I've been ordering wings here for the past two years. I usually order for pickup as the dining area is unkempt and the service sucks (as described by numerous reviews on Yelp and Google). If I could make it zero I would. So this all started on Super Bowl. I order some wings was a 2.5 hr wait. I can understand that. Went to pick them up the place was packed. I can understand that. They were so backed up on orders mine was still over 50 back. I asked for a refund. He said he can't do it the blond manger Cristian or somthing like that has to do it. I am very surprised by all the negative reviews. I had a flawless experience here. Manager Jared helped me right away and my food was ready fast and it was a lot. I got 16 wings, bone in and boneless, corn on cob side and fries. The wings are phenomenal-plump, juicy coated with my choices of cajun, garlic parm and lemon pepper(really yummy). The fries we're also outstanding. I did takeout but the store is clean and tidy. Highly recommended for great wings. I placed an order online, it took nearly two hours of excuses before we got our food. They would not give a refund or cancel order. I just had to sit and wait while the supervisor hid in the back talking to employees who weren't even working. You had a brand new employee working the front register giving everyone the same line of your order will be up in a minute. When we got home the food was cold and the wings weren't even saved right. Went to this location for the first time 2 days ago. I think some customer service/communication training is in order. We ordered for pick up online and arrived 10 mins after the given food ready time from the email. The guy manning the register said our food would be ready in 20 mins. When we mentioned our promised time on confirmation, no response at all, not even a "sorry guys we're a bit behind". Others were waiting a long time for their meal as well. Our meal was ready about 40 mins after we arrived. Food was good, though I could have used some more fries with the amount of salt.
