I love Wingstop to death but I'd travel to a different further location just for better customer service!! I've been forgotten about countless times. They are supposed to call ur name when it's ready but forget to do that and I've had to wait way longer than necessary . They usually forget to put my sauce ( ranch , atomic sauce, etc) in the bag. I had three incidences where they have put less amount of wings than I ordered. If I ordered a 15 piece, there was 13 pieces!! -___- really Wingstop? I placed a 100 piece wing order (half boneless, half regular) for Superbowl Sunday on Friday evening, and was assured it was not too late to order for the big day. I paid in advance. Requested order be ready by 2:30, a full hour before kickoff. Sent my husband and brother to pick up the order; they waited for a long, long time, but finally had to leave without the order to get home for our WINGLESS Superbowl party. According to my husband, the place was a mob scene, and he overheard staff saying they were out of boneless wings, which means even if he had continued to hang around and miss the kickoff, our order would not have been able to be filled. Total fail. Never again. I give a single star because at least I was able to get my 70 dollar refund on Monday...but even THAT took like 10 minutes. read more

Came in a few days ago for lunch around 1 and I was disgusted! A nice girl took my order, the 10 piece combo half lemon pepper half Cajun. She didn't have a Wingstop shirt so that was off putting. But she was professional and welcoming. Everything goes downhill after that. I'm assuming the manager because she was a black lady with braids wearing a black shirt. She was so rude and disrespectful the way she talked to her employees. Overheard heard her barking order at the cashier girl about ranch in cups, complaining about how the store never has what they need, telling the cook who was an Asian looking man that nothing is ever right. Luckily I was the only one in the restaurant because I'd be so embarrassed had other customers heard the way theses employees were talked too. As I'm waiting about 20 mins my food finally comes and the lady in the black shirt hands me my order. As she walks to the back I apologize to the cashier for how she was talked to and ask the managers name. She tells me EUNICE! I get home to eat my food and my order is wrong! My wings are boneless and I asked for bone in. I call the store and nobody answers. I call again no answer. It's about 230 at this point and don't have time to go back down. I pick my child up in the evening and decide to go back. Around 6 and the place is fairly busy. I walk in and I explain to the cashier Vanessa I believe was her name about the problems and she gets another manager. I show the manager my order and explain again the problems and she says she can make me a new order right away. The staff and manager gave a total different vibe from the morning. The cashier was pleasant with other customers and cook was laughing and smiling, you could hear communication in the kitchen, the manager was directing the orders coming in and even with it busy I received my order in a good time and made well. Just experienced the worst customer service & the nastiest food ever! If I could rate this 0 stars, I would! We ordered our food ahead of time through the phone & was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Once I arrived they repeated the order to me which was all wrong and I corrected them before they had even began making our order(had already been well over 15 minutes). I waited another 20 minutes before I was told they did not have the proper seasonings for my order. I was asked a few times what I had ordered when they had the order right in front of them. Once I got my food (30 minutes later), I headed home to see that they had gotten our complete order ALL wrong. Not one bit of our order was correct and gave us some nasty, soggy, old looking fries. I called to inform them about this and I was given nothing but attitude. Asking their coworkers if that was true as if they didn't believe me. I live about 10 minutes away so to already have dealt with all of that and having to drive back for my correct order is the most annoying thing. And to make it worse, our "correct" order still ended up disgusting with some really old wings. A guy with dreads, a heavy set girl with long hair and and short girl were the ones who "helped" us and didn't seem to care that I was upset about having to deal with that. & the weirdest thing about all of this is none of their cups, bags or anything have wingstop logo on them. Who doesn't like wing stop? Food is supposed to be bomb. This location is hit or miss. It's been either good or really bad. The bad has been super runny blue cheese which is very annoying, almost like a water consistency. Fatty chicken---ugh the worst. One time tho, they ran out of boneless wings, what they did to recover from that instead of telling people was cut chicken tenders into small pieces and call it a day with some seasoning. I KID YOU NOT. We opened up the box when we got home and we had little stubs for boneless wings! I called the next day infuriated. I talked to someone who told me they ran out so they just did that. Is this guy serious? They also didn't send the right sauces. We ended up tweeting the picture to wing stop and they told us to send them our info so they can send us a gift card. Gift card came in the mail and guess how much they sent us....