My wife and I had both signed up for their rewards program which automatically gave us each a $5 discount on our first orders, so using the kiosks, we placed our orders separately to take advantage of the discount. Their menu is pretty on par with other chicken spots, offering wings, tended, sandwichs. Pricing is on, maybe a little high for chicken. We placed our orders to go, I ordered a chicken tender basket with an Oreo milkshake, my wife got a chicken sandwich meal. After ordering we took a seat to wait, and wait...and wait. After about 15 minutes, my milk shake was ready, another 10 minutes, my food finally came out...and then we had to wait another 10+ minutes for my wife's food to be ready...far from fast food, 2 basic orders took over 30 minutes to prepare....pretty shameful. It was very clear they seem to put a priority on delivery and online orders over in store ordering. And they also seemingly only have one person in the kitchen that can only prepare one meal at a time. It's clear they are short staffed, but there are no signs up or perceived attempts at hiring. When we finally got home, the food was good, and the portions were adequate, but the slow food prep and lack of customer service is a huge deterrent for me to return any time soon.

This location is small and not as well decorated as some of the other locations.

I am a Dasher and so I've been in there frequently waiting on orders. a couple of those times there is a female lead or manager that acts very unprofessional. One time she was on a personal phone call in the dining room and was very loud. Another time she was berating an employee in the back very loudly. I felt really bad for the guy. The environment was beyond my expectations for the typical in-grocer restaurant. It was big, bright, well decorated, and super clean. You would never guess you were in a grocery store if you didn't have to walk through it to get inside. Because it was slow the cashier brought our food to us instead of making us get up to get it. He brought out the parmesan fries first. They were so delicious and probably some of the crispiest fries I've had. The honey garlic drumsticks were also amazing and somehow even more crispy than the fries. Definitely one of my favorite Korean fried chicken spots.
