This is by far the worst wingstop ever. The cashier was so sloppy. She didn't believe my card was mine so I had to get a ID in my car and she also kept my debit card till I came back. I was so mad. Worst Wingstop ever. Went in to get food, wasn't busy at all... there were 3 customers dining in and 1 guest ordering ahead of my friend and I. Long story short, my friend-- who ordered after me and 4 guest who came in well after me and ordered received their food ahead of myself. I asked one of the girls behind the counter if they could check on the time it'd be put, and she said 4 minutes. 15 minutes later, I'm still waiting on my food. When I approached a second girl to ask on a time frame-- she went to check, and ended up pulling my food off of their "waiting" rack. My food had been sitting on this rack all along, and no one bothered to call it out. When I asked if she called out my name at all, she said they were busy and forgot never. Again. read more

The cashier who was helping me was training someone and the trainee took over which took a bit longer because she was new. I was told the wings would be about 15 minutes and there was no one in front of at the time. There were 6 other customers that ordered behind me and everyone got their order before me. The whole store was cleared out and it was just myself left waiting for my food. I asked the lead or supervisor about my wings and she said it takes about 19 minutes and there's about 4 minutes left. I watched her bag my stuff about 2 minutes later. She put my stuff in the bag and took it out opened the box (not sure why) and then put it back in the bag. I don't want to eat anything unsanitary and I think it's odd for her to put my food in the bag just to take it out open it and then put it back in. I asked for a refund because it didn't look right to me. They made an excuse as to why she did that. She was really hesitant to wanting to give me a refund. It's not about the money and I was going to drive to the Wingstop in Culver City because this area is always ghetto and the people are classless. Okay so wingstop has been on my good side since they brought back the Mango habanero wings! So after moving here to mid city two weeks ago I have been trying to fill all of my homesick voids with foods from places I actually know. So this wingstop is about 3 minutes from me and I absolutely love them! They have so much chicken on the wings. In Texas the one by my house was bone, sauce, skin and maybe chicken. Ordered online and was told the order would be ready at 11:40. Got to the restaurant at 11:40 paid at 11:42. I sat and waited until about 11:50 when someone asked the name on my order again. At 12:05 after everyone had cleared out of the restaurant and they were closing down they asked me again for the name on my order. That's when they said they lost my ticket and didn't know my order. They then threw together my order with what wings were left and gave it to me. Didn't offer me a refund or anything, I probably should have checked before I left but I had already waited so long and they were closed. Once home (about five minutes later) the food was cold soggy fries and half the order was wrong. The chicken seemed cold and undercooked and was probably whatever was left from the end of the day. I had called this location to place an order for pick up. I was on hold for about 15 min with no one to pick up my call. I stood on hold till I got to the location to find a full staff talking and standing around. There was about 3 customers in the seating area already eating so they weren't busy. I proceeded to the register to show the cashier rosa my phone and how I had been on hold with no assistance. She was very rude & unprofessional and just stared at me and was no help.
