First time at Wingstop. We wanted something quick before we got on the highway and headed home. Wrong place for something quick. We walked in to order, found a table with a huge bag of trash on it and sat down. We moved the trash to a stack of chairs next to the soda machine. After I wiped the table down with the roll of paper towels they had left next to that stack of chairs we waited. There were online orders being prepared, DoorDash and Uber Eats people coming and going. It seemed like they were filing those orders before the walk in orders. After waiting a little bit we got our food. The fries are excellent!! Very, very good fries. The chicken was ok. I ordered the tenders, I should've ordered the boneless wings because my lady friend ordered those and they looked way better. The workers were extremely busy and very nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back to try the other wings and flavors.

There was a 45 minute wait for our order, the employees were working very hard! Our favorites were the Hawaiian and lemon pepper!

It's over-the-counter ordering, with pizzas another option, and more importantly, you can also get beer to complement your wings. -- Buffalo Wings: From the first visit, some of the best I've had in a long, long time. Not the biggest (I'd say right around average size), but they nailed every aspect, from the piercing tartness of the sauce to match the spice, to the butteriness, to the crispness of every surface, to the tender and juicy interiors on every piece. If that weren't enough, the blue cheese tipping sauce was also spectacular, with noticeable sharpness and lots of chunks of real cheese to go along with the creamy liquid. They matched the buffalo sauce nicely. -- Loganberry Wings: From the second visit, a Buffalo regional sauce mixing raspberry flavors with barbecue sauce. The result is a mix of sweet and savory in a rich, full-bodied sauce with plenty of oomph and plenty of cling. It's sweet for sure, but its barbecue sauce component cuts it and a dip into some ranch cuts it more while adding a little something. I loved the sauce. The wings, though, were a little bit smaller and a little bit dryer this time. Still very good. -- 716 Mulberry Chicken Fingers: Also from the second visit. Nothing like Chinese chicken fingers; more like a chicken tender, and more still like a chicken cutlet. Three flat pieces in the small order provided minimal thickness, but a decent amount of meat, spread out. The Mulberry sauce has a Buffalo base with some additional secret seasonings and other ingredients to change the flavor a bit. Not bad, but I think I'd go straight Buffalo next time. Tender inside, but no crispness outside. This includes fries, which were a very solid McDonald's facsimile. Notable: Easy parking in their own lot. A minimum 25-minute wait for wings, so plan accordingly. Friendly, helpful counter people. So two visits, one great, one very good. Some memorable sauces and some memorable presentations. I'll be back to see if they hit great again and get bumped to a 5.

A fried chicken sandwich with different toppings options, chicken fingers, and wings. No grilled chicken options, fried chicken on a salad (that's not a salad), and just as many burger options as chicken. Fried chicken boneless wings, which are the same as half cut chicken tenders and fried chicken sliders (which is basically a small fried chicken sandwich). As for the fried chicken sandwiches we ordered, 6 out of 10. A bit greasy and the a bun that's a bit too bready. Removed half the bun to eat. We also had wings, they were pretty good. Fried right, good sauce. Bright spot here was the service, server and bartender were very friendly and attentive. It was Friday night at 6:30 and it was slow. I think the issue here is that if you don't want a fried chicken sandwich or a burger you're gonna go elsewhere. Really need to evaluate the menu. Local business and I hope it does well, but there are things to fix here. Try it and formulate your own opinion. Thanks

Wow. Just wow. I think I've found the very best wings in Rhode Island…read more I came here for a solo dinner tonight with a coupon from my RI Food Fights Lord of the Wings coupon. Tomaselli's took over an old catering hall, and I was concerned before I came that I would be one person at a giant table. But then I saw a picture of the bar surrounded with leather padded deal chairs and I knew I needed to sit at that bar asap. The building is set back from the road and the parking lot is of a decent size, if a bit tight at some of the turns. Walking in, you definitely get the sense it's a hall but if you're solo just head left and the bar is right there waiting for you The bartender was a friendly guy, I never got his name. He took great care of me, checked in regularly. They have an incredible list of wing sauces, and I chose the pepper relish parm wings, which felt so freaking Italian I couldn't pass it up. I also got a small cheese, pepperoni and black olive pizza. Finally, a sangria to sip while I dined. The wings....the wings were incredible. Definitely my winner for the month by miles. They will be hard to beat. It was super oily from the peppers, it was dripping down my chin, but it was so tangy and delicious I couldn't stop eating it until they were all gone. The wings themselves were very meaty and fried hard like I would get in New York state. I think someone in their kitchen is from somewhere upstate New York because I rarely get wings that well fried outside of that state! After I polished those off, the pizza came. It was piping hot, rectangular and cooked to a golden brown. I ignored the heat and went for a slice. Buttery and crisp crust, rich and thick sauce, extra stretchy cheese, the pie was a lesson in generosity. The pepperonis were crispy like I like and the black olives had a more pronounced flavor than you usually find as well. Top notch pizza all around. I couldn't wait to tell my friends about this place, I was texting them in the car about my great experience. Living on the other side of Providence I will definitely be back, for more wings (half priced on Wednesday) and to try some of their entrees. I hear the chicken parm is outstanding! Until next time, Tomaselli's. You've gained a new regular customer out of me!

Because I know about this little hidden gem already, I was driving home after a long day and I wasn't going to pass it without stopping. This is what I'd call emotional support pizza. Not a pilgrimage. Not a revelation. Just a really solid pie from a place that knows what it's doing and doesn't need to make a fuss about it. Pepperoni and black olive for me today. The crust had that chew you want, cooked through, some golden brown color on the bottom. The sauce was rich tomato with garlic running underneath the cheese, present enough to know it's there without fighting for attention. The olives were generous and distributed like someone thought about where they landed, not just dropped from a height. The pepperoni is cupped and charred slightly at the edges. The toppings-to-cheese ratio was right. It arrived fast and it arrived hot. This is what a revered neighborhood pizza place is supposed to be. Maria's does it. It's primarily takeout, four tables, busy foot traffic in and out the whole time I was there. They do good business and they know what their business is. I sat down anyway because I tend to be an iconoclast, and it was a fine visit. If you live nearby, you already know about this place. If you don't, that's between you and your neighborhood. Maybe you should move.

I ordered over the phone and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I walked into the shop twenty minutes later and it was ready. The staff was very courteous and the whole ordering/paying process was as it should be - easy! I took it home and it had just cooled enought to eat it. This is the type of pizza I love. A thinker crust, loaded with mozzarella, and a nice sauce that was not overwhelming. The sausage had a nice spice to it. (For the record, I am not a fan on New Haven style pizza, which seems to be popular in RI - this is not that. Nor is it New York style - which I do like BUT not over the style that Maria's serves.) I aslo added some wings to the order (this time spicy BBQ). Those were good as always. It also should be said that I had left over pizza and it reheated nicely! They now are my go to pizza place.

We both ordered the Classic Smash Burger, one with cheese and one without. Unfortunately, both burgers were utterly tasteless, with virtually no seasoning detected at all. The Chomp Sauce that was supposed to elevate the burger was so sparse it barely made an appearance, leaving the burgers bland. Honestly, the bun was the best part. The brussel sprouts I ordered also lacked flavor and seasoning aside from the char, and his Cajun fries were so salty they were nearly inedible. After driving from Massachusetts to Rhode Island as a special Mother's Day treat, it ended up being a very disappointing experience, especially given the overwhelmingly positive reviews. We may have caught them on an unusually busy night, but unfortunately our meals fell far short of our expectations.
