I wanted to order them again and I wanted to call the store to make sure they got it correctly this time and when I called the store, before I could even explain the issue the "manager" accused me of yelling and I quote said "you are yelling and getting upset over wings". Wings that I purchased from your store, asked for them a certain way, paid for them to be a certain way since there's an upcharge for all drums and now the manager is gaslighting me as if I don't have any reason to be upset. Every time we try to order from here, they're either short on an item or send us home with a bag short of something; usually a dipping sauce. We order the corn quite often but we never get any consistency. Tonight we tried to order a special but it won't let me order because they are out of veggie sticks so I can't even take advantage of the promo. This is the most mismanaged Wingstop I know. On another note in another instance, we ordered a 67 dollar order about a year ago and never received our food. And we still have yet to manage to get any refund or any sort of attempt of compensation. TODAY, the line to order is out the door. I preorder using the mobile app. It was scheduled for 615pm pick up but we arrived at the store at 7pm due to being stuck in traffic as we commute for work. We picked up our order around 7pm and trusted that everything was in there as we were rushing to get home to our pets. We did about our normal routine before opening up our wingstop to only having 5 out of the 30 wings we originally ordered. We tried calling their phone number and they did not pick up. We went out of our way to go back and get our order not only did they trash what we had originally and promised they were going to remake the order they came back and said they cannot remake it due to it being 2 hours after scheduled and can't trust that we are telling the truth. It is very frustrating as we did everything right only to be accused of lying.
