They do to have a lot of takeout orders so it's understandable but they need to hire more staff. I suggest ordering on the app to reduce wait time. Make sure to check everything after you receive your order because often times they'd forget items like the ranch or veggies. I usually order the atomic, cajun, and lemon pepper. The atomic is my favorite and is super spicy. You can request all flats for an extra $5 but if they're too busy they might decline. The last few times I've come to this location to pick up my order that I made on the app it always takes forever to get any of the workers attention. He finished taking my order at 1:55pm. There were extra chairs and a bench on the side, to sit and wait for your food. But if you prefer to eat in, there is a dining area, with some flat screen TVs, and they have 1 restroom. I didn't order any drinks but they did have one of those big fancy Coca Cola machines that offers multiple flavors. As I'm waiting for my food, I notice a lot of customers who ordered online picking up their food, probably because of the wait.
