I went in on Wednesday night I had ordered over the phone and I got there maybe about 2 minutes after ordering and was greeted by a gentleman with blonde hair and glasses. Now normally everybody says "Hi Welcome to Wing Stop" how do I know this well i used to work here. And it wasn't like that at all, I didnt feel welcomed when I walked in. The gentleman who assisted me let me know it would be like around 20 min for my order to be ready. I remember walking in around 8:57 it was about to be 9 P.M. and I didn't get my order until 9:30 almost 9:40 but I wasn't the only who got their order really late (Normally people apologize saying something along the lines like, " Sorry for the wait, have a good night" atleast but we got nothing) . I also noticed that there was a girl with purple hair working that night who was being so rude to other customers. And when I got my order I checked to make sure they gave me hot-lemon because usually when I order these they always get it wrong on certain times and guess what they got it wrong so I looked at the female employee with purple hair and called her to try to get her attention (she was literally 6 feet away) She turned her head a little looking towards where the cooks and everybody else was at and then I said I asked for hot-lemon and SHE JUST STRAIGHT UP IGNORED ME and looked away AGAIN. Then I said "Excuse me I'm talking to you" (keep in mind she was the only employee near me at the moment in the front so who else would I be talking to) and I want trying to be mean or anything it was just so freakin rude how she just knew I was calling her and she didnt even acknowledgeme. So after I said that she came to me and I handed her the chicken, I was glad they corrected the flavor but honestly that girls customer service lacked I dont even know why they hired her. After this I'm honestly only coming when my brother is working atleast hes not rude. read more

The wings here were nothing like what the other wing stops have to offer, they were extremely oily and had barely any flavor. Fries were good and the wait time wasn't terrible, overall we wouldn't come back to this wingstop read more

I went a week ago and the staff that helped me was Saray. She has great customer service. It was first time trying wingstop. Saray ask me if i need help. She answered all my question about the flavors and Described them very well. The tender was amazing. I got the all bundle and saved money. Saray suggested and it was great idea. As per wingstop recommendation ordering online avoids the wait, they gave me a specific time so i arrived a little bit later on the specified time, when i arrived and checked with the cashier i still waited 20minutes from the time i arrived and to think there was not much customers in the business. I should have read the reviews before I came into this location. They have 7 employees 4 customers in the building and over 30 minute wait for the wings to be cooked. I am not from the San Fernando area, so I came to this Wingstop because it was the highest rated one in the Valley I could find. I gave a 1 hour advance notice for a 100 Wing Family Pack order, but still had to wait for my order to be completed upon my arrival. As I received my order, it seemed that I was missing Wings. So I had to wait again for them to be made. After leaving the establishment I got a phone call from the staff informing me that they had forgotten to give me one more box to complete my order. So I had to drive back and pick it up. When I got home I noticed the Parmesan Garlic wings looked different, then realized they had no Garlic. So basically they were just Parmesan wings. The fries also had barely any seasoning. I love wingstop, but this particular location is a let down. Will not be returning to this location. read more

I love Wingstop. Just not this one. On several occasions my girlfriend and I have ordered from here and they completely screwed it up completely. I know hiring kids will help keep the cost down but when you hire kids/ children you get children who act like children, especially when on the phone. Last week my gf called and she was placed on hold for 22 mins. When I arrived there I bought up what just happened. Some girl said sorry and asked me for my order. I told her I wanted 5 traditional and 15 boneless and guess what she did.... She Gave me the opposite, 15 traditional and 5 boneless. Needless to say I was pissed when I checked my order once I arrived home. That was the straw that broke the camels back! This same situation has happened to me several times and it's kinda tiring. So now I leave it in the public's hands. From now one they will get a bad review from me every time they screw up. Food is great. Service is moderate at best. read more

Worst wingstop Ever. Management here is a joke. Workers (including the manager) are always messing around huddled up together in the back or the side of register and do not care about the customers. They take forever on the food because they are just on their phones or talking to each other instead of having a sense of urgency. The way this business is ran is a joke. I love the food and I'm happy that the KBBQ flavor is back. I have no issues with how the food was made and everything was really good. Where things fell apart is that they advertise "avoid the wait order online", I ordered online around 10:30am (when this location opens) and set for pickup at 11am. When I got there however, I ended up having to wait (which sort of defeats the purpose and advertisement to order ahead) and my order was ready at 11:30... so I sat there waiting for half an hour. If in the future they get this part right I'll raise their score where it should be but I had this issue the last time I placed my order online. read more

This Wingstop has a nice and friendly staff, the restaurant was nice and clean and the bathroom was well kept and orderly. You know what you're getting as far as food goes when you come here it's just a matter of how spicy do you wanna make it?! Wingstop does also happen to serve some of the biggest wings in the game so the value is there when it comes to price and portions. Getting their wings is always a special treat when I decide to come into one of their locations...which is not too often however their fries are what makes it well worth the trip! Some of the best rustic and crunchy fries in the fast food biz and always seasoned just right...these fries compliment the wings just right. If I had to find any faults on this visit it would be that maybe my wings were a bit over cooked and not as juicy as I've had them before...so maybe just mention that to your order taker just how well done you want your wings. But really that was just a small infraction. The overall meal and experience was great at this location! read more

First of all im never one to complain anywhere but i spent $42.00 on my food that isn't cheap, my order wasnt done at the time they specified would be done(2:30pm). Also I always spend a lot of money at whatever wingstop i go to, I've been a fan of wingstop for awhile now, but this experience kind of disappointed me. Second of all i asked them to make my wings extra, extra well done when i opened them they were not cooked like i asked, they were soggy and not crunchy. Third of all when i looked inside the bag all of the oil from the wings was spilled and it made a mess on my carseats. Again I'm never one to complain but this was a lot of hard earned money i spent on food my family and I didnt even enjoy. The girl at the cashier gave me a free cup to get a drink but idk if it was because she knew my order wasn't done? If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! My dad went in to order a few things for my family while I went to the Food 4 Less around the corner. As he started to ask the lady at the register for help she blatantly tells him that she does not speak Spanish and continues to ignore him. My dad does not speak English but he can understand it. So he turns and sees another employee sitting at a table shaking her head at the situation. Neither of them attempted to help him or even find someone else who could. We decided to drive to the Wingstop in Panorama City because they have much better service there.
