First I call to order and they hang up on me. I order online and come in 5 minutes after it was supposed to be done because I knew it wouldn't be ready. They tell me another 13 minutes when it's already been 20 minutes since I ordered. I wait 25-30 minutes again and it's finally ready. Under staffed or whatever your problem is with getting orders done on time. There shouldn't be 10 people waiting for pick up when you had more than enough time. Hire more people!!! read more

Soooo tasty . I am a traditionalist. So, I always order the Classic Wings (bone in). The boneless are drier and the crust is noticed more than the meat. I'm giving them 4 stars because the customer service is hit and miss. Also, don't waste your time calling an order in. The phone will either be busy. Or, you will be put on an endless hold. Or, worse. You will hold 15 minutes and then be hung up on. Also, their website for this location only takes large orders (~$50 or more). Worst experience ever. My husband ordered online and stated 16-21 minutes wait. I left my house after 15 minutes and headed down, which took 11 minutes to get there. After getting there, I waited another 50 minutes to receive our order. While standing there waiting, I could clearly see the staff working on the food. One guy (skinny guy with dark hair) Marcus looked "high" and lost, he could barely speak and the other guy (Blonde hair) had a runny nose and kept wiping it and touching food with no gloves.
