Seriously I try to be understanding with it being the holidays and all, but I have been here quite a few times and every time our order gets botched. I know, shame on me for still trying to support a local place when they have repeatedly wronged me. The problem is I love the Cajun wings and Cajun corn. Tonight the bill was over 100.00 and they were missing all of our ranch, even the extra ones we paid for. They also failed to put any of our Cajun corn into our order, but had no problem charging for it. They gave my wife a hard time about it, and I am currently awaiting my sons return with our redo. I was so waiting for this place to open. I have to admit i'm a bit disappointed so far. The Serrano Pepper Glaze and Lemon Pepper wings are good, though the wings seem small. The sides are okay, the fries suck, even worse than In n' Out's..lol Cole slaw was okay as were the beans. Service is kind of hit and miss. Waited 50 minutes for order. I was made aware of the wait before hand, however when I had stepped out and returned 40 min later, I asked the person at the register kindly if my order happen to be ready , a glaring "no" showed the obvious stress from the crew being overwhelmed. Also, literally ALL of the tables had trays piled high with trash from previous customers. There is no trash cans for patrons to throw their own trash out, as they rely on the workers to do so. Pretty good chicken wings, with several different Options in rubs and sauces. I preferred the basic hot wing sauce. Tried a couple different rubs, one being a lemon pepper and the other Garlic Parmesan and they were both pretty tasty! Price is pretty fair. Very quick with getting your order out. I have had so many problems with this Wingstop location. They always have me on hold, one time I was on hold for more than 15 minutes! Today I called for a pick up order and the guy told me the food was going to be ready in 30 minutes. I went in 30 minutes later and the guy said my order was not ready and I had to wait another 15-20 minutes. I was very upset, I would understand If I ordered for a family of 5 but it was only for me. I usually don't have a problem with their food but my brother always has no sauce on his wings! They have the worst service, They are the slowest wingstop location I have ever been to. I am very astonished by their service. The wingstop in wildomar is a 10/10 I have never had a problem with their service and I will be going to that location from now on. many people think this wingstop is bad but what they don't understand is the fact that chicken takes 13 mins to cook plus two to sauce and package so ur looking at about 15 mins. And some people don't understand that they have more tickets to do than just there's. I come here very often so I know how it works and I see people ordering well done and they complain 10 mins later knowing that well done takes long than the original time. Other than that the employees are very nice and friendly. I see many people complaining bout them being in the back chillin but what do you expect them to do while they wait for chicken to be done cooking. Wingstop is lucky that I brought my entourage with me today. This would have been a 1 star review had I based this solely on my opinion and my needs as a customer, but as a good Yelper, I ask for honest opinions from my companions. First, let me just say this place is not vegan friendly, not vegetarian friendly, but you'd have to be a bit empty headed to expect a place called Wingstop to be either. My problem with Wingstop was not the friendly and accommodating cashiers. They were friendly and did their best to work with my requests. I ordered a veggie side. It's literally carrots and celery slices. I ordered a roll with no butter and French fries. When my order came out, the single roll was splattered in butter. What a disappointment. I had to go back and ask for another roll without butter. The lady was very apologetic but it took her at least 10 minutes to bring 1 single roll out. My husband ordered boneless Bbq chicken wings, side of beans and a drink. My son ordered the 6 wing combo boneless, mango habanero, fries and a drink. My veggie side was ok, nothing to write home about, the single hot roll was also just ok, the French fries were the best part of my dinner. Both of my dinner companions gave much higher ratings on the actual flavor of the food. They both said their wings were above average in flavor. The servings were skimpy. They forgot my husband's beans so we both had to wait for a side to come out. My husband said he liked the baked beans better than the chicken. Unanimously we agreed the fries were above average. Here's what really didn't impress me at all. Our table was near the soda machine. There was ice spilling from the tray onto the floor. I am surprised no one slipped and fell because I felt like an ice dancer swishing around my seat every time I had to get up. This place has a station where you get your own ketchup from a pump into a cup and tear pieces of brown paper towels from a community towel ring. So getting up and down from your seat is pretty much a requirement here. There were old pieces of food on the floor aside from the ice. Please see pics. They really need to work on getting orders right and keeping their place cleaner. I was not impressed. If you're in town and you just don't feel like driving ten minutes to Buffalo Wild Wings, you're probably going to be ok here so long as you don't mind a little mess and order mix ups. What a joke. I placed my order and went to get my iced tea and the tea machine was not working. The guy at the