This was my first time having Wingstop. The food was warm and we waited only a few minutes we arrived to the restaurant (we ordered online ahead of time). The ranch is very good. We ordered the lemon garlic, Hawaiian, Korean boneless and all of it was delicious. The spice level was not bad, my daughter who's 11 was able to eat it. Well I love the food that's all good. My issue is the survey I filled out for free French fries. So the manager(I'm assuming) Cesar said if I wanted he'd give me a free veggie stick ranch or blue cheese. Then I went back today to redeem it and was told that I already got the ranch. Which I did get a ranch but I didn't need it yesterday since I got some with my food. Cesar then said he checked my confirmation code which idk what he was talking about. We ordered our food around 4:35, and the person working at the front was not that experienced with the register (understandable since they seemed like they were new). We ended up waiting over an hour until our food was ready. When we finally got our food, the chicken was NOT SEASONED at all and the fries were UNCOOKED. The best thing about our meal was the ranch to be honest. Don't even think about eating here because no one cleans the tables/floor and they don't replace the utensils (straws, lids, paper towels, etc). When I got there the front desk guy staled for 5 minutes telling me that the wait order would be long, as if to trying to convince me to not order. When I was placing my order, he kept repeating "oh you said lemon pepper?" and I had to clarify like 3 times. I ordered 10 pieces of bone in regular hot, 5 Korean bone in, 5 boneless garlic parm, and 2 side orders of fries. It took 30 minutes to get my order. Once I get home, the entire wings order and fries order is incorrect. The fries are seasonless, not even salt and pepper. They gave me two orders of lemon pepper, and one order of what looks like wings just covered in oil. They didn't even give me 40 dollars worth of food. Can't Stop, Won't Stop, WING STOP ;D I never thought I'd like other wings as much as I LOVE *Wings & Things*, but this place is pretty good. The times I've gone in service has been fine, and the first time I swung by I was patiently waiting for my food while watching the NBA Playoffs Finals game on their TV. There are two TV's here along with a restroom and a decent amount of seating area for those whom dine in. So far I've came here twice and have tried their chicken strips in "Garlic Parmesan" and more recently "Lemon Pepper". The flavors and freshness are there in addition to their tasty fries which I get with lemon pepper. This is a convenient spot to get your chicken fix! :D read more

I ordered quite a bit of wings on the app for delivery and it was sent by Doordash apparently. When the order arrived at my house it was missing half of my order! I called Wingstop to ask where the rest of my order was and I was "helped" by a very rude employee with a bad attitude. She told me it wasn't their problem and that if I wanted the food to come pick it up. I got a little frustrated how rude the employee was and the fact I paid an additional $15 to have it delivered so I asked to speak to a manager. She replied we don't have a manager and I thought to myself that explains it. Luckily Sarah stepped in was very kind and professional she offered us additional items for the trouble and even had another good man that worked there to deliver it to us. I would have left one star, but Sarah did the right thing and fixed the problems. If you order for delivery make sure you just do it through Doordash and not Wingstop's app. At least you can get your money back for any errors. read more

No complaints about the overall quality of the food, which was good, and the staff was friendly. However.... We were walk in/dine in customers around 8pm on a weeknight. They weren't busy. We placed our order, specifying we were going to eat there, got our receipt and sat down at one of the tables inside. A half-hour goes by and we're wondering where our food is. We ask and it's been ready for we don't know how long. It's in bags and has been sitting on the to go shelf. They never called our name. Our food sat there, they knew we were sitting there, and didn't call our name. This happened to at least one other person while we were there. So we get the food and it's lukewarm at best. We were seriously tempted to ask them to remake everything, but it wasn't completely cold and we were hungry. I don't like giving bad reviews. I tend to only write reviews for places we enjoyed, but the experience here was so disappointing. I also wrote this to warn others. The service at this location is always horrible. I've visited this location on three different occasions, and i've also visited the Vista and Carlsbad locations. Vista and Carlsbad definitely offer better service. I visited here on a Monday night, mainly because I was wanting wings and two, because I had received a $5 off $20 coupon via e-mail for San Diego County locations. It specifically stated it could not be used in Los Angeles County locations. Mark promptly greeted us, we first showed him the coupon, and he asked his co-worker, Yessica to assist him with inputting the coupon, she stated she couldn't apply the coupon to our order. So while at the restaurant, we ordered online (ordered To Go) and applied the coupon, the coupon was applied to the order with no issues. So i'm unsure why Yessica would say she couldn't use the coupon. The order took about 20 minutes to be ready, which we patiently waited. We had to ask for our cups for drinks when we got our order. We had ordered two individual combos, one with regular seasoned fries and the other with cajun seasoning, we got two of the regular seasoned fries. I checked our order, prior to leaving the restaurant to make sure nothing was missing, and of course the fries looked the same to me, so I politely asked if one of them was Cajun Seasoning and Mark said yes, one was I said which one? and he just pointed to one. Well they both tasted the same, they were regular seasoned fries. They were out of lids for the regular