Cayce was one of the courteous cashiers I've seen in a long time. There was two customers ahead of me and Cayce treated all three of us with speed yet respectful mannerism. This place always seems to amaze me on how crappy the service and product is. You order online and the food is either never ready on time or has been sitting out and you get it cold asf. You go inside to place an order and the workers act like you insulted their mothers and give the worst attitude and act so inconvenienced that you are there. Officially done with this store. They never give your full order and to top it off they sent our order without our fries and they did not let us know about it and still were charging us the full amount. Years ago I reviewed with a not so great experience. Unfortunately that is why I am here again. Only reason they are getting is a 1 Star is because at least they "tried" to make up for their lack of attention with adding in extra dips and sauces to my order. I placed my order at 11:20 the latest and my order was not ready within the 17-20 minutes I anticipated. Between the travel from Wingstop to my house that is less than 2 minutes away (I'm on 30 & Wingstop is right before 25) the brown bag is already getting soaked with oil. Once we take things out of the bag the oil starts spilling out of the container from the side. It was disgusting how much oil was in just one boneless wing we used minimum 2 paper towels to squeeze the oil out before eating All we tasted is oil dipped in honey mustard. The staff literally did not care and just dumped all the oil in with the very chewy chicken. Do NOT recommend coming here before closing or at all. Save your coins and save your stomach the bubbles. Leo, the manager is very rude and unprofessional and it seems like his staff follows along. The location is in a strip mall in a very small cramped up building no room to move and I haven't located a trash can. This is my third time coming here since Covid-19, I've never had any bad food experiences prior to Covid-19 but I'm done wasting my money at this establishment all 3 visits have been extremely disappointing so I'm strictly a "Buffalo Wild Wings" girl for now on. The wings were flavorless, extremely large in size they looked more like chicken strips but roundly shaped and had a rubberized taste mixed with meat. The fries were undercooked, soggy and had no crispness to them at all. They gave me 8 boneless and not even the flavors I picked. So I called and talked to a girl.
