This has to be the worst Wingstop service wise. I ordered last week Sunday and got Uber Eats to deliver since the delivery fee was zero so I just had to pay and tip my driver of course. I get that order and it's missing Ranch (which let's be honest that's what most of us are there for)...I called in and they asked if I could come get the ranch. Well, no I can't but can you put that down for when I order from your location again. Surprisingly on Wednesday I ordered again Online for an in person pick up. Whoever was at the register was clearly on a conference call (fully not able to multitask) and trying to man the front of house while someone else cooked. He gave me a bag with my name on the bag and I left. I was so thrown off by the whole scenario that I forgot my order came with drinks so I go back and this time there is only one person and I tell him about the drinks and I get my drinks and leave. I get home AGAIN open my food package FINALLY! Well, I thought I checked enough because my name was on the bag and I looked in and saw my fries and wings container- I assumed wrong the entire order wasn't even mine! Different kind of wings and flavors in general. So I go back to Wingstop and tell them my entire order is incorrect and he makes it over. I reminded him of my free sauce due to the Uber order missing a ranch from Sunday and he almost tried to fight me on that and gave me an Extra Blue Cheese for my troubles.How about get your act right for my troubles! That was THREE trips for two 3 piece chicken tender lunch combos even at $7 a pop I wasted more in gas making round trips. This is my closest Wingstop and I don't frequently go to this one in particular because in the last two years of living here I haven't had one good ordering experience. I was in the area I had some dinner we ordered boneless wings, tenders and fries. I have never been here before and I will say is chicken. The staff was super friendly. The chicken was good flavors. Just depends on what you like. That's very personal for most people. Easy to order. Easy to pick up fair price definitely would stop in again if I was in the area. Oh yeah, the Hawaiian flavor I was curious what they taste like so I got two tenders with that. That is a very gingery. A little pineapple is soy sauce mix. The ginger is very forward to me. I do like ginger, so that was a good flavor, but very distinctive. The barbecue is just barbecue, buffalo buffalo ,lemon pepper, and the parm for just normal flavors but the Hawaiian was kind of interesting neat to try. read more

When I ordered wings for July 4 they were delivered in a timely manner all right however the QUALITY of the food was very bad. The Chicken wings were dry and hard, almost tasted like paper. Also there were no "flats" which is usually the better part of traditional wings. I tried to provide this feedback to Uber Eats but their system still has a technical glitch where I can't get my feedback through. It was very disappointing because I'm homebound and live alone. I ordered with Uber Eats, I received half my order half someone else's order. I called the restaurant to explain, the first manager stated he only saw one 10pc combo on my ticket yet I was sent the two sodas with it. So that means they did receive my whole order. I spoke with the driver, she only had 2 orders from the restaurant and the other was not mine either which means the restaurant messed up my order and they labeled the bags wrong for the driver. I then called back and spoke with the GM and he informed me that they made my food correct so I need to contact Uber eats because it was nothing he could do. Very rude and unprofessional. Let me first start by saying I am NOT a chicken wing connoisseur. This place is amazing! The service and management here are excellent. The staff always makes sure to get the order correct, they double and triple check the order; everything is cooked fresh when you order! I have been here both at off peak and peak times and the food is always consistent and good, which to me is as much a factor of good management as a high quality product. Of the sides: baked beans are the best I have ever eaten, potato salad is as good as my grandmother's. I do not make either of those observations lightly. All who know me know that I cannot do hot sauce, so I have a limit of 4 here and all of them are excellent. And as for the dipping sauces, the ranch and the blue cheese, in that order, are not to be missed. They have made me a fan of a good choice I normally go out of my way to avoid. We got the combos so we could get fries and a drink. I got the Parmesan seasoned fries. The best thing out of out order was the two drinks. They put our fries in open containers which spilled all over my truck and what fries were left tasted very old and soggy. My wife's tenders were very dry and tasted more like they were soaked in peanut oil and fried fish than Parmesan garlic. My wings were very over cooked and so spicy that I couldn't even finish them. A complete waste of $23 and my time. Also the wait time for the food was 20-25 minutes and for a carry out that is absolutely inexcusable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I love Wing stop!!!!!, a little pricey for us, just because we have many people eating in our family. I am a sucker the hot boneless ones!! Dip them in some ranch and yummy!! My nephew had been bothering me for weeks to eat there and when I finally gave in, I was like wow these are good. I also enjoy there fries too. I have had both the boneless and the bone in wings are they are equally good. Surprisingly the Hawaiian wings are good. I am one for tasting new foods, I mean when I like something (for example boneless buffalo wings) that's what I usually stick too, but in this case I got the sample platter of boneless wings and I was not disappointed. I gave this location not one, not two, but THREE chances and every single time I was disappointed. Every time I've placed an ordered I've always called ATLEAST 20-30 minutes in advance...and every single time I'm waiting ATLEAST an hour IF NOT LONGER! It literally never fails.
