This is the worst place I have ever worked! I worked here at the end of 2018 and MICHAEL MORRIS is or was the owner (not sure if he still is) There is mold on the fryers, the oil does not get filtered for weeks. He'll take money out the registers to buy potatoes and chicken from the STORE. They rarely let the employees take their breaks, they won't allow employees to clean the fryers or anything in the restaurant. ITS HORRIBLE. Customers get mad at us when we're just following orders from management because WE get threatened to lose hours or they cut our pay if we do what should be done... for example, sanitation and establishing safe & friendly work environments. The soda machines never gets changed because the managers claim they don't know how to do it so we're never trained on how to change them. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE PASSED ANY INSPECTION. Multiple times I was left alone after 9pm because they scheduled everyone to be off at that time except for the shift manager (me at the time) and I ran the place by myself due to the assistant manager not showing up til it was closing time. I STRONGLY recommend that you DO NOT eat here. It's not worth getting sick over when Fire Wings is only a couple blocks down the street. read more

This wingstop is absolutely horrible definitely will not return to this location even though its close to my house. Workers are rude and all have bad attitudes seem like they hate their jobs no customer service at all. First when we got there it wasnt busy yet. The phone kept ringing for orders and we had to wait about 10 minutes to finally order. The girl said it was be about 15 mintues till our food was done. 15 minutes passed and no food it took almost 30 mintues for our food to be ready. It started to get busy after that and more and more people kept coming in. The process was very slow and it took people almost 20 minutes just to place an order and then they had to wait at least 30 minutes for food. Alot of people were becoming upset and impatient. They were definitely understaffed as well. Seeing as it was a Saturday night and there was a fight on tv 4 workers in the whole place definitely wasnt enough. The line was out the door and the cashier was taking phone orders as well They werent prepared at all. The food was very sloppy as well when we received it the sauce was slapped on and denched in the wings you couldn't even taste the chicken so it was a horrible experience. This place was once at the top of wings food chain but now not so much. Within the last couple of years I've seen too many wing places to distinguish them. But still wingstop to me was the original chain wing spot. The wings here are good but what sets it apart from it's competitors are their fries. Little sprinkle of this, little dash of that...and their fries are a near perfect complimentary dish to their wings. Burnt looking, crispy but soft...just yum! Favorite flavor is the lemon pepper. Best I swear. Gotta try it. Many imitate this but none has duplicated it. And atomic flavor taste like nothing. Why? Cuz it's so hot that you lose your taste buds. Fun to try until you reach the toilet. Worst day of my life. Staff is ok. They are very chill. Not rude but not tip worthy either. Final verdict: it's like a mcdonalds of wings. honestly the worst food service i've had in this pandemic. i placed a phone order on the night of saturday july 18th. 20 minutes later i went in and they took an additional 30 minutes to give me my food and they weren't even apologetic about it. one worker wasn't even wearing a mask and another worker was using their phone while simultaneously checking on the food which is gross. the last worker had their wire headphones and backpack on while in the kitchen which just isn't sanitary either. they also let multiple people in who weren't wearing a mask. ive been very paranoid during this pandemic and the precautions the workers were taking were simply nonexistent. read more

I order here frequently and haven't experienced anything like these other reviews. I admit some days are better than others... Oh well, I like this spot and it's one of my favorite places for Wings. This is my first Yelp review and, unfortunately, I was compelled to write it because of my terrible experience. I placed an order for delivery and did not receive any dips, of which I should have gotten 2, one from a combo and an extra for which I additionally paid. Also, I ordered my fries well done and they were soggy. I couldn't blame the delivery guy, as Wingstop outsources to services such as DoorDash. I called the restaurant to let them know of my issues and asked if I anything could be done. The worker on the phone said she could write my name down so the next time I came in, I could get one free dip. I asked if I could get a coupon or email confirming this, and she told me, "We just write it down and put it on a board and you can mention it when you come in next time." I ordered some wings today. Wings turned out good, exactly what I asked for. I also asked for ranch and honey mustard dressing. Jessica, who took my order and her co-workers said dressings were in the bag. I should have checked to make sure before leaving, but they being employees should have made sure that they put the dressings in, in other words they lied to me. When I got home, dressings were not in the bag as the employees had stated. They need more training on attention to details. read more

