I had the Governator, which was crisp corn tortilla, smothered in melted cheese, and then sautéed shrimp, cabbage, pico de gallo, and a green sauce. I don't think I've ever inhaled anything so fast. I had an Al Pastor Sopes, a thick, round corn dough (masa) topped with cabbage, sour cream, cotija cheese, red salsa and green salsa. The beans complimented the pork and charred pineapple perfectly.
