Ok, so their fries are fantastic. The problem was with the sauces they use for their wings. The boneless wings my girlfriend and I had were a little on the slimy side as well. I had the Hawaiian wings and my girl had the teriyaki wings. We found ourselves filling up on the fries instead of the wings due to the sauce. The Hawaiian sauce was missing a whole lot of something for the wings. And the teriyaki sauce that my girlfriend had on her wings tasted like the teriyaki sauce you can buy at the 99 cents store to marinade chicken or steak. In other words, it was not good and didn't have the flavor that you'd expect to get from a wing place. It was definitely not worth 21 bucks for 15 wings, fries and 2 drinks. Wings good, customer service lousy, First time I ordered on the web. At pickup I waited for attention, nobody bothered. After a while I got someone's attention and asked them what happened to my order. They checked in the kitchen and found it parked on a shelf. Second time I thought I would call in an order. I called and was greeted with "we're busy please hold". After a long wait I rang off. I tried a second time. Again they immediately put me on hold with no chance to say anything. After a long wait nothing happened, so I tried a third time. When they answered I quickly asked they not put me on hold again. They immediately cut the phone call. I went online and ordered. At pickup they produced another persons order and then proceeded to ignore me. After a while I asked them to look for my order. Again it was on a shelf in the kitchen. I asked for the manager and complained about their telephone etiquette and customer service. She shrugged and went back into the kitchen. Some customer service training is needed. read more

Every time we go here there is an issue. Today I ordered online. They said the order should be ready 16-21 minutes (it NEVER is ready in their time frame at this location) I get there about 25 minutes later. There is a line to pay, 2 people in front of me. One of the cashiers is ignoring the guy in front of her to take phone orders. Okay I get they are busy. Once she's done she finishes his order and then walks away from her register. By this time there are 3 more people behind me. 2 more people had walked in to pick up online orders, like myself, but were told their order wasn't ready. The girl who walked away literally stood in the back staring at the 1 guys preparing food waiting to pass out the food. I've work fast food before. You don't stand there where the customers can see you and do nothing for an extended amount of time. I could have paid in that time frame. When the cashier actually working finally got to me she went back and grabbed my bag right away. 30 minutes after I had arrived to pay. About time I got home (I live 2 minutes away) the food was cold. My fries were cold, the wings were cold. Soooo disappointing and irritating. I ate 2 wings and threw it away. The one time my food was actually ready, they STILL messed up my order by taking so long to get to me in line to pay. This was the final straw we will NEVER be coming back to this location. Wing Stop is a franchise buffalo wing place that has locations all over Los Angeles and Orange County. The branch we visited in Fullerton has a small eating area, maybe about five tables, but the majority of patrons get their wings to go, which is what we did. A word of advice, if you're planning to order to go, check out their website for the menu and order over the phone. It could save you a lot of time waiting at the restaurant as we waited about 20-25 minutes for our order. And now for the wings. We tried three flavors, Original Hot, Cajun, and Atomic. I list those in order of the degree of destruction our mouths had to endure. Original Hot is pretty tame, a bit of spiciness but not much. Cajun had the best blend of spiciness and flavor in my opinion. But the Atomic, oh my God, the Atomic. They weren't messing around, it felt like weapons of mass destruction exploding in my mouth leaving a swath of devastation as I vainly tried to diffuse the heat by swallowing the burning morsel! I have never in my life tasted anything that spicy, that's a lot considering I'm accustomed to the Korean (yukejean) and Chinese (shabu shabu, the spicy side) heat! But nevertheless, it was soooo good. They come in other flavors as well, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Hickory BBQ among others, but I didn't get a chance to partake, not that I would've been able to taste them anyway, as after a handful of the Atomic wings, my mouth was left numb from the havoc those wings wrought. We also got a few sides, the seasoned fries were tasty, especially with ranch dressing, and also got the vegetable sticks, which were a welcome respite from the fire from the wings. All in all a great place to pick up some wings right before game time, just make sure you've got some water handy, or better yet, a fire extinguisher. One last tip: We found out about the place through some local mailers since it was their grand opening. but if you search for Wing Stop on maps.google.com, they should have links to coupons you can use, one of which is usually a "five wings for free w/ purchase of 20" deal. read more

Cool little spot. What's not to like? Wings with a bunch of different sauces and dressings to go with them. Can't go wrong unless you don't know what you like. I usually stick with the traditional hot. For dressings I like blue cheese and ranch. I guess that's pretty standard. Monday and Tuesday they have 60 cent boneless wings. Can't really beat that. The staff is super friendly, there's an ample amount of seating inside and the patio is a really nice area to take advantage of, there's plenty of tables and seating, plus if you don't want wings there's a few other options close by. Great for a fast wings fix, I like the Lemmon Pepper, Louisiana Rub and Parmegian garlic. The place is small and they only have 1 TV, so you can't stay here for too long to enjoy a beer with the wings, after a while it gets boring, use the take out service instead. Solid wing spot! Friendly staff, clean restaurant and most importantly delicious wings. I always use the app to order when I go here and have never had any problems. Wingstop is the best! I prefer it over Buffalo Wild Wings. They're wings have such a better taste and whatever flavor you choose it just pops in your mouth. I always get Cajun and BBQ, I love the spice. I tend to go to the Wingstop on Katella in Orange because it is bigger; more spacious. However, this one has outdoor seating which is an added plus. The restaurant could be a little cleaner, since everyone is using their hands to touch their sauce covered wings, once again delicious. Get the dinner rolls! Warm, soft, and buttery they taste so good with wings, as do the cold veggie sticks that cool your mouth after eating a Cajun wing.
