I called to place an order, and they told me it would take about 20-24 minutes. So I went to the place after 30 minutes, and told my name. After one of the workers took couple minutes to look up my order, and he pressed some buttons on the computer... In front of me... And he told me that the order receipt just got printed out... He told me that they can still start cooking for me, and it happens some time. Not a single word of apology... Just said the order receipt just got printed out, they don't know what happened, and it just happens sometimes... The order receipt they showed me had the time I made my order and the time they promised the food would be cooked by. Again... not a single word of apology... ridiculous. I've given this place more than 15+ accumulative orders both Self order and doordashing before taking the time to write this review. I DO NOT mean to discriminate against young working teenagers, but someone on the higher ladder needs to enforce professionalism. All times I've come in they are fooling around and showing no attention to urgency both with less than 2 orders on deck and when the line is backed up. It can be easily irritable if someone is on a time schedule, or have been waited patiently after ordering online to avoid long waiting periods. Another issue is when coming to pick up an order please be REALISTIC with the estimated time of completing the order. It has happens almost every time where they ask the name of the order, and inform you that the order will be done in 5 mins, when it' ALWAYS takes an additional 30 mins (safe to assume order hasn't even started) Hopefully management can motivate their staff to be better at time management and professionalism. And if the management team is present during these situation as well, maybe it is time to look in to hiring someone when a high motive to turn this Wingstop around. Please note this is note a review based on one occasion. This review has been written after ordering and picking up from this location more than 15+ times, and it is bit only one specific set of staff, I've experience this with multiple shifts and different sets of staff as well. I've never been to a Wingstop where it takes an hour and 30 min for the food! The cashier was giving attitude to customers that kept asking how much more time they needed to wait. I believe her name was Viviana. She even walked away from the register when a customer was waiting to be attended and then came back and clocked out for a break or lunch or whatever! This should definitely be a zero or negative stars for that matter. My daughter went in there last night alone and got bullied by one of the workers - ADRIANA She has been bullying her for about a year now. They even jumped her and this was reported to the police and school. She was pointing and laughing at my daughter and taking pictures of her while she waited to get her food. She was yelling across the counter and threatening to fight. She was asking the other workers to spit in her food and they purposely gave her bad chicken, cold fries, and tainted blue ranch dressing. She then continued to text her and tell her that she was going to get her and she wanted to fight her. This was all while she was clocked in and supposed to be working! IF there was a competent manager on duty, they should have stopped it. But nobody did, not even the co-workers. They were laughing. This is the worst customer service and lack of professionalism ever. We love Wingstop, but if we can't even trust that our food is prepared correctly and not contaminated by someone else's nasty bodily fluids... Why would we want to come back!?! Why would upper management want these so-called "workers" employed there? The district manager should talk to ADRIANA and ask her if that was worth her job or the reputation of this establishment.