$5!!!!! lol. Like wow. Idk which is more insulting, wrongfully being sold a product that you didn't order and weren't notified that they ran out of boneless wings, or the corporation sending you a gift card worth $5 to apologize when they know damn well a meal between two people is $20-$30 minimum. On top of all that, calling this place is a NIGHTMARE. The phone is always busy it's nuts! My boyfriend was trying to call a couple weeks ago and couldn't get through to order so he gave up and got some from this new place across the street. This wingstop is a discrace. Not only is their food mediocre at best, to top it off they refuse to offer water to their customers unless you purchase bottled water. This really tells you all you need to know, instead trying to offer basic customer service in hopes of gaining repeat customers, this location has so little confidence that their food will bring you back again they withhold water and force you to purchase a beverage to maximize their profit on the initial visit. After I purchased over $20 worth of wings, I asked the clerk for a couple glasses waters, she informed me they only offered bottled water because the manager was tired off people getting water and filling it with soda. So his answer is to treat everyone like a crook and bully them into purchasing plastic bottles of water. When I let the clerk know that this was a deal breaker for me and I would not return to a store that wouldn't give it's customer water she said she understood and felt they lost a lot of customers because of it. Simply put, they don't care about the customer, and refuse to offer a basic service you can get at and low end fast food restaurant in the city.... I will definitely not support a business with such blatant disregard for its customers. I am usually a big fan of wingstop, but after this last visit I have to give them 2 stars. We were told when we ordered that it was going to be a 20 minute wait, I was fine with that... so we sat down to wait. Over an hour later we finally got our food. We went up to the register to ask what was taking so long and the response we got was " he's making them right now", which was the same response she was giving the multiple people at the counter asking the same question. After finally getting our food I was disappointed because the fries were a bit soggy, like they weren't cooked long enough, and the chicken strips were sitting in a pool of oil. I went to grab some napkins to try to soak some of the oil off and couldn't find any, instead there was a large roll of paper towels on the counter that is obviously from the bathroom or the kitchen. Well I waited to write this review to give the HQ and franchise opportunity to work this out and their lack of attention has brought me here. I purchased a family pack on 1FEB13 and from the start it was an ordeal. I ordered from the web and thought I could just go and pick up. Well after getting there had to wait 20 minutes past pickup time because the rep was clueless and my food just sat there. Came home and ate, next morning family woke up sick, every =one who ate the BBQ flavor. I emailed HQ and on the following Monday I got an email that someone would call. Mike the manager called left vm and called and left a vm and he never called. I gave it a few days and then called again, he acted like he was waiting on em... really. He said he had to do some research and would call me back. Apparently my family getting sick wasn't good enough, he wanted to see if anyone else got sick. We decided to grab some wings for a movie night at home on a Friday night, and this was the only place near us, so we didn't have much of a choice. This place was super packed. Be sure to order in advance if you are doing takeout otherwise it's a 20-30 minutes wait. The cashier didn't provide us great service, but you can't expect much on a busy night with the line out the door. I am sure she was overwhelmed. As many of the other yelp postings recommended we tried the Parmesan, lemon pepper, and original hot. The original hot wasn't anything special... it's your typical regular hot wings. The Parmesan was not to my liking, so I would not order that again. The lemon pepper was very good! The fries were a little burnt, but other than it would have ben awesome! I give it a 3 stars because it's a typical wing stop and there is nothing special about it. Good enough to eat, but not the best in town. Most of them are not friendly & the girl that helped us this visit kept paying attention to the customers next to us instead of talking to us.
