Worst customer service ever. I place order online and it said it was going to be ready at 10:29 pm and I went inside 10 minutes after placing the order. My sister and I paid and we waited for our order to be ready, we waited until 10:47 pm and I went up to ask the associate if my order was ready, she checked and it was. It had been ready for almost 20 minutes , so I waited extra for nothing just because they didn't tell me it was ready, and now I left home with cold food. I left right after since I had a headache and I didn't feel like telling them anything. Decent wings, the ones i like the most are the lemon pepper flavored because they are not drenched in sauce making them more crispy. Their fries would be better if they weren't so soggy and they have tasty dipping sauce, i know I'm such a fat kid at heart. It's tough to know what to rate Wingstop. My first Wingstop experience at a different location was awful. This Wingstop was lovely. Their soda machine is fucking RAD, with all manner of different flavors. Only thing is I don't drink much soda. In general the service was great and the prices are good. But when I got the wings home, I just felt like the quality of the chicken is low. I'm a huge fan of wings (Hot Wings Cafe and Hoagies and Wings on La Cienega), but these just tasted kind of flat. The sauce was good, but the chicken tasted like something KFC would use and then cover up with crazy amounts of spices and oil. Maybe I shouldn't expect much, but I pictured these chickens coming fro some mill by the hundred thousand. You know what would be a great idea? For someone to start an organic chicken wing shop. That'd be cool. But I digress...WingStop is okay in a pinch, but you're not gonna be raving. read more

It has ac (great in summer), the restroom is unexpectedly clean. Oh they got this amazing digital soda machine, at least just check their soda machine. You'll see. They got every soda you can think of. For chicken wings, I ordered atomic, the spiciest one. Twice that I came here, the person always ask me if I'm sure about my choice, or I have tried it before. Well for my asian tongue, it's spicy hot, and mix with vinegar hot (not sure if you know what I mean). So the first time I came there, I got the combo 6 wings atomic with side (cole slaw) and I ate there. It was great. The second time, I ordered to go. Surprisingly, the taste of the sauce was slightly different (that's why I gave 4 stars). I haven't tried other type of wings sauce (they have around 10 or so), so you have a lot of options. I placed an order via the mobile app 15 minutes (roughly the time it takes to normally prepare the food) prior to the store closing. Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff whom all seemed to know my name in anticipation of me coming in, yet I was told that my order had been cancelled due to a wrong contact verification number. At which point I kindly offered to show proof of the given number which all parties agreed was the correct number given in the system, yet they were unable to contact me a few minutes prior. I am a very understand person who understands that mistakes can be made because we are all human, but the given the interaction between us I couldn't help but feel as if everyone just wanted to go home & that was more important than providing great customer service until the very last minute. All I was told was I'm sorry we've already packed up and thrown out your order, not once was I told sorry for dialing the wrong number or was any accountability taken on behalf of the fault the employee made. Being that I am a business owner myself My gripe is not so much that I couldn't receive my order nor the 2 Useless Uber rides taken to and from the location, but rather the lack of compassion for your customer which is the backbone for your business to thrive.
