Our waitress was friendly, just not quite as attentive as we typically expect at a sushi spot. Nothing terrible -- just noticeable. Now let's talk about what matters: the food. We ordered three rolls: Hot Night (tempura roll) - Shrimp tempura with spicy tuna inside, served with spicy mayo and eel sauce on the side. Absolute banger. The sauces added the perfect touch without overpowering the roll. Orange Roll - Salmon on top with spicy crab inside. We don't usually go for spicy crab, but this one changed our minds. The salmon tasted fresh and clean, and the crab mix wasn't drowned in mayo -- huge plus. Hush Roll - Spicy tuna inside, topped with shrimp and albacore, finished with ponzu. This might've been my favorite. Super fresh, balanced, and flavorful. The slightly sweet shrimp paired perfectly with the albacore and ponzu. If you could've seen my face after that first bite... pure joy. Quality-wise, the fish was on point. Everything tasted fresh, and the combinations worked really well together. Now for the only downside -- price. Each roll was $17, so about $55 after tax for three rolls. Considering spicy tuna and crab aren't premium ingredients, it did feel slightly overpriced. That said, the quality was there. Is it the most mind-blowing sushi I've ever had? No. Was it delicious and satisfying? Absolutely. Will it replace our favorite spot? Probably not. Later in our dinner, we would find out that our host, waiter and food runner is the owner!!! The owner, Lan, is currently running the place himself and hopes hire individuals to help him out when customers start coming in and the place gets busy. Food: Tonkatsu Ramen. The ramen was very delicious. It came with pork soup base, crispy fried pork, green onion, onion, half a boiled egg, broccoli and carrots!!! I love broccoli and finding it in my ramen was a first. The broccoli and carrots made the ramen feel more healthy. I found the ingredient a great touch. The crispy pork is what one would expect from a tonkatsu ramen. The broth was tasty and delicious and the noodles was filling. Overall the ramen is worth the try and worth the wait!!! Mixed Small Sashimi. The sashimi was compromised of Fresh salmon, tuna yellowtail sashimi 15 pieces. The salmon had two cuts, fatty and lean. Both were delicious and appetizing!!
