This place was okay. I tried the Cajun & the Atomic on my wings. But I sampled the mango habanero & garlic parmesan. I did like that when they told me 15 minutes it came out within 5 minutes. The atomic was HOT!!!! I liked it but it wasn't the best. & the Cajun wasn't something I expected it to be. I will come back but only to try the other flavors. & only on 50¢ boneless days. We called 2 days ahead of Superbowl and placed our order for a 3:00 pickup. I placed my order with Enrique. While I was on the phone with him, i asked him for a confirmation number. He assured me that he would remember my order. When we got there, the line was out the door and when I finally got to the counter, my order was not ready. In fact, it had not been started. This review is based strictly on the garlic parmesan wings from here. The 1st time i ordered them from here they where so dry. I decided to give this place another try and this time i asked for more sauce which they said i had to ask for otherwise they come dry. So needless to say i was expecting this order to be better BUT they werent. It was pretty much the same thing just with a bunch of greasy sauce at the bottom of the to go box. Ok, we ordered via the wing stop app for a 5:30pm pick-up of a 30 wing family meal. Everyone that ordered after us (both dine-in and take-out) received their food before us. After watching patiently as people left with their orders we questioned them about our order and received an excuse that "Bone-in wings take longer than boneless" (I doubt everyone else ordered boneless). Then, a girl in the back came forward and said "We are waiting on the chicken!" Uhmmmm what else would you be making back there?! 15 minutes later... The girl brought out our order that was not even correct. Our meal comes with three flavors (as also stated on our receipt) and she only gave us 2 flavors without wanting to accept fault or being apologetic towards our wait or incorrect order. They only person that showed good customer service was the guy that took our order because he acknowledged our wait and kept following up and offered us complimentary fountain drinks for our troubles. I had the most delicious wings today this is my second time here and I always get my food fresh I love the ranch and potatoe salad the restaurant was clean and they also have one of those new coke machine with the different flavor soda I like the wings here better than the other wing restaurant that is overpriced and their wings are over cooked, this wing stop is my favorite spot for wings. read more

I got them very quickly but they lacked seasoning and as strange as this sounds, meat! The boneless wings were mostly breading! The fried were a soggy mess and had no seasoning. Usually I love getting wings from here but I probably won't be coming back again. I ordered a pretty big order online, when I came to pick it up the guy read back the order to me and handed me two bags. When I got home I saw I was missing half my order the second bag was filled with ranch. When I called to let them know the situation they said they would have the rest of my order ready and I would get 10 free credits whatever that means. I drive all the way back just to have to wait for my order and when I get it it's wrong again! I understand people make mistakes but at least make sure the second time its right. The customer service needs to get better not one person apologized except for the manager over the phone. And I didn't receive those free credits. Really not happy with this place, placed a phone order for pick up. The gal taking the order read it back to me correctly, when my husband picked it up it was correct on the receipt, but upon bringing it home we realized it was not correct. It's pretty frustrating to either have to eat food you didn't want or drive back to wait in their long lines all over again. For the prices they charge I should at least get the wings I want. Will probably go to a different wing place from now on. read more

One word, YUM! Been here many times, the boys love the place. They usually aren't crazy busy at night and are quick with getting the food out. The wings here are good. It's not the best but good. They have a variety of different flavors but the original hot is the best. As for price, expect to pay about 50 cents a wing. If you are a newbie, stay away from the atomics. It will literally burn a hole in your stomach. My Mexican buddy laughed when he ate it. I love this chain and every owner tends to operate different but serving day old tea the following day...Browning coleslaw...beans that seem watered down or dry potato salad. Don't call ahead! Your order won't be ready. I recently ordered 100 piece family meal and the employee said it will be ready in 30-35min. When I arrived they called me and asked if I was still coming even though I was already in the store. They told me my order wasn't ready yet since they weren't for sure if I was coming or not. Like, seriously I called ahead of time so I can go in grab my food and go. The employee was rude and said "your just gonna have to wait". I tried explaining to him what's the point of calling ahead of time if my food is not going to be ready on time? He couldn't explain to me...I've waited 20min plus the 35min for my wings. Came here with friends. We order two $15.99 meal that comes with two flavors of wings, fries, and drinks. We enjoyed each others company and food. The wings tasted good and fresh. The fries were soft, but good. As for the drink selection, there is a lot to choose from. As for entertainment, they have two TVs and at the time, they were tuned to soccer. One day me, my girl Sophia N. and my friend decided to visit Wingstop for lunch. My friend always talked about how great this place is, and being the curious one, I decided to take on her bet. When we arrived, I was hungry to the core. I wanted to buy a whole mess of wings and dig in. However, I saw that there was a system to how to buy wings here. First, you decide on a combo and you work your way up there. From 8 to 100 wings, I think you can satisfy any amount of people here :) We got the original buffalo, teriyaki, and lemon pepper flavors and a family combo pack for the three of us. However, I found myself eating only the lemon pepper ones (which was delectable!) The teriyaki one was smothered in sauce but didn't really satisfy me, and I found the original one more familiar but too boring for me. (don't get me wrong, its still good :D) we had ourselves a basket of fries and some carrot/celery sticks and some ranch.
