(We no longer support the Perris location for a similar customer service issue). We will just frequent Buffalo's across the street. We hung up, called again and again- dropped that call when it wasn't getting picked up and called another from a third line to see if iwe get ignored. Because they didn't recognize the third number, they picked up the call again. We ask for management or the owner again and this time we get routed to a "Mauricio." From there, it only gets more frustrating because while we are tying to be pleasant to get an owner's name, (whether or not we were placing our order at this pt was not even the focus) they just gave us- Mauricio, I mean, gave us another run around and claimed he is the owner. When we mentioned we will contacting corporate Monday, he tries to correct himself and says he's actually not the owner, but a manager and still refuses to tell us who the owner is and that he didn't know who the owner is. The last three times I have been there, my order had not even been started even after the app said the order was completed. Each of these three times, I saw and waited at least 20-30 minutes even after the "completed" status. This morning, it was just one chicken sandwich that I ordered.
