I just placed a call to order to go...I was put on hold. I drove on over to the restaurant. I arrived and they were not busy. I walked in told them I was on hold to place an order. No reaction....placed order told it will take 20 minutes. I am sitting here waiting and the phone has rang several times for people that worked there and all the employees seemed to be complaining about management. Very poor attitudes. This is my second visit...the first visit was not any better. Gave benefit of doubt on first visit since they just opened. This time all I hope is the wings are good. If I could give 0 stars I would. I swore to never order from this location again after my past experiences with this franchise, and especially after our last experience where my order was missing and had multiple mistakes (of which I submitted a complaint for but never heard from Wingstop about). But decided to give this location one last chance since my family (and I) love Wingstop wings, of course another mistake was made with my order. This time I got the 45 bone-in wings we ordered, but were missing all 30 of our boneless wings; even after watching an employee check the order, I thought: How could it be wrong? Oh, I was so wrong... Seriously? A $95 order and you can't insure that it's correct? Thus, if you don't heed my warning (and those previously mentioned here on this page) check and recheck your order before you leave; chances are something is missing, incorrect, or both as in my experiences. read more

Wing stop is the best thing to come to frederick in a while! After driving to gaithersburg for wings on a regular basis I am so happy to have one 2 miles away! I highly reccomend getting the buffalo hot traditional wings well done with blue cheese dressing and fries with extra seasoning. You can never go wrong with extra seasoning! read more

We order Old Bay & mild. Both were good. We messed up ordering the mild sauce. No spice at all. But now we know. The fries were delicious, too bad they were way over salted. Service was great. Interesting experience. Service was pretty poor, even for a quick serve place. Order taker was not very helpful and left out key details of our order including a 18 minute wait for bone in wings. Left my gym and called Wingstop at about 10pm an hour before they close. Wanted to place my order so that by the time I got there my food would be ready or almost ready. The drive from gym to store is about 13 minutes. I called as soon as I was done with my last workout and a lady answered and put me on hold which is fine but 5 minutes went by and I listened to the recording 3 or 4 times. Hung up and called again. Again same lady answered and put me on hold this time I stayed on hold again for 7 minutes and until I got into the store. Walked in there was no line, only one table so now I'm wondering why they couldn't answer the phone. Cashier female who was doing nothing except walking around the store greeted me and asked if I had already placed an order. I responded by saying "I attempted to call twice and was put on hold for combined 15 minutes and showed her my phone still on hold" she immediately responded saying "oh that wasn't me I'm not sure why they didn't answer" I looked around and she was the only female working. Anyways I placed my order and grabbed a cup for soda wait time for food I was told 18 minutes. Went to fill up soda and the station was a mess! Button for ice was sticky. Drink counter was sticky and garbage overflowing, floors and tables were sticky I had to move to another table while waiting. Don't know the exact time I was waiting as I was occupied trying to find a clean table and filling soda which root beer stopped working as I was filling the cup. I'm not a wing aficionado but these were pretty tasty- not the meatiest I've ever had but they were cooked just right with a perfect combination of crispy/chewy/tender then covered in a flavorful coating of sauce. If you read the other reviews and think "wow management isn't doing something right" then that is EXACTLY right. Showed up on time for my wings from an online order since this place prioritizes online orders over anything else. Granted, this time frame of the corona virus is scary and is creating a lot of fear for people- but not as much fear as the manager Sadie is giving people at this location. Went up to the door to get my rings, door is locked. I don't even get greeted when the door opens, nor directed anywhere first of all. Then, this woman is screaming to get into these taped boxes they've made on the floor for social distancing. I am the only other person waiting for wings at the time. Other woman is clear across the room. As I'm standing there waiting for an order I placed 20 +minutes ago, I observe the manager multiple times micromanaging to a level that it gave me anxiety just standing there. This woman wouldn't even let her employees stand near her. Kept jumping in between everyone working and taking over their job then says "we're over capacity! We're over capacity don't let anyone inside!" while she's still micromanaging. Here is a thought: since you want to do everyone's job so badly, send them home, I'm sure you'd be below capacity then. But wait- I'm still waiting for my order and this woman goes to fill up drink cups for an order and another employee comes up to her to ask a question and she tells them to get away from her. Then one of the employees calls my name for my order which naturally means for me to come pick it up so I can finally leave this awful establishment- BAM manager screams "Don't come near I will place it on the table and then you are allowed to get it!" Lady- if you can't work with people in a food place and manage them during this difficult time- please for the love of god, stay home. The food is why I gave it an extra star. Otherwise, management alone makes me give it a zero if possible by yelp. This woman made me so uncomfortable during the ten minutes I waited there that I never want to go to this wing stop again in my life. Terrible service on her part alone. The wings were quite tasty and the fries were great. The problem is they definitely all would have been better if they hadn't sat for 10 minutes on a shelf waiting. The experience started good. Came in ordered take out quickly, was told 18 mins. No problem got cups and drinks and sat down to wait. Only a few others in the place. Phone was ringing. And we could tell the delivery team was having challenges based on the rather loud one sided conversations occurring. But even that was entertaining. But 25 mins later we started looking for our food. Still no biggie but the manager started a huge loud conversation with someone on the phone. We saw two orders come up bagged sure one was ours. 5 minutes later she hung up and before we could ask she was off going back in the kitchen. The brand new employee she left standing there couldn't read apparently because when asked he shrugged and left. Finally several mins later another employee who was starting her shift came up and started opening a register, again ignoring the orders sitting there but when I approached her she was polite apologizing and checking and yes our order had been sitting there for about 10 mins. We left and found out when we opened the bag the 2 orders only came with one blue cheese to share. Not cool. Probably will stick with the 3 other places on 40 you can get wings. read more
