I never really liked Poopa Johns pizza. The weird sauce and government cheese mix on top of an unappealing 'pizza' dough never did the job for me. Now that founder and CEO John Schnatter is whining and crying about health-care reform and being forced to give his poorly paid employees health care this place has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Apparently this poor millionaire is now FORCED to give his employees health care and it will now "increase his business costs (10 to 14 cents) and possibly result in employees' hours being cut." If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service here is beyond garbage. I called complaining about onions on my husbands pizza because he has a sensitivity to onions and they said they are not liable for online order discrepancies. Then talking to the "Manager" which I'm sure was just this rude uneducated, unprofessional, no customer service based woman's boyfriend. I've lived in Naples 20 years and have never experienced service as poor as this. I'm ashamed that a reputable company like Papa John's would even allow people like this to treat customers this way is unbelievable and I know me personally and every person I know will never eat at this establishment or papa johns. I'm absolutely appalled that I just dropped 60$ in pizza and tipped as much as I did and paid an additional delivery fee and this manager literally gave 0 cares about not only his customer but how disrespectful his employee spoke to customers. I've been in the customer service industry and never ever would any of this happened at one of the establishments I worked for. He had the audacity to say not a problem if your gonna pay for the new pizza we would have to remake. I'm normally an easy going food person but I'm so far beyond disappointment that the company would employ rude ungrateful disrespectful untrained in customer service "managers and employees" shame on the company and owners for allow such things to run their business. I would have had no issue paying for part of it but seriously another 14$ dollar pizza plus delivery fee. That idea wasn't even acknowledged or offered at any point. If there was a way to leave a negative star I would. I ordered my pizza and waited over an hour until I called. The caller Andrew told me the driver just left, but after 20 more minutes (I only live 2 miles away) I called back to find out that the manager informed him that they don't deliver to my address. After speaking with the manager Stephanie, she had no remorse and offered no resolution to the situation. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Don't even bother ordering from here. I've always really liked Papa Johns, so this was pretty disappointing. To start out, the woman taking our order over the phone really didn't seem to want our business. Typically, I would have called another place, but I really like papa johns, so I figured the hour wait she told me to expect for delivery was a small price to pay. Turns out it was more like an hour and a half. Okay, an hour and 27 mins. We started calling the store after it had been an hour and 10 mins, to see if the driver had found the house, that the doorbell wasn't broken or something... The same woman answered, was rude as she put us on hold, and then hung up on us after we'd been waiting on hold for a minute and a half. We tried calling back another three times. The next time, someone answered and then promptly hung up. The next two times the phone went unanswered for over 20 rings, and we decided to give up, thinking we were lucky we'd opted to pay with cash. Then, what do you know, just as we are figuring out who is still open after 9 that delivers in Naples, the doorbell rings. It's papa johns, and it's luke warm. :( I'm giving them a star for being a good pie before it got cold. They also earned back another star when we called back in the morning and the manager sent us another pie and just charged us the delivery fee. Overall, pretty bad experience, but at least they tried to make up for it. read more

I called after any hour and they didn't know anything about it (I ordered online), they told me I wouldnt be charged. (I did end up being charged). Then I got a coupon in the mail for a free pizza because of how long it took. I called for the free pizza and Taz told me their would be "like a $2.12 to $2.20" delivery fee, I then said forget it and hung up. A couple minutes later I called back to speak to a manager and a very nice girl picked up and told that there is no delivery fee! Be careful with this location. read more

On the pizza I ordered mushroom, red peppers, onions, sausage and grilled chicken. When I get the pizza, I gave a slice to my son then I started looking at the pizza and find that they forgot to put the chicken on. The inside of the restaurant is disgusting and there was a New Port cigarette atop the keyboard that they used before touching my pizza. Ordered my pizza with three toppings and it literally came with three toppings. There was 3 toppings on one slice of pizza and no toppings anywhere else.
