i've had pretty good and consistent service and food here. the cashier i usually get on weekends for carryout orders is always friendly and cheerful. the wings are delicious and they've never forgotten my sauces. the bags are packed on time with all the correct orders. solid place for takeout. i ate here once for dine in, but i do prefer to carryout.

My first time there, the fries were brown and soggy, the chicken tenders were grease soaked, won't go back, wasn't impressed.

The regular Buffalo sauce versions are the best I've had in years, the Hawaiian are the bomb, and the garlic Parmesan are tasty.

I found that very convenient and much more relaxed than ordering at a counter with a line behind you. We ordered the wing portion of Soy Garlic Chicken and Pork Dumplings. I have never had wings like this before. They were breaded, and just the right amount of saucy. I liked having disposable gloves as an option to handle them, that is a game changer for me. They were very sweet, which I am not the biggest fan of. They did have a decent amount of heat, which I was warned about from other reviews. It was the perfect level of heat for me, I don't know if I would try their spicy version. I thought the Pork Dumplings were the star of the meal. They were large in size and cooked perfectly. They had just the right amount of crunch and filling. The sauce that came with it was also on the sweeter side.

I did not realize that I ordered the tenders instead of the wings, but that was on me and it was still amazing! I got the red hot pepper chicken (I got the smaller size--I felt there was plenty!) They had a mini fridge area inside with instant ramen and drinks. I picked up Aloha strawberry guava juice--ummy yummy yummy. I was amazed by the taste. It's a good spicy, and if you eat a lot of it, it might even make your upper lip burn a little. But it's a good burn. I loved this spice! I opened up the separate cup, thinking it was going to be ranch, only for it to be this sweet relish; It pairs sooooo good with this chicken. 10/10 I would come back to try the wings next time. And order a whole separate cup of that sweet relish ‍

The portion size was large, but I finished it all because it was that good. No complaints about the service. You order the food from a tablet and the food is brought out to your table by a robot server. If you have any questions or are picking up any online order, the staff members are nice as well. The atmosphere of the place is cozy with the soft music playing in the background. There is a big projector screen TV that's playing some kind of sports/news station, with other TVs around the place as well. They also have other Korean foods if you aren't feeling fried chicken. There is a small corner of the restaurant that has Asian convenience store items and ramen that is good to check out. Overall, a good place to eat at with friends and family.

The quality and variety of the food is EXCEPTIONAL. I never thought I would taste such perfectly authentic chicken and Korean cuisine once I returned to Kansas. Portions were generous -- this isn't a place where you leave hungry. What caught me off guard was the salad. It came out genuinely crisp, not the wilted afterthought you get at most fried chicken spots, and they layer it right under the chicken so the greens stay fresh while the chicken sits on top. Small touch, but it says a lot about how much attention they're paying. Fries were double-fried and it shows -- shatter-crisp on the outside, still soft inside, finished with parm and herbs and a strong dipping sauce lineup. Reasonably priced for the quality and portion size. I'll be back.

There was a pretty good selection for me to choose from on tap, and Katie was able to pick up an NA beer for her to drink. It was a great little lunch. The service takes a bit of a hit on this one. Just a lack of urgency for the staff seems to have an unbalanced cadence. Quick to take the order. Slow to deliver drinks. Quick to deliver food. Quick to check back. Slow to check back again for the check. Slow to process the check. I am not sure if this is a training issue, as many of the staff are young. That said. Other than the cadence, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. This is an old wooden bar. The entire place reeks of the old wood pool hall and is so much fun to just be in. I will be back. Another quick stop likely.
