One thing eh about the wings is.. it was very salty? I asked my friend who tried wingstop before and they told me that the sauces are normally salty but after she actually tried the wings I got, she told me she couldn't continue eating it after three wings because it was too salty. Just go someplace else. 1) music is too loud needs to be turns half way down. 2) Speakers are blown and popping so bad I'm annoyed. 3) The soda machine SUCKS! It's a grate concept to have something so small that can dispense so many different flavors of sodas and other beverages. Here in lies the problem! I've never been to Wingstop before, and only went because I had a coupon for free wings (yay free wings!!) Great wings. I had boneless wings in the Original Hot flavor and they were delicious. Ordered a large order of fries to share and they were hot, crispy and seasoned perfectly. Their soda machine is almost out of the Jetsons, but it's great to have so many options for soda. I saw a notice that they're applying for a liquor license. Was craving Wingstop's lemon pepper wings and jumped on the #33 bus since I no longer have a car and this is the easiest one to get to from where I live. When I had a car I would go to the one on La Tijera. I ordered a 20 piece and asked for 5 atomic and the rest to be lemon pepper. They screwed this up and gave me half and half. Sad, I know! The worst part was that the lemon pepper tasted more of pepper than anything else and the atomic were just blahhhhh. My lips aren't even burning! Burning lips are a sign of a hot wing with good heat. I surmised that the poor quality is to do with this particular store since the Wingstop on La Tijera and the one in Monrovia are consistently delicious. Won't be back to this one for sure. But when I asked James(young guy with his hair slicked back) for plates it's seems that he was not all there. As we were finishing we still had left overs so asked James for a box and bag. The worst Wingstop I've ever been to. Not only did we order around 4:40 PM on a Thursday night, we didn't get our order until 5:35. After mentioning how ridiculous that WAIT was, we got a free side of French fries. So we head home to eat, open up the boxes, and are soooo disappointed. The lemon pepper, which is my favorite, had zero lemon pepper. All the others were lightly sauced and HEAVILY breaded, so basically no chicken. The 25 wings family combo, which includes 3 flavors of boneless chicken wings, Hawaiian looking rolls, and a few carrot sticks, costs me $27 dollars. It was not cheap for 25 small chicken wings, and most of flavors were too salty and spicy. It was all about the salts and peppers rather the tender boneless chicken wings. The sides are just terrible, and I would not recommend for them. They usually have $0.60 for each boneless chicken wing on Mons and Tues. Go for it! They bring it over to your table if you eat in and they clean up after you. FREAKING GREAT SERVICE for a fast food spot. I liked everything about it besides the small wings. This place is spot on for a wing place. We got 20 bone in wings with three flavor as: mild, garlic parm, and lemon pepper. They were all awesome with the lemon pepper being my favorite of the three. You do have to pay extra for he delicious ranch and the celery and carrots and the wait was a little long but that was probably since everything was benign made to order.
