My order was 2 sandwiches and a fry. That's a pretty small order. I showed up and gave them my name for an order I had ordered 30 minutes prior. They said that they were still working on my order. Which I understood because it was busy. About half an hour goes by and I asked again to make sure my order was still in the queue the woman said yes. I asked a third time about an hour later and they said still being worked on. I finally asked a 4th time when it had been an hour and a half since I ordered my food and the girl went and picked up a bag that had been sitting there the whole time. The name on the bag she gave me says BRYANNA for some reason? so they never knew it was my order and they gave it to me 90 minutes late and it is completely cold. Walking into this place, I could feel just how much how much they wanted us to leave. My friend and I thought that they were closing soon because how rushed everything was and how much attitude I got from the cashier!! However, they still had an hour and a half before closing. Not sure what was going on with her, but didn't like the rudeness she was really snarky and not hospitable to whatsoever. After my friend ordered, I was standing at the cash register for like 5 minutes while she was helping literally every single other person. She then said, "So are you going to order?" I said yes and ordered. I said thank u, and she just completely walked away. No matter how nice I was to her, she just kept giving attitude. I understand it was late, but there is just no need to be blatantly rude. I obviously don't expect her to be smiling and extremely happy to be there, but maybe some polite service would be nice. My friend ordered before me, but got her food after every single other person in the restaurant! She ordered before every single one of them and got hers last. I got my food finally after they just put it on the counter and pointed at it. One of the employees, different than before, looked straight into my eyes and pointed at it, signaling that it was mine. I grabbed it and waited another 20 minutes for my friends food. I finally got home and opened the bag, took a bite, and got the complete wrong flavor. I can't handle spice unfortunately and I couldn't even eat it. Wingstop is not cheap, and I waited a very long time for that. I ordered half Garlic Parmesson and half Korean BBQ, well done and wet. The chicken had no seasoning which would have been okay if it had plenty of Garlic Parmesson that I asked for when ordering. I checked and asked them to please add some sauce, however when I got home I couldn't enjoy it because some pieces looked under cooked and no sauce. I love wings, and honestly I can't find a better value for wings than Wingstop. 10 piece combo, half atomic and half Cajun is my go-to. Their ranch is the goat. Cajun fries -- amazing -- also dipped in ranch of course. Every now and then I'll order boneless wings, but I'm not a big fan, they usually seem overcooked...and as we all know, they aren't wings. I always use the app and the food is ready within 15-20 min or so. I don't understand why so many people go there and order, because you're guaranteed to wait 20 minutes minimum. By far one of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant. I entered the business and waited approximately five minutes to place an order with nobody waiting in line And only one person waiting for their food. I've actually given this place a second chance a couple times. I've called in orders twice in the past month and they have definitely improved. Staff is definitely nicer and well trained. Wings are not as salty and they're generous on the seasoning. They usually take about 15 minutes to prepare the wings, which isn't too bad. My usual is the 15 pc boneless with Atomic and Original Hot. Good combination if you like it hot like I do. I just really don't like how they charge for ranch. I recently went to this restaurant for their boneless wings and fries. As I get my meal I check the order partially to find they gave me the wrong order of fries. They gave me plain fries when I Ordered lemon pepper fries. I point this out and they replace the fries then and there. When I got home and opened the rest of the order I found they gave me bone in wings. I then call to complain about this in hope of getting in store credit because I live too far from the restaurant to go back. Not to mention it was heavily raining.