The soda machine is never clean, they always mess up my order. A while ago the owner of this franchise started cracking down on credit fraud by checking ID w/ credit card purchases made in store. The issue I had at this franchise: I was stuck at work by myself and ordered/paid online. My friend went to go pick it up for me but they want to see the credit card that was used to pay for it. I understand wanting to make sure it isn't fraud but THE FOOD WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. THE CARD USED WAS ALREADY CHARGED! Your going to take the money and keep the food?!? Checking the card at the counter doesn't change the payment that was made online! I had to wait till I got off work to go get my food, which was cold, but wait there's more I asked them to remake it and they had the nerve to get an attitude with me! EXCUSE THE FXK OUTTA ME BUT I DIDN'T PAY FOR COLD WINGS. They remade my order. I watched them do it. I will never visit this franchise ever again and I would advise others to do the same. Would give no stars if an option. Ordered wings online for the following day. Got a call a few hours after my order was placed asking me to come pick up my order. Told them it was an order for the next day not today. They wanted me to pay over the phone for the order because they couldn't close their register until I paid. Ummmm NO!! When I told them, again, their mistake on the day and time they told me they would hold the order for me to pick up tomorrow if I paid over the phone. This Wingstop has consistently given me terrible experiences. It's starts with management's culture and just spreads like a sickness to the employees. They don't offer water cups - I understand people abusing it and filling it with soda - but the customers shouldn't suffer because of those people. Also, the wings are *consistently* on the small side/lacking sauce, the employees are rude, and the place is always dirty. I'll gladly drive to pocket for some wings to avoid this place. read more

I will never eat here again. I've been to this location multiple times and always had bad customer service. Their soda machine is always out of soda and flavors. This last trip we had to wait exceptionally long for our order. We had placed our order for here and they put it in to go bags. Why I asked the cashier why it was in to go bags she said because they were out of trays. When I looked around every person who was eating in the restaurant was eating from a bag. They just weren't serving food on trays because they didn't want to wash them. Anyways besides the horrific customer service I got food poisoning from my food and spent the next whole day throwing up. I wouldn't advise anyone to ever eat here. My family and I went in on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly and efficient. Food is like all the other locations, but the employees here are the nicest of all locations we've been too. My daughter spilled her soda and the employee who cleaned it didn't seem annoyed at all, she was actually really nice and patient. This so far is our favorite location. read more

The whole time while ordering our food the cashier had the worst attitude with us & decides not to listen to the exact thing my boyfriend was ordering which got us upset and had to do the transaction all over again. After repeating our order three times and having a manager standing by her side she still got the order wrong and charged us. My boyfriend had to go back to the cashier after reading the receipt and was upset because he had his card charged twice for the wrong order. literally just had the worst service. called in an order 40 minutes before to make sure they had time since this location always takes FOREVER. on the phone i told them i would be paying cash. when i arrived and tried to give the man cash he said "what you don't have money on your card" i said why? he said "its easier for me and i don't feel like getting change so if you don't theres not much i can do". i was extremely frustrated so i handed over my card. when i asked for a receipt he refused and said he cant reprint it. Great traditional wings here. Stick with the standard recipes and you will be happy. The original hot and the mild sauces are great; also, the wings are not overly drenched so the crispiness is still there if you like that. Like everyone else has mentioned, the food is great, but the customer service is non-existent. I've had online, phone, and walk in orders all messed up. (Yes, I have made the mistake of coming back to this location) However, their latest work was so bad after I was done laughing I felt the need to write a review. First I place the order online, my email receipt said it would be ready in 15 min. Which was perfect because I was meeting friends for lunch. I get there on time but the food is not ready (no biggie) I sit with my friends and their food arrives, the people that were in line behind me get their food. The people behind them get their food. My friends are almost done eating, so finally I get up to check on my food. And oh there it is! Sitting on the rack behind the counter....jst hanging out. Who likes their food hot anyway? I personally prefer both my fries and wings soggy from hanging out in a to go bag, even tho I was eating in. My favorite part was when everyone behind the counter made it seem like it was my fault. Claiming " I said her name a bunch of times " which again being understanding and hungry, didn't feel the need to argue. I mean the place only has a couple tables, and they don't serve alcohol.. I can see how all the ruckus in the restaurant might have drowned out my name But the cherry on the top is when we are finally leaving. My friend gets up to refill his drink, and seeing that one of the employees is getting a drink, naturally, he lines up behind her. Who begins filling up her cup, but stops to have a taste. She repeated this process an additional 5 times. It happened so many times that we started lol-ing outside and of course took pictures to ridicule him once we all got in the car. My friend eventually had to excuse himself and ask the employee if he could butt in since he already knew what he wanted. Graciously she let him . So again, chicken is chicken. It's good. The food here is just about the same as the other locations. The staff isn't really friendly but I don't mind because they aren't really rude (just extremely mellow).
