Wingstop truly is the go to for wings. They're so consistent and always top-notch. We got these to go via Uber Eats and I was still very impressed as to how crispy they were. I can only imagine if you ate there. But let me tell you what even with delivery these wings were top-notch. Wingstop just knows how to make a great wing. The original hot is one of my favorite go to wings as well as the garlic Parmesan. I like to mix those two up together and you get one hell of a wing. The cheese fries are great. Idk how people look at this food and think yeah I'll will eat it . It's definitely unappealing and gross and just gives you the feeling that you're gonna get shot if ya don't like the food or the staff here . I used to love this location the food was always good and fresh... not over cooked... and they used to have that good fountain drink machine where you can customize your beverage with flavor additives... sad to say I went here today... and not only did they screw up my order royally and shorted me 22 wings... :( they also got rid of the good fountain drink machine... so that was a dead giveaway they went downhill since Covid.... & to top off everything else the wings I ordered were so hard,extra greasy & way over cooked chicken ! I've been going to Wingstop for years. My go-tos have always been the teriyaki wings and the lemon pepper wings. Sadly, a year or so ago, Wingstop took the teriyaki wings off of the menu. I guess they weren't selling well. Bummer because they were delicious. Luckily, my lemon pepper wings are still around to keep me happy. The Hawaiian wings are pretty solid too. Other than wings, you also need to go with their fries which are sprinkled with sugar. Sounds weird but trust me, they're addictive. I come here often and have always had great service. However, this time I came, the newer manager was extremely rude. He has poor customer service and truly embarrassed me. The guy at the counter where you order was nice, he waited patiently waited while I looked at the menu board and picked a quantity and sauce. I went with the 10 piece boneless meal (wings, fries and a drink) half Louisiana Rub and half Hawaii. The Louisiana Rub were fried very hard and had to be cut with a knife. This is one of the better locations in the Pearland area. I've been to this location at least 4-5 times a month and it has never failed me. My wings order has always been correct and the fries to my liking whenever I get them. I like their soda machine as well, way more choices to chose a drink from than the standard drink station. The main reason I like this location is actually the app ordering. I can order through the app and choose to pay at the store, instead of storing my card information on the app. Every location do not allow you to do that. Restaurant was an absolute mess, and the manager was running around trying to take and process orders while 5 other workers stood around. Delivery drivers came in stating that wrong orders were bagged under the wrong names. One customer came in complaining about his order that was completely wrong and the staff at the front counter literally laughed at him as he was complaining to the manager. Walked in the restaurant everyone was working some people were cleaning the Dinning area and orders were coming out fast . I picked up an online order and my food was ready on time and fresh I decided to eat inside the restaurant when I told them they even offered to put my order for dine in which was very nice from their part since they were pretty busy. I enjoy coming here and my partner does too. It's just be nice if they had vegan chicken in a variety of flavors. Itd be nice to be all inclusive and cater to those who come with friends that do and don't eat meat. My partner always feels bad for me and it is why we don't visit often. I'd love to enjoy the seasonings but with cruelty free options. I end up ordering the fries, the veggies and the corn. It's somewhat satisfying. They were on their phones, touching their hair, playing hand games with each other just to turn around and cook and make orders. I've only ordered food to-go from this location. Their quoted wait time is actually accurate. The food has been standard Wing Stop food. I also had a coupon for 5 free boneless wings on the back of a UH football game ticket that they also honored. My most recent visit was on Monday night. When I walked in a couple mins before they said the food would be ready, there was a line of 5 people ahead of me. I was surprised to see 3 people on registers. I was able to pay for my order and only waited about a minute before the food was bagged up and ready to go. I've had experiences at other WS locations where waiting in line just to pay for a call-in or online order would be 10 mins with an additional 10-15 of waiting around for the food.
