Don't frequent wingstop usually but decided to give it a shot. Overall, it was just ok. We ordered the buffalo and garlic parmesan wings and fries. The flavors were ok but were a bit mild. I think the size of the wings were kinda sad though - very small comparably to other wing spots. Suggest getting more than you usually eat. I ordered from them back in October of 2020 and when I received the order there was not ONLY a staple imbedded in one of the wings there was also a small black pebble like rock in my other order of wings. What is going on with these reviews I'm reading? Please pay no mind to the guy or gal who come on here for the first time and leave a two star rating along with a paragraph or less. Cmon people. Put some quality into what you're writing. You're complaining more about the music and then you drop a "food was ok" line. Really? This place is brand new. It's a nice and clean establishment where it doesn't make you feel uncomfortable for coming in. They got the air conditioning or no heat running, so wear a jacket. I would assume you would since it's winter. The employees are nice folks that want to serve you a meal quick. The menu is easy to read and you shouldn't have difficulties picking out what you want quickly. The prices seem a little off but you are getting a 10pc bone in combo with 4 pieces of celery & carrots plus a drink for about $15. Little higher than what you would pay at a burger joint, I'll give you that. The wings are slamming with flavor and fried up to perfection. I wish the wings were bigger though. It still filled me up but I wish they were bigger. With my order I got 5 nuke warm and 5 right out of the fryer. Stay consistent! Give me all out of the fryer or give me nothing. In the dining area you have plenty of space. Get yourself a trash bin! My mother didn't raise a slob, I like to pick up after myself. I know you have a saying on your wall, we'll do the trash removal but don't give people a reason to be slobs. Unless that's where your higher prices are coming from. Lastly, your cook needs to wash his hands before going back into the kitchen. I was sitting directly in front of the bathroom and notice him zip in and out without washing. How do I know? Because I washed my hands and used your extremely loud hand blower to dry them off. Unless he used his shirt to dry them off. Still looks bad. We ended up adding sauce we had at home, I think its a rip off that you have to pay extra for blue cheese dressing and celery when that typically comes with an order of buffalo wings. I have ordered from Wingstop Garfield at least 5 times in the last three weeks using GrubHub. I admit that the food here is better than what I can find in the area. Which is why I went back a lot. However their customer service has turned me off from this business completely after today. Their first strike was incurred during my first visit, they did not have enough fried cajun corn available for purchase. Their second strike was that their delivery driver did not want to go inside a building, and called me to meet outside; despite my polite request to meet in the lobby where I go to school. (And they charge $5 delivery fee for that?). Their last strike is that they cancelled my order when I placed a PICKUP order for $18.15. I was told by their manager, Sam, that their *pickup* order minimum is also set to $20. I know it is their privilege to set that minimum *except* there was absolutely no warning on their online order form or signs about it in their establishment. The convenience of Pickup Order is lost on this establishment. And this incident makes me believe that they discriminate against people who either exercise self control by not ordering too much or are not rich. Instead of giving me a pass this one time by preparing my order for being a loyal customer, and warning me personally that they have a policy? They had wasted my gas and time to drive to the location only to receive the "cancelled order" notification when I was getting out of the car! I am never going back. And wish I did not waste my money on this establishment in the past three weeks or so. I will also stop recommending this place to my fellow students, friends and family. Ordered pickup a couple weeks back. They had my order ready pretty quickly , which I appreciated. I like how you can split flavors between the wings, if you want to try different ones. Ordered a medium 8pc boneless wing combo (which comes with fries), tried the original hot flavor and the garlic parmesan. I liked how they cooked the meat and the flavors tasted good, only problem was the boneless wings were kind of small and I was expecting them to be a little bigger. However, they actually gave me a couple extra boneless wings, which I thought was very nice. Little saucy and kind of messy, but I did not really mind. Fries were good, the seasoning was a little sweet, I personally liked it but if you're not into that, I would say get it without the seasoning. I don't like posting negative reviews about places, but I feel that this needs to be said for others to know as well. I ordered the lemon pepper boneless wings and my boyfriend ordered the Hawaiian boneless wings. Smelled great, looked great, tasted absolutely horrible. The lemon pepper wings were so salty they hurt my lips. The Hawaiian wings were partially raw. And the quality of the chicken overall was rubbery and had no flavor. Even the fries weren't good. The tables were sticky and seemed like they hadn't been cleaned all day. And the service was mediocre. My boyfriend and I have felt sick since eating there and won't be coming back. I got hot buffalo all the way up to atomic and they mainly tasted the same and had no hotness even at the atomic level. Then as i went to the bathroom at 10:45 i got yelled at as i left by the management because "i knew they were cleaning the bathroom". They then proceeded to tell me how i have no manners and that I don't know how to act in public. She told me how they close the bathroom and the dining for in store at 11. Since i went in before 11 she had no right to yell at me. Also there was no wet floor sign in the bathroom so as i walked in i slid on the soaking wet floor. When I received my order, the large fries were true to size. They separated the flavors in different layers of paper, which was smart. When I bit into maybe my second and third boneless wing, it had a rubbery texture. I was not okay with that at all. It's a chicken spot so I would assume I wouldn't have to experience that, but I did. If this is a chicken spot then why am I chewing into rubbery chicken? That's not cool. Stopped in here to garb a bite while car being repaired near by. It was a Tuesday so I ordered 18 boneless teriyaki wings on their 60 cents special along with a side of potato salad. The boneless wings were a complete waste. They were extremely small and thin and positively dripping in flavoring sauce. The result was that the only taste was that of the flavoring with no chicken taste coming through at all. I have to agree with the other reviewers. Given the size of the boneless wings that were extremely overpriced even on sale. I would have been really pissed if I had paid full price for those things! The potato salad was actually really good. Made with hard boiled eggs with nice sized chunks of egg whites mixed in. I happen to really like my potato salad that way. However, again the price is the issue. For $1.99 you get a tiny little container of salad (ballpark = less than 1/8 pound). This makes the cost of the potato salad about $10/lb, if not more. As I said, it was good but not THAT good! Bottom line is that the place is way overpriced for what is, at best, mediocre food. read more
