Coming from San Jose, I was hesitant about ordering from this Wingstop for the SuperBowl as my previous attempt in San Jose was a grotesque display of complete mismanagement. Let me tell you, THIS Wingstop in Hollister should be the mold for all the others. Copy, print, repeat! I ordered 50 assorted wings to be ready at noon, SuperBowl Sunday. I showed up at 12:15 and my order was RIGHT THERE, on the table with dozens of other orders. The girl working there asked my name, and handed me my order! I was in and out in ONE MINUTE, FLAT!!! I ordered wings through door dash, asked for all drums and well done. Got all flats and they were extremely undercooked. I wanted to order them again and I wanted to call the store to make sure they got it correctly this time and when I called the store, before I could even explain the issue the "manager" accused me of yelling and I quote said "you are yelling and getting upset over wings". Wings that I purchased from your store, asked for them a certain way, paid for them to be a certain way since there's an upcharge for all drums and now the manager is gaslighting me as if I don't have any reason to be upset. I told her on the phone if speaking firmly is considered yelling then I am very concerned with the intelligence over at Wingstop. When I asked for someone higher up she said that's me... highly unbelievable and I felt so uncomfortable giving my name for the order with how she was speaking to me I hung up. Please research who was working on this day cause I have never had anyone speak to me this way and I almost felt like driving down there to make a formal complaint because how rude was that? Every time we try to order from here, they're either short on an item or send us home with a bag short of something; usually a dipping sauce. We order the corn quite often but we never get any consistency. Tonight we tried to order a special but it won't let me order because they are out of veggie sticks so I can't even take advantage of the promo. This is the most mismanaged Wingstop I know. On another note in another instance, we ordered a 67 dollar order about a year ago and never received our food. And we still have yet to manage to get any refund or any sort of attempt of compensation. Rogelio the manager at the Hollister Wingstop is an incompetent, non-English speaking, bad for business person. I've come into this location twice and have had a HORRIBLE experience every time. TODAY, the line to order is out the door. The man doesn't speak English, so the person attending the front is having a hard time understanding Rogelio, but eventually, it's understood that the person working the front has to IGNORE ALL OF THE WAITING CUSTOMERS and instead count the till. Ordered on the app , the app said they would take 30 mins, I arrive and they give me the wrong order . I showed them my receipt and order and they tell me "oh we didn't even make that order." I preorder using the mobile app. It was scheduled for 615pm pick up but we arrived at the store at 7pm due to being stuck in traffic as we commute for work. We picked up our order around 7pm and trusted that everything was in there as we were rushing to get home to our pets. We did about our normal routine before opening up our wingstop to only having 5 out of the 30 wings we originally ordered. We tried calling their phone number and they did not pick up. We went out of our way to go back and get our order not only did they trash what we had originally and promised they were going to remake the order they came back and said they cannot remake it due to it being 2 hours after scheduled and can't trust that we are telling the truth. It is very frustrating as we did everything right only to be accused of lying. Hollister WingStop is one of my favorite places to eat! Customer service is 5-star for me! This place is very busy and the staff really work hard to serve everyone. The only challenges I noticed is when they were short-staffed and there's so much orders placed. But they really try to accommodate everyone. My wings and sandwiches are ALWAYS gooooood! The kids working here are id iots and will troll you because they don't like preparing DoorDash or Uber Eats orders. If you hate your job, go apply at Jack in the Box. When this place first opened it was great, but within a year or so it was awful. They always mess up your order. The chicken is either too dry or soaked in grease. The fries always seem to be cold and soggy. More than once I've been in there when you could see it needed a deep cleaning. It seems terminally understaffed by teens who do not give an F, I have to assume they are treated by management as badly as the food is because it is a constant. I've said several times "never going there again" and after 6 months or so I think "it can't be as bad as I remember. I want wings, I'll give it another shot. " just don't.
