The service was fast & the food was very delicious. Customer Service: The staff we interacted with were friendly. It only waited for a little bit and then our order was ready. Food/Drinks: I ordered my usual, the Caniac combo (No coleslaw and sub for a Texas toast) with a Sprite light ice. It was very delicious! Tip to customers: I highly recommend asking for light ask because at some locations, they will fill the big cup with ice and not so much of your drink. By the way, Cane's ice hits different. I'm an ice lover and the ice is crunchy but also not too crunchy. Overall Experience: Overall, I always have a great first experience at the new location. When our food was ready, they were missing the small french fry. She immediately got defensive saying she didn't charge me for it and I could pay still. Another staff from the back came out and also chimed in. I was happy to pay for the fry but everything is made to order so we had to wait a bit. The food here is very good. The wings weren't as crispy as normal but that could have been from the wait. Overall, there could be some service improvements made and better communication among staff.