register yells at the passing coworker to check and she says "NO". Finally after several minutes she comes out of the back and yells that it's working. I press the button for the unsweetened tea and let them know that it's not working for me. She says it's working and I say it's not working for me so maybe you might want to check it out. Guess she couldn't be bothered. So canceled my order. Came back another 10 minutes later and had to wait another 20 minutes til 5:25 to get my food. Would not recommend ordering from here!!!Ordered on doordash for pickup and it estimated to be 17 minutes before our food was ready . It took us 20 minutes to get there and as soon as we picked up our food we went to go sit at the tables in between Chipotle and Starbucks. When we opened the bag, we noticed the fries were cold so we moved on to the wings. The wings were pretty much completely cold. I love wing stop. I first discovered this place about 4 years ago in inglewood and have been hooked since. The cashiers are friendly and the food is delicious. If you don't know who they are, it's a place for wings. Boneless or regular and they are a great price. Absolutely delicious and personally the best wings I have ever had, topping buffalo wild wings by far. It's not good for vegetarians. They have celery sticks and carrots, that's pretty much it. This one is nice and clean, wings are better at home than in Los Angeles anyways, so I give it a perfect 5/5 stars. This was my first time trying wing stop and I wasn't too impressed. The fries are super salty, the boneless wings were decent. I got the Louisiana dry rub on some and garlic Parmesan on the other. Even after all the crazy reviews I've read I decided to try it. I've been to wing stops before and I can say this place is about average. Even though the environment is clean (probably because it's new) you can still find trash and left over food on the all tables. The ice machine picture that was posted 15 hours ago or so has not been fixed and ice is still over flowing. There is a bunch of tvs where you can watch some sports, but the multiple camera are a little alarming. It makes me feel we're in a bad part of town. Service was decent for the employees being pretty young. Food takes a while as in any wing place. They make it a point to tell you they card everyone, so if it's not your card don't bother brining it. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Wing Stop for years and will continue to be. I would often order from the Norco location but since we moved this has become our home location. The food is just as good, however the service at this location is not. The staff is friendly but it often takes twice as long as their quoted time to get our order. I usually call our order in and the staff quotes us about 20 mins but when I get there (on time) I usually have to wait an additional 15-20+ mins. This happens every time. Update: seems like service gets worse every time which is unfortunate. No one is answering the phone lines or the line is constantly busy. Update: The food is still great here, however the service has gotten worse. I think they hired new employees since the last time I wrote a review. The people who worked there used to be nice and friendly now it looks like they have some new staff and these girls have a bad attitude. Last time I went here it was about an hour from the time I ordered online until I got my food. I sat there for half an hour waiting while other people who came in after me got their food first. Really very pleased with this Wing Stop! Entered for lunch mid-day and despite there being patrons eating, the place was still very clean and tidy. There were two of us eating and we were quoted 19 minutes for our order to be completed. It came out much faster than that. Let's get to the good stuff though - the wings were OUTSTANDING! Piping hot, crispy and full of flavor. Lemon pepper are our favorite. The fries are delish, but don't be shy to ask for extra "sprinkle". Just puts them over the top IMO. Three employees working and all of them very upbeat and friendly. Very unusual. We highly enjoyed our first visit and based on that, we will be back! If I had a wish granted, it would be that they would be a tad more reasonable. It's an expensive meal. It would be nice to see coupons generate. Great wings but slow and poor service. Last time I was there (about 2 or 3 weeks) I ordered online to avoid the wait. After I paid, I still waited for about 20 minutes. I come here quite often and the food is always good but the service is horrible. They always mess up my take out order and I always have to double check my order and it's always incomplete or wrong and I have to wait longer for them to get it right. Last Friday I ordered two orders over the App. I place the order at 6:52 pm and the app said my workers were complete at 7:24 and 7:25. I arrived at the location at 7:35 and my order wasn't ready. They asked if placed it for the menifee location and I Showed them the app, then they asked if I used a different name and I showed them the app with my name. They then told me if I could wait 30 more minutes. I asked for a refund and was told to couldn't get a refund because I paid through the app. I ended up walking out with now wings and $44 dollars less im my bank account. Went to the Wingstop in Menifee tonight, as we do twice a week. It's normally a decent experience minus the frequent flirting that holds up the line BUT the food is good and rarely any mistakes... But tonight was exceptionally horrible due to the so-called manager on duty... Liliana I believe her name is..
