Terrible service. Darrell was highly unprofessional! Not wearing his hat, and handing me a cup then dropping it and leaving it for me to pick up. He stuck his fingers in it and then when I asked for another one he looked at me like I was crazy. Also, a six pc took 20 min. So tonight's visit was nothing short of impressive. I walked in and was automatically welcomed by the assistant manager cinera and the entire closing team on Monday 16th 2017. She was very knowledgeable about the food being that this is my first time back in a long time. She had a smile that brighten up the room. She is an amazing asset to the company and hopefully if her future is with wingstop I hope she moves up. Good but it's true the service stinks and even calling in you still typically have a 10-15 minute wait after they tell you it will be ready.

Just went to wing stop right now and the lady was very rude to me. Her name is Dannyai she had her ear buds in. Like who the heck has earbuds in when u are helping a customer. This place was just terrible! I went yesterday, and the service was unbelievable. So unprofessional, and unorganized. The girl at the register had a attitude, and they didn't even have trash cans inside. I ordered a 10 piece and had to wait over 20 minutes and the wings weren't even that great. Since there was no trash cans the tables had trash and there was even trash stacked on the tray area. Overall bad experience and will not be returning. Go to Buffalo Wild Wings ! read more

Came to this location twice and both bad experience! Im a buffalo wild wings fan but my husband wanted to give wing stop a try! Def wont go back! Fries and wings are EXTREMELY Salty and DRY!! My husband has a cold and still tasted the saltiness! There chicken have no chicken on it at all it's dry and taste like left overs! The fries were stale and also felt like left overs! So we went second time giving a second chance and said lets try bonless maybe we will get meat on it! Wish i havent tried it so salty and nasty! Ill stick to buffalo wild wings! I go here all the time because I work so near by and usually they're very timely with the orders but in my last trip, they look like 30 minutes for my simple order and I'm watching them work from the little bar and they're just talking and goofing off. Went today and bought the family meal which includes 3 rolls but when I came home and checked my bag there were none! Called and all they could do for me was give me 3 rolls the next time I go! The food is delicious which is the only good thing I have to say about this place. But it takes way too long to get your order. 50 minutes for two meals... I don't get how throwing a few wings in a frier takes that long. When we finally got our food both of our orders were messed up. Mine was missing 3 wings and my girlfriend ordered boneless wings but she received bone in wings. The napkins were out at each station, the Coca Cola was empty in the soda machine. I was told that my food would be ready in 20 minutes. Waited there for 20 minutes as people who ordered after me got their food. After an hour of waiting they called my name and I received my food. I asked if I could get one extra ranch since I had to wait 40 minutes longer than I was told and they said I would have to pay for it. On top of that my food was cold, and my order was also wrong. Slow customer service to begin with. Waited over thirty minutes for my order to finish. I also had a separate order of fries and almost forgot about it because it took too long ended up asking for it almost an hour later. And the fries seasoning was wrong and I had paid extra for it. They gave us the old fries and just threw it back in the fryer and came out almost burnt. The workers also started stacking all the chairs on tables when it was only 10 pm and the restaurant closes at midnight. While we were eating all the surrounding tables had chairs stacked on top. It was uncomfortable to eat with chairs stacked on top of tables around you. It wasn't even busy and the service was slow there about three other customers and it was slow. read more

This particular location leaves a lot to be desired. I've gone to this location, the one in Temecula & the location in Riverside and the only problems I ever have are at this particular location off Haun in Menifee. The first time we ordered the employee was extremely rude, and instead spent the majority of the time flirting with her friends that came in. After we got our food we noticed that everything was thrown together in one large container despite the fact that we had a few different flavors. The last time we came in we were quoted a wait time of half an hour which we agreed to however when we came to pick it up half an hour later, we were told that there were multiple other orders ahead of ours. The order which was supposed to take half an hour actually was ready for another 17 minutes so almost 50 minutes. Not to mention, I watched as they charged another customer for an item (rolls) that they didn't even have but instead of refunding him right away they offered him cookies and fries instead. He had to leave and get his receipt and come back and only then was he provided a refund. Just the overall lack of excellent customer service at this location is disappointing. read more

I have never felt so sick after eating wings. The trays literally had an inch of oil/grease that the wings were swimming in. I had not realized it was oil until about my 4th wing. I've had several bad experiences at this wingstop, but my husband loves the food so I will stop occasionally on my way home from work. I've been placed on hold while trying to place an order then left on hold for over 15 min then just showed up at the store to find nobody in there and on another incident I waited 45 min for a 10 piece which was sitting on the rack the entire time. Yesterday, I'm getting off work & call in to place an order. The phone just keeps ringing, nobody ever answered. I get to the store and there's a sign that says "pick up only". I walk in while there's maybe 2 other customers in the store and ask the girl at the register why they aren't answering their phones. She said because it's online orders only right now. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT IF YOU WONT ANSWER THE PHONE?! It takes about 15 seconds to pick up the phone & tell a paying customer that. I ended up going to Chipotle which, in my opinion, is much better. I did find a wings n things that is closer & hopefully they know how to treat customers. I'll try them next. read more

Every time I go, the wings are good and the service is always good! A couple of times service was slow, but that it great. Because the only time it has been slow, is because there is a long line of customers waiting. Like all good places, a long line means good food. I gotta say the Louisiana rub is so good but it's a hit and miss for me latley, sometimes it's soo good and others it's so salty I have to wipe it off !! The mango habanero is probably one of my favorite. The absolute worse thing about this place is the trash cans why are there none ? Instead there's just trash all over every table and the employees are way to lazy to even clean them off! All around the wings are good i prefer the tenders over the bone in my experience the bone in are dried out. read more
