Seriously DISAPPOINTED with WingStop tonight. We placed our order this morning at 945AM for pickup at 245PM. We were there on site at WingStop waiting for over 2 hours. We asked the staff for our order and were told , "we're busy today, you just need to wait". Wait ? Until when - next week? It's already been over 2 hours. We did ask for a refund and was told no. We asked for a supervisor and the employees just walked away never to come back and completely ignored us at that point. Despite waiting over 2 hours for an order, we weren't rude at all. So to have the staff at WingStop be so rude is absolutely ridiculous. This was our first try for Wingstop for my family. It was Great food. The Buns are tasty. The Fries are tasty. The Chicken wings were very good. We got the Hawaiian, barbecue, lemon pepper, Parmesan ones. We loved them all except the lemon pepper. It had Way too much lemon involved for us. I ordered online approximately an hour before leaving my home. I got to the Wing Stop hoping that my order would be ready, and it still was not ready. I'm honestly usually okay with the wait. I've come to expect it from this location due to it's busy nature, but I ordered wayyyyyy ahead. When I brought my concern to the "manager" on duty who I believe was named Rigoberto, he completely ignored my concern. He literally walked away from me while I was talking. I then brought my wait time concern and my concern about the management walking away from me to another girl working, and she said I'd either have to wait until the manager returned from his break or call the following day. Like, I really don't like getting bothered by someone just trying to so their job, but wow. I'm giving this business my money, and this is how I am treated?? Like, honestly have some integrity maybe? When I got my food finally, the bag was covered in sauce. Like, really? And this time I was honestly shocked at how disgusting the store was. The tables were sticky and the photo I attached wasnt even the extent of the disgusting nature of the shop. Like, honestly, there's a chicken bone on the floor. Ordered take out, some items were wrong when it came to sizes like we ordered large fries they gave us small but we didn't care about that, they forgot to give us drinks but we let that go too bc we were already home, but then we realized they forgot an order of wings so we went back, when we got back home for the second time there was a hair in the wings... be mindful coming to this location, if you order online make sure to show up like 15/30 min AFTER your scheduled pick up bc they're never ready and always behind, also check ur food before leaving bc usually they got something wrong. As the price of bone-in wings has gone up I had not been eating them too much lately. But I gave Wingstop a try and was pleasantly surprised. The combo deal isn't bad, and the wings are a pretty good size. Sometimes there can be a wait, but nothing too bad so far. So I've been patronizing them a bit lately. Recently I had an issue with an order not being made correctly and I did not discover the issue until I got home. I kept the receipt, and I called and brought it to the attention of management. Lilly, the manager on duty, made things right for me without hesitation. Hence I will definitely be back again and again. I ordered online and had a wait that was reasonable. One of the employees helped me out from the beginning and brought me my order once it was finished... the problem was the wings. They looked like they might've been fried once, left behind and reheated in the fryer again. Old and dry looking with a harsh oily flavor. One wing still needed plucking. Ordered a (15) piece and only ate (4)! I made myself a hard drink, brushed my teeth and can still taste the oil. They seem behind and trying to make up for it by having the fryers on high heat, you can smell the oil right outside the door. She then tells my son she can't do gift cards right now and to come back tomorrow. It's been a while since we've been to this wingstop. The first time we went was really disappointing. The wait was over an hour, the quality of the food, well to be honest it sucked. Dried wings and burnt fries, no one at this location seemed to know what they were doing and there was a long line. This was back in August, tried it again yesterday for the first time in months. The first test was the order time, 15-20 minutes first good sign. Went in friendly service and greet second good sign. No long lines, third good sign! Hot temperature wings, fourth great sign! Got home and to our surprise they looked good and tasted great! Not sure what changed but whatever it was keep it going! Thank you to whomever got our order together you guys did an awesome job! There are always negative reviews so today I decided to give you guys some props, just in case someone else was wondering if it was worth going here again like I was! Oh, Yelp. I am so upset that I can't even leave zero stars. I had worked a long shift, and I had been craving some Wingstop. Imagine my pain when I had to wait for an hour for what should've been a quick order. The employees were sweet, but I could tell they weren't made for this job. I could tell I wasn't alone in the boat ride, as there was a young gentleman waiting even longer then me. We glanced at each other, no words were said, but I could feel a connection. I looked into his eyes, and in it I could see our future. I saw us, older but the same young souls. There was a little girl running towards us, our daughter I believe. I saw everything. Holidays together, birthdays, deaths. I saw our whole future. I saw us grow old, and as we were about share a kiss, I heard my name being called. My order was finally out.
