I was very unsatisfied with my resolution on my order, I called to let them know that the chicken was overcooked and hard to eat. I wasn't even calling to get a refund or to get nothing free. I was simply calling to give feedback and let them know that they are overcooking the boneless chicken,, but then this girl that answered the phone had a big attitude and sounded frustrated with my feedback and did t care so I then asked to speak to the manager ,I'm a customer that spends money on a large teenagers to feed and im upset because I'm trying to explain that my order was not satisfactory and they seem to be bothered by it, They don't like to hear the feedback. I spoke to the manager and told him that I was simply calling to get feedback that my chicken was overcooked, but his employee had had an attitude with me sounded frustrated with my feedback I would want to be refunded for this overcooked order and he said in order for me to get a refund or a replacement I need to take the whole food back. so I said if you're gonna wait for me for 30 minutes to get there I would gladly take it back but as I live 30 minutes away, he said no because they're about to close so I had no resolution whatsoever so I said, since you cannot wait for me, then I want to refund back for my food, I will send you photos of all my food and I have no problems with doing so and he said no. so he said, unfortunately, I cannot give you a refund so you could speak to my on-site manager the next day to find a better resolution so this is proof of how I receive my chicken.
