would think if I showed her my ID she would give me the food. Nope. My son then told me he used Apple Pay and he used the card he sent me. I showed her a picture of the order and the receipt from Apple Pay. Still would not give me the food. I asked her to refund the money, I guess they would rather waste the food. I have been a customer and Door Dash pick up worker at this particular WingStop. Let me tell you what to expect: Do you like waiting an EXTRA 45 minutes for your order that was supposed to be ready? Do you like finally receiving your order and finding not all the food is there? If yes, then this is the place for you! As a customer: I did not receive any vegetables that was on my order. Unfortunately I used DoorDash and they are unable to open the bag to check if all the food is there. I also order 6 boneless wings and I kid you not, one of them was not chicken but the little crispy part that falls off of chicken. I wish I took a picture but I was in such disbelief that counted as a wing. As a dasher: I have had to wait numerous times at this WingStop and every time, EVERY TIME, they went way over the expected pick up time. I discovered this place one friday night after a long day golfing and drinking. We oredered 25 wings and fries. I got mine cajun and original hot. The Cajun is great. It has a little heat while maintaining nice flavor. The fries are awesome. They have the perfect amount of salt and come out piping hot. You do have to wait a bit for the food, 14 minutes to be exact. But it is always fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly and will always refill your soda when you leave. read more

The slowest location I have been too and it's a shame that the online turn around time is less than accurate. An order of 10 piece wings and a drink which was estimated at most 21 mins I have now waited close to 40. Staff is not very communicative and these young staff members are doing nothing but using curse words during my wait I must have heard 'dead @ss' atleast 10 times. Do better wing stop. I will drive to the laguna location before returning to this location in the future. I just asked on the way out if a manager was in charge and there was a shift lead named Christine working. This Wingstop is my favorite location mainly because it's only a couple blocks away from home. The service is always great with staff being friendly, fast, and efficient. Regardless of whether I order off Door Dash, dining in, or ordering take out, the food is never subpar. The food always comes out very hot and fresh. Their sauces and seasonings always come out evenly spreaded and tasty. Sauces, napkins, lids for drinks are always well stocked and never run out. Overall, great branch of Wingstop. read more
