This place used to be so good, Wow has this place gone down. Wings so oily, (yes I know they're fried. It just doesn't have to drop down your arm) FRIES were so OLD & OILY!! CLEAN YOUR OIL!!! Well first time trying wing stop, I tried some other places so i was expecting a good hot wings, since that's they main product, but i was wrong, the hot wings were taste less and dry, you can tell that they cook the wings plain and after they just throw the flavor on top of them. This is my first time being at this Wingstop so when I ordered food especially the fries usually I will ask extra well done to enjoy the crispness of the lemon pepper, and they got it correct on the first try which I will applaud them in doing so. This place has delicious wings. We have been eating Wingstop for quite some time now, probably over 6 years or so, but at other locations before this one. My husband is obsessed with this place. They have quite a few flavors to choose from ranging from mild, to hot, to hawaiian bbq, to hickory bbq, to teriyaki, lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, cajun, atomic, and now mango habanero. They had a lousiana rub too, I'm not sure if that is still there. I typically get the hickory bbq and teriyaki and my husband gets the cajun and atomic. Service is usually friendly although you almost always get placed on hold when you call in. Wings are not the biggest or meatiest, but quite delicious. One reason I don't give this place a five is because this particular location usually charges you for beans if you substitute the fries for them on your combos, although no other location I have gone to does that. I didn't get the combo this last time so I'm not sure if they still do this, but based off all my past experiences, they do. Hopefully they will open an Anaheim location soon so that it will be much closer for us. read more

I like Wingstop. Yes, it's a chain, but I'm a fan :) My go to items: Garlic Parmesan and Original Hot wings. And I always get an order of seasoned fries. I, however, do not like their boneless wings. It has this weird, chewy, and fake taste to it. The regular wings, in my opinion have better flavor and are just juicier. This particular location has never given me any bad service either, whether I'm placing an order by phone or in person. The customer service is primarily the reason why I gave this place 4 stars. For the food, I got the Lousiana Rub, and it was delicious! I prefer traditional over bonless, but the deal was to buy fries and a drink to get 5 free wings. The boneless wings were still good and even better with ranch! The fries here are one of my faves as well. I would much prefer BWW on Tuesdays and Wed, but I was here on a Monday. Just a side note: They have $0.60 boneless on Mondays and Tuesdays. read more

Ah yes, another Thursday dinner brings us once more to the land of wings, the ground so often not/never touched by Brian. But this time we ended up at Wingstop as opposed to Buffalo Wild Wings. Let's see how the two fare against each other shall we? Upon entering, it is a very small place as opposed to BWW and its seating of a large army. There is also outdoor seating, where we happen to eat. The line was out the door when we got there, so there obviously was something to this place if all these people wanted to eat there. Or its a small length from the ordering counter to the door. Or a mixture of the two. I digress. :l I split the $16 (or so) meal that came with 16 wings where you get to choose two flavors for them, a thing of fries, two sauces of your choosing and two drinks. As far as the amount of money you pay (for two people may I add) to the ratio of all the stuff you get, Wingstop is a-okay in that aspect. As for the food, for the flavors of the wings, we got the Louisiana Rub and the Lemon pepper. The Lemon Pepper was a little too salty for me, but the Louisiana Rub was good. For the sauces, we got ranch I believe and honey mustard. The fries were quite delicious and very potato-ee as opposed to some fries I've had where they taste vaguely of potato. As for my final remarks, even though wings are not my thing for a main course, I preferred Wingstop over BWW. I'm pretty sure my money went farther here than at BWW and I enjoyed the more calm atmosphere as opposed to the visual over stimulation at BWW... but that still doesn't mean I enjoy wings so this place is already facing an uphill struggle from me. :/ And my final remark I promise, but a remix of "The Boys" by SNSD (kpop... yes it was the English version but still). I have been a regular for their 50 Cent wings and I love it. My personal favorite flavors are the lemon pepper and Louisiana rub. If you love spicy the Cajun would work for you. When ordering, call in, it usually faster. They will usually get it on time that you request it for. It was the first time trying Wingstop (Memorial Day), and I was not impressed. I ordered 10-piece wings w/a side of blue cheese to-go (obviously due to covid). It seems like they cooked the wings and just poured sauce on them, mixed them up, maybe a quick bake and put them in the container. The chicken was fine. I don't know what their process is, but that's how my order came out. The bottom of the container was filled with watery sauce that made things messy. I've never been served wings that way before. The dressing was not impressive either. I don't eat wings very often, but based on this experience alone, I will continue to go to BWW. They may be more pricey, but the quality is much better and watery sauce is not included. I'm not against giving Wingstop another chance. Maybe is was just the location or something else. I went here because my bf got a birthday coupon to this place and he has never tried it. There wasn't a lot of people there, but the wait was still like 10 minutes. What we got: Garlic Parmesan: yummy! I love the garlic flavor it has to it. However, to me the chicken seemed a little bit too cooked. Lemon Pepper: also yummy! You can taste the lemon and you can taste the pepper. It balances out evenly. Cajun: it was ehhh. I do like the cajun flavor, but not on wings.
