I've been coming to this Wingstop location for almost 2 years since moving to Hollister and have much respect for they're customer service capabilities when comes to dealing with some (forgive my profanity) but asshats here in Hollister.I have almost 7 years of customer service experience from restaurant to retail etc. and I can tell you half of these review comes out of peoples asses. I come to this Wingstop almost everyday to get my calorie intake for the day (I work 6 days a week and don't have time to cook don't judge) I won't lie they do mess up on my order from time to time but they do their best to fix any issue I have perfectly and respectfully when I have to correct them Im very patient man and some of these kids are still learning but when asked for a redo theyll get it right. The quality of the food is fairly priced in my opinion it's fast food not fine dining but they get the job done and hit the spot if you ever come here I recommend everything haha on the menu from they're savory fries and fresh cut veggie stick (I only like carrots not celery) to their famous wings/wings sauces I recommend tangy buffalo and lemon pepper those I my favorite :) disregarding the less educated reviews that have no reasoning and/or constructive criticism I'll continue to support this location and wish them the best and success "never stop keep on improving guys" read more

This place sucks it truly sucks. We always get our food late and and its never correct. You'll be lucky if you can find a place to sit. This is a place that is not worth spending my money. So expensive and poor costumer service. Dont believe any of the good reviews because I witness the owner telling his employees to have people remove the reviews that were bad, A successful business starts with the ownership not yelp. I love the staff so much by far the best wing experts in my area. I always do the survey in hopes of a $50 gift card. I don't mind waiting 17 minutes for my food because every time I get it, it's always better than before if that's possible. I went in there earlier this morning and Desmin's positive attitude was so amazing, that's probably the best customer service I've had at a wing stop so far, she was polite and just gave me the best service ever. I honestly like the wing stop in town. It's busy of course because it's popular so some times the wait is a while but that's how every place is. This location rarely forgets any of my items as well while other ones I've been to like in Sacramento always forget half of my order. Food is absolutely mouth watering and scrumptious and toe curling. i recommend getting your drink half lemonade and half raspberry ice tea. the service is great, the people are so kind, they always give me my chicken on time. the ambiance is awesome, always bumping the best music, except sometimes the ppl on aux lowkey dont know what they doing. also the airplane decor is pretty cool. read more

I made the mistake of not changing the store location when i made my order on the app and accidentally ordered from the gilroy location. once i realized i tried to call gilroy for a refund to which they refused but the worker here agreed to make me my order since it was small. i really appreciated that great customer service and the food was delicious thank you hollister wingstop read more

they need to fix their management my son said he went to school with the girl who is manager now lily and that shes dating two men there and schedules one one week and the then the other next very unprofessional and some smoke marijuana vapes in the back and she provides alcohol for some of the employees i am glad i told him to not being go around there anymore read more

I think Wingstop is really good! Their wings are super flavorful and they have so many different sauces to choose from. The Lemon Pepper and Mango Habanero are my favorites.