drinks. Ultimately, it was a bad experience, and don't plan on returning. The worst experience by far! This past Sunday we placed an order for the all in bundle, immediately I knew something was wrong when at check out it informed me that my order was not processed due to a billing error. Instantly I had received notification through my banking app that I was charged for the order. I waited about 15 min before calling to explain what had happened. Right off the bat the assistant manager 'TAYLOR' says nothing can be done til Monday. I told her we are watching football and need our wings, I placed the order, I clearly paid, and I went as far as to offer to come in and physically show her the payment went through. She said that regardless without a ticket she will not be able to make the order. Basically stating that I would have to place a new order, pay again, and then handle my refund for the first order on Monday. Extremely poor customer service! I have worked in customer service for 8+ years and this is not how you handle this type of situation. That being said, my family and I decided to take out business elsewhere and continue enjoying the game. Fast forward to Tuesday, I keep checking to see if the payment was returned and it was not. Here is where it gets real bad, as if the first experience didn't already leave an awful taste in my mouth. I call the store and ask to speak with the manager, since Taylor was already aware of the situation. The girl that answered the phone says "GO AHEAD" in a very rude and condescending way. So I ask her if she is the manager and she says she is and then says "GO AHEADDDDD" again almost yelling it that time, so I asked for her name and she legit hangs up on me. At that point I get in my car and drive down to this place that I used to enjoy going to. Upon arrival the assistant manager lies to my face ans says she was the one on the phone with me, I remembered speaking with her Sunday and I know that it was not her on the phone. She then proceeded to lie to me and stated that on Sunday, she had made my order and had it waiting so basically it's my fault for not picking it up. I was infuriated at this point. I asked her how exactly did she know what my order was if the order was never processed and the "magic ticket" she needed to make my order was never created? She then stated that I told her I had ordered the all in bundle, I looked her in the eye and said, and how exactly did you know my flavors and sides, and she had no comment after that. Then I went on to state that whoever answered the phone I wanted her name to file a complaint for posing as a manager and refusing to let me speak to one to get this matter resolved, that is when MARLENE comes in my face being very aggressive and saying my name like "FELICIAAAAA" in a yelling and dragged out tone like a passive aggressive brat. I could not believe that This person behind the counter in her uniform was so unprofessional and ghetto. She proceeded to stand in front of me while Jonathan was attempting to get my refund gawking and smirking, I asked if she needed to be right there giving me snide looks when she then insulted my appearance and called me big eyes and said that she would continue to stare at me that it was hard not to with my big eyes (luckily for both of us, still behind the counter) At that point Jonathan the GM gets the district manager on the phone, I explain the situation in its entirety and he basically apologized and said he would have the refund to me within a few days. I felt like given the situation and its circumstances, more should have been done. Not only did one of the employees falsely pose as a manager, but hung up on me and refused to let me speak to one which resulted in me having to physically go to the restaurant. I have never been so disrespected by a place of business in all my life. They have a bunch of ghetto kids running their restaurant and it's not good for business. I had my son attempt to call in our order for pickup while I was wrapping up my nail appointment next door. He was on hold so long that I finished and ended up placing the order in person which I can't really complain about if they're simply too busy. There were 3 employees working (1 cooking and 2 taking orders) where the male employee was obviously being trained by the female who I later learned was named Jessica. Jessica was texting/on her phone almost the entire time he was taking my order and even interrupted to ask me the flavor of my wings not realizing I had just told her colleague. With my order placed and ~20 mins to wait for it to be prepared, I ran an errand and upon my return I stood at the counter waiting to be helped. The two male employees were in the kitchen area "working" and Jessica was sitting down at the counter in what appeared to be the middle of counting/dropping money as there were stacks of it on the table but she was too busy texting to finish what she doing. I stood there staring at her wondering if she was going to even look up and help me but she didn't. A minute or two went by which isn't that long but feels longer when you are waiting to be helped and watching someone not do their job when the cook noticed me and proceeded to bring me my order and cups for my drinks. While I was making my drinks at the self serve fountain, Jessica's two friends walk in and she stands up and starts talking to them. She then hands her phone over to one friend to read something opens the refrigerator behind her and gets the other friend a bottled water; is then handed some keys and walks back into the kitchen. To do what, I don't know but all the money was left on the counter within arms reach of anyone on the other side of the counter. Jessica was so oblivious she didn't even realize I stopped and asked her co-worker for her name... @Wingstop Owner/Management I challenge you to pull the tapes if you think I'm exaggerating then remedy the incompetence this employee obviously demonstrated and retrain. She's not ready to lead or manage the restaurant nor fellow employees and should know that cellphones are for emergencies only when you're on the clock.
